I am rejecting this response because:It took over one week to get a responseI had repeatedly contacted and waited on hold to speak with customer service only to be given options that did not work. I tried redoing my order dozens of timesI tried different sources, work computer, home computer, telephone and nothing worked. I honestly feel that this business ran black Friday advertisements to draw business however you were never able to purchase anything at the black Friday price. Only after I filed my complaint, did they more than one week later respond to Revdex.com and meNo one ever attempted to get back to me with a solution prior to the complaintI feel as though I am in the same boat as I was beforeItems I wanted are no longer available and the prices they were advertised over a week ago are no longer.
Just a completely frustrating experience and poorly run business

advised Ms*** that we wouldn’t be able to refund her for lost/stolen packages in the future and suggested she make purchases in-store to prevent losing additional shipments
Ms*** continued to place online orders after our March interaction, and contacted us to report those orders lost/stolen as wellWe have extended many courtesies to Ms*** and even after advising the customer we could no longer credit her, we complied with her requests and credited her for the additional orders that the customer claimed to not receiveOn July 22, 2015, Ms*** called again to indicate the most recent order was not receivedWe apologized and explained we were unable to refund her for that order and suggested she dispute the charge with her financial institutionMs*** did not dispute the charge with her financial institution and attempted to place a new online order on July 31, 2015; this order was cancelledWe have refunded and/or re-shipped a total of packages that were reported lost/stolen from September through July On February 12, 2016, Ms*** contacted us to report a neighbor had delivered several packages to herThese were orders that were delivered on July
Ms*** also has a history of reporting issues with Customer Service with our store staff and Call CenterWe have offered many courtesies, such as: percentage off coupons, all of which were redeemed onlineWe have also added courtesy reward points (over 47,000) to Ms***’s account, which were converted into rewards certificates worth $These certificates have all been redeemed by the customer in-store or online
We will no longer be able to accept online orders, nor will we be able to extend additional courtesies to Ms***We suggest the customer visit our retail or outlet locations for all her future shopping needsWe sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this causes

I am rejecting this response because:
I have been contacted by *** Cards directly after filing this complaint. After investigating, I was told that because it shows history of me opening previously sent e-mails and because they are able to see that the emails were sent they have no choice but to keep what has been reported to the Credit report agency When I search all my emails from every possible mailbox including jung/spam and trash, the only email from The Place card that I received was on March 18th and 19, Which I received after I updated my home address Before then, the last email was on 8/14/ So between those times I have not received anything and I am puzzled whyI find it very strange and it must be some sort of system error but The Place card denies any system or bank error stating that they have proof it was sent I on the other hand do not know how else I can prove that I never received such emails that would have allowed me to not get my credit report ruined Also I was told over the phone that because my past due balance was so low that as company policy they do not make collection calls even though the amount is due past days I am very disappointed with The Place Card, and Children's place for not being able to help me I have been with them for a long time and have been a loyal shopper but none of that matters

response because:The items in question were purposely removed because of a sale offering that read "60% off, no exclusions" which is huge because the sale offer usually states that outwear and shoes are excludedThey were just being deceptiveShoes and outerwear showed back up soon after the sale ended and they were the same items that had previously been acceptedIt was noted by many many shoppers as was evident by their *** page commentsTHis kind of practice should be illegal!!!!!
