I want to thanks Charles Allan J*** for his excellent job in helping me my on my mortgage refinance processMrJ*** is an excellent personHe cares about you and he guides you throughout the loan processEvery time I needed to contact him with any question or concern, he replied or called me back really fastIn my opinion Charles J*** is the most professional and kindest mortgage specialist that I have ever worked withI highly recommend him, you won’t regret it!!!

Kim was so easy to work withShe was tentative and was able to answer all the questions we had for our refinance right awayShe took the hassle out of the processIt was an absolute pleasure being able to engage with Kim about our mortgage needs

We just recently had our mortgage refinanced with Paramount Equity Mortgage and David and Chris made the process really smooth and easyThe entire thing was wrapped up in under days, even with the Christmas and new year holidays involvedThey were both available whenever we needed them and very quick to answer questionsI would definitely recommend them for anyone interested and will forward their information to our friends and family

Well, let me start off by saying BRAVO Paramount, you guys screwed me really bad, you got what you wantedI worked with a guy named Christopher Y*** from ParamountThey, Paramount, had been calling me for a couple months trying to get me to refinance my house I've been living in for the past year from a 30yr@ 4.18% down to a yr @ 2.75%It all sounded great, and I got approved! We got the ball rolling and he said we were solid in getting the loan and just had to complete the application and then get my house appraised, etc, etcI paid for everything, house appraisal was $and then lost quite a few hours at work during the process of getting everything for Christopher over at ParamountOnce all was good and my appraisal came in, Chris and I were working on now going to closingOn the day I was to get the date for closing, I stopped getting phone calls, stopped getting emails and I was like Ummmmm, what's going on? I got nothing for that next month or so, but on this day, 1/26/2017, I received a letter from Paramount stating they canceled my loanAll this crap they made me go thru and all the money I lost really screwed me overChristopher is a liar and should be reported to the authorities for telling lies to his customers and making them fork over the money for refinancing an then say "Sorry, declined" at the last steps of the refinancing processWhat a bunch of lieing sm!!!!! Don't work with these guys, all freeing liars getting a buck and making people spend when they are trying to do better, I really wish I would of never worked with these sm

I initially sought to switch from a year loan to a year loanThe loan officer went through gathering my information and ordering the appraisalI voiced concerns of the appraisal coming in too low, and asked how that would affect my loanInstead of answering my questions he instead prattled on about how it couldn't possibly come in that lowIt came in low and the loan would have to be modified in order to qualifyI directly told the loan officer to cancel my refinancing twiceInstead of doing so, he continued to negotiate new changes to the loan over the course of seven days
In a text message, the officer stated "I didn't cancel the loan I wanted to work on it firstI have a solution give me a call"This is a blatant disregard of my direct and exact statement to close the refinance "All I want to shave off is my disappointmentCancel my refinance"This is a flagrant abuse of customer trust, and a mishandling of my business

I had inquired about refinancing my current mortgage and through a number of questions I had to provide a credit card number for an appraisal The date was Oct, 3rd The amount was $dollarsI continued to shop for mortgage rates and decided to go with a local bankI immediately called Paramount and canceled the appraisal which hadn't even been scheduled yetThey said they would credit back my credit card It is currently Nov15th and still no credit back I disputed his charge with my bank and it is not resolved

I received a letter in the mail from the company denying me a loanI never gave the company permission to pull my creditThe company sent me information concerning my credit scoresThey were incorrect on all three scores

I had a wonderful and stress free experience with Paramount Equity and Mortgage.Everything was done over the phone, and faxing,or by emailEveryone that I dealt with at Paramount, we're really nice and patient with me.When it came to signing for my refiance, they sent someone to my home, for me to sign everything.I would recommend this company to anyone

My husband and I were interested in a home refi loanI submitted an online application to a website that gave Paramount Equity Mortgage my information and they called meMrTony A*** L*** helped me and at first he seemed professional but a little pushy and moving the process along too fastAlso I found it strange that he wanted all my info today and a credit card to pay in advance for the home appraisalI have gone through the home refinance process before and never experienced thatAfter thinking about it for a few hours I decided to not go through with the refinance and I sent him a text stating that we were not going to refinance at this timeI said it was moving along way too fast and I didn't know if I could trust himI thanked him and said we would call him again if we were going to decide to refinance, in which he sent a horrible text back saying to us that we are buried in debt and have no other options and that the reason why I chose not to go with his company was that I couldn't afford the $up front appraisal feeAfter that response from him I told him not to contact me again in which he responded with "Its not my fault that you're buried in debt and your credit is bad and I've given you no reason not to trust me I can't help your insecurities." I responded and said this is exactly why I'm not refinancing with someone like youvery unprofessionalIn which he said, people that say they don't trust other people are generally untrustworthy themselves and proceeded to tell me that he owns homes and cars and I should have taken his advice and I wasted his timeIt's very scary that he now has all of my personal information and there's nothing I can do about it but wait and seePlease do not get a loan from this company if they can turn on a potential customer this quickly they are using untrustworthy sales tactics

Senior Mortgage Specialist *** *** was in charge of processing the refinance of my home He said that I would be required to pay a $495.00-appraisal fee, that personal checks were not accepted, and that I could pay via credit or debit cardI was uncomfortable doing so, but I told him my credit card number, its expiration date, and security code I told *** *** I needed time to put two rooms of my home in order before the appraisal Shortly after speaking with *** *** I received a call from his manager, who asked me questions concerning my desire to postpone the appraisal I told him my reason, He then asked: "What is wrong with your home?" I replied: "Nothing!" The manager said appraisers were not interested in the appearance of rooms, which is ridiculous and untrue In essence, that manager questioned my veracity and insulted my intelligencve, which aroused my indignationConsequently, I cancelled the loan request during that conversation No appraisal was per

DO NOT use this company They sold our mortgage (which they said they would not do) and now we cannot use the new company's web site to make payments Talking to customer service to make a payment costs for the service People at customer service are rude and not helpful
When we first started this refinance I checked their rating and it was in the high 90s I see that is gone

My experience with Paramount Equity and specifically Austin B*** was excellent Austin was very business like, answered all my questions and concerns, and everything went as he told me it would I would recommend him to anyone needing help with their mortgage

I was informed I was approved for a refinance and bill consolidationI was made to pay for an appraisalThe appraised my home at the cost of to continue with the loan paid After a long process of exchanging phone calls paperwork which took about two monthsI was informed via email I was not approvedThe customer rep assured me I was approved, made me pay for house appraisalPlease do not waste your time and money with this company

Brian G*** was a lifesaver! We had been working with another company for months and they came back and were NOT saving us money and the rate was going UP instead of down! The appraisal was a mess, didn't meet us or include assets like solar Brian called when I was pulling my hair out and days after the initial call we closed He made it hassle free, saved us points, no PMI and about $less a month! He couldn't have made it better Thank God he called when he did!

On April 13, Mr *** *** of LoanPal called me I had secured a mortgage refi from LoanPal in Nov Mr *** asked if I was interested in refinancing I told him I may be interested in a loan on a different property We discussed various loan structures and decided on a $100k loan for yrs @ 4.99% with points Because I was a return customer with excellent credit rating Mr *** told me that LoanPal would credit me with point ($1000) and pay for my appraisal at closing I agreed to these specifications During the next few weeks I provided all of the voluminous qualifying documentation that LoanPal requested I was in regular contact with Mr *** and his colleague *** *** There was never a mention of Loan specifics changing On May I was scheduled to meet with a notary to sign closing docs The notary emailed me the closing docs late the prior evening and I quickly reviewed all pages online Later that day I found that the closing st
