We just went to Plesser’s and purchased all new kitchen appliancesLucky for us we had MA [redacted] helping usHe was so awesomeVery knowledgable on varying makes and models and beyond personableHe made the buying experience feel like a lot of fun! Would recommend Plesser’s-make sure you ask for A***!

Update: Editing my review after actually going through the process further with PlessersFirst of all, this review is about Plessers and their shipping company that they usedAfter ordering our appliances at the beginning of August, we were told we would have them in hand by the end of the monthAs we approached the end of the month, we were told that one of the appliances would be delayed so they would split-ship them so we weren't waiting for everything to arriveAfter we got into September, I was finally given a delivery date from the 3rd party shipper who said they had received the appliancesOn the day before the confirmed delivery, I was told that the 3rd party shipper in fact did not have the appliances and could not tell me where they wereWhen I tried to contact Plessers, I was told that the shipper must be wrong and that I needed to wait for them to figure out what was going onAt this point we were in mid-September so I told Plessers I wanted to cancel my orderI wasn't getting any information from them and was also notified that the appliance that was initially delayed would be again until OctoberMy cancelation request didn't sound as if it was being taken seriously so I filed a chargeback with my credit card companyAfter filing this chargeback, I was finally told that they could give me a discount if I still accepted the appliancesGiven the delays and the uncertainty around delivery, we eventually decided to cancel the order since another appliance had been delayedPlessers agreed to not fight the dispute and to let the appliances be returned from WA to NYAfter all of this took place, to my surprise the appliances were still deliveredSounds like an awesome win right? NO! This was while I wasn't home, I had workers doing some things around the house and they decided to drop the appliances in my garage without permissionI got a phone call from the 3rd party shippers saying that they needed my signature before they could leaveI told them that the appliances were part of a canceled order but I was told since they were a subcontractor of the shipping company that they couldn't take the appliances back without their permissionI called Plessers and let them know what was happening so they could come pickup their appliancesI was then harassed by the 3rd party company about when they could come back, basically telling me when they would show up at my house even though I told them I wouldn't be availableThis happened multiple times to the point where I had to escalate to their supervisors to get them to leave me alone while I tried to find time for them to come pickup their appliances after their mistakeLong story short, I was finally compensated for my time in order for them to pickup their appliancesI thought about keeping the appliances since I already had my money back, but I literally wanted nothing to do with Plessers or Adistribution at this pointOh and by the way all of this wasn't actually resolved until OctoberThanks for causing over a month delay in the timeline of my project! BUYER BEWARE! Pricing may be good but think twice about the headache of thisI went local and couldn't be happier even if it ended up costing a bit more in the endORIGINAL POST (which was paid for through a discount on my order)Jennifer was awesome to work with! Quick communication and very helpful with her questions and answersCan't wait for the new appliances to arrive!

I ended up buying the exact wall oven I'd been looking for at an amazing priceSuch a good experience, I ended up buying a refrigerator too!!! Thank you, Gene, and thank you Plessers!

If you are ordering on line I would never use this company They advertised a washer and dryer set then failed to fulfill the shipment once they realized the cost they would incur for shipping to a state in the Mid-West They are rude and non responsive They said the items were damaged during inventory They never offered to re-fill the order or delay the order until they had the washer and dryer available which I doubt Even the [redacted] Rep could not get them to work out the issue or cooperateI find it laughable the washer and dryer were offered for 1601, then after the order was cancelled it jumped up dollars Stay Away!!!!! Not sure how they maintain an A+ Rating with the Revdex.com?

This review is regarding an LG LFX29626SThe fridge itself is fine, this review is about Plesser's and their sales staff Where to begin? I guess I'll start where a lot of other reviewers do as well, the saleswomanI was initially attracted to this company, because I was able to talk to a real saleswoman, Jennifer O'B***, and it was great! What a rarity these daysShe was helpful to answer my questions, and make recommendationsUnfortunately [redacted] was more talk than anything else Here's the two primary issues I had: (1) [redacted] quoted a grossly incorrect delivery windowThe quote was 2-weeks, not from some string of text on the website, but from [redacted] herselfSo I took it to the bankWe needed a new fridge ASAP, and along with the attractive price and [redacted] 's assertion of delivery this seemed like a great dealWell, weeks turned into 2+ months in reality with no communication from [redacted] or PlessersIt was only after I initiated contact did I get generic email responses back: "Oh, talk to the warehouse guysI have no idea!" Well, you had an idea when you sold it to me so it seems she misrepresented her inventory and assertion of deliveryThis happens all the time in the large appliance industry as they aren't usually kept in stock, I do understand thatThe issue here is how [redacted] and Plesser's misrepresented their position, and upon failing to meet their quote they gave no effort to communicate the updated date delivery and expectationsCustomer service seems good at first, but after purchase it's not existentBuyer beware 2) Along the same lines, [redacted] sold the fridge with the pitch of added "Free Delivery with rebate." Again, another misrepresentation, and flat out lieLet me explain: I actually had to pay $for the delivery up front at time of purchase (fine, no big deal)However, in reality, for the rebate to be applicable I had to "Postmark the envelope by 8/*/16." That would have been no issue given the quoted delivery windowIn reality, by the time the fridge was delivered more than months later, I was no longer eligible for the rebate, because they missed their own quoted delivery!! So you can't really claim free delivery with rebate, can you!?? Lies, upon lies from [redacted] and PlessersI did follow up with [redacted] to let her know my concernsI gave her opportunity to fix the situationInstead I received no response, noneThat is until a few days ago when she seemed to have found my email again, because she had no problem asking me to leave a review of my "great experience"Further, to compound the "Free Delivery" issue, once my fridge was finally delivered 2+ months later, the delivery guys claimed they needed an additional $cash to get the fridge in the houseWe, of course, paid because we had no other choiceThey showed up at 7AM, pressuring us claiming they had to leave soon if we didn't pay the additional $Bottom line, "Free Delivery" turned into $highway robbery Avoid this company and their unethical sales practices like the plagueI was initially attracted to them by their competitive quoted price, however, I would have rather paid the additional couple hundred dollars to deal with a more reputable firm that would have stuck to their word Horrible overall experience

Plessers was amazing!! The sales staff took the time to show us around, explain the various options, manufacturers, and then assisted us in making an informed decision to fit our needs They took the time to listen, answer all our questions and ultimately provided various options and ideas to assist us all without being "pushy" I will recommend Plessers to all my friends and family!!

On the front end, thanks to Barry for his informative, low-pressure, price-competitive (!) purchase assistance When problems arose with a just-out-of-warranty appliance, I contacted Plesser's customer service for much needed help Having a reputable outfit like Plesser's, that enjoys strong relationships with its suppliers, go to bat for me was an asset not to be underestimated Sincerest thanks to Dominique who provided 5+ star customer support! Given my positive experiences on both the purchase and customer service ends, I do not hesitate to recommend Plesser’s to friends and family

We used Plesser's for our kitchen remodelWe had our share of bumps...some problems with the wall ovens and the hoodNone of it was a reflection on Plesser'sThey stood through us through it all, and helped us resolve our issuesNotably, Joline M [redacted] and Karin S [redacted] in the Customer Service group were amazingResponsive, resolution oriented, and real advocates on our behalf with the appliance companiesWill definitely use them again

I’d like to compliment Plesser’s customer service employee Brianna W [redacted] of Babylon, NY for her superb assistance with the dilemma of our appliance that was virtually near the end of its warrantyBrianna took the steps to help with the warranty company, which eventually issued a full refund for the defective stove, and she always called back to follow up with the progress of our claimThis is reflective of the entire plessers operation, they are customer oriented, people interested and willing to take the extra step

Plessers’ deals were so competitive, I don’t have to wait for sale event to replace a major home appliance that bogged down on usEugene C [redacted] who is the Internet Sales Manager was so easy to deal with and made my online purchasing experience a positive oneCustomer service representative Brianna W [redacted] was also a pleasure to work with our extended warranty coverageI wish I’ve known about Plessers earlier so I could have purchased all our appliances need when we moved several years agoI would highly recommend Plessers to all my friends and relatives

I paid for the gold package delivery on an entire kitchen suite but the delivery drivers didn’t open packages per delivery termsNow Plessers won’t cover concealed damages on my dishwasher that were found after we opened the product A company that guarantees their delivery services or products should remedy this situationThis would be a simple fix with a few replacement parts and this company won’t back their commitment to customers or products they are selling

Jennifer O [redacted] was our sales assistantShe was very helpful, answered all questions, and returned all correspondence right awayOrdering from Plessers was very easy and we would use them again if needed

This is my second major purchase from Plesser's and I couldn't be more pleased The staff, pricing and selection make it easy to get what you need Plesser's Associate, Mark Z [redacted] has helped us both times Mark's insight, experience and pleasant nature is the reason we go back He doesn't pressure us, he's patient and we trust him Next time we are in the market for a Plesser's product, Mark will be the one we visit

So far I am very happy with my experience with Plesser's I initially learned of the company while shopping for fridges, and [redacted]  listed Plesser's as one of the companies with comparable pricing After navigating to the site, the deals were phenomenal, including the free shipping and no taxes, which for a fridge, saves hundreds of dollars when comparing against the local big box stores I also talked with a customer support representative, and he was incredibly helpful, including helping with some delivery questions, and I placed an order Within day I received notification of the delivery date, which was less than two weeks Overall I am extremely pleased with this company and highly recommend to others

Over the years my wife and I have purchased several appliances from Plesser's Appliances in New York All of them arrived in their original box, which is then opened so that we can inspect the machine This has been the case with a washer, dryer, two refrigerators, and a gas stovetop we purchased through Plesser's But the Bosch dishwasher we purchased last year did not come in a box, my wife, who received it, said When I opened the dishwasher's door I found the product information package had been opened and booklets, along with other items, had been tossed inside the wet machine Seeing this, I looked for more evidence that the dishwasher had been used and found it I concluded that the difficulty the previous owner encountered in starting it (the door has to be opened first) made them assume it didn't work The puzzle is why Plesser's sent us this machine I called them about it and they said it came directly from Bosch, but this isn't true The invoice said that the machine came from [redacted] I asked Plesser's to make amends, but they refused to I would not recommend this company to anyone
