While the company has great up front offer, they have failed to make a follow through for months Done with their too busy staff to do a VA Loan RefinanceTotally not impressed and unwilling to recommend themPerhaps a business model rework, add staff, or checking their processes might improve their operation In the mean time, I'm one retired E-with years that will take my business anywhere else

In January/February I was looking into refinancing with LoanPal I completed the numerous steps and gave my credit card information to charge a $home appraisal fee It was then deemed that I was not financially able to refinance on my own When I received a phone call from the appraiser I cancelled the appraisal and let him know that I was not approved to refinance The $was never credit back to my credit card I opened a dispute with my creditor and contacted the LoanPal representative, ***, that I was working with asking to have the funds placed back into my account As of today, 5/17/18, I have not received the $for the pre-paid appraisal that did not transpire Any assistance you could give me would be much appreciated Thank you in advance,

I am rejecting this response because:I have not recieved a refundThey promised me one but I have not recievex the refundAlso, I had asked to have a different appraiser do my appraisal due to a conflict of interest and the failed to provide me with a different appraisal at the time original appraisal was being performedI wish to have my original appraisal fee of $refunded as well

Financing or refinancing a home can be daunting ! That's why we really appreciated the assistant and effort that Kimberly S*** provided us.We would highly recommend her to anyone in need of her services

I made a loan with Paramount MGT, In which I was lied to and misled into believing that certain items that they wanted paid would be stricken from closing statementI was told that the final settlement would not contain these items, as they were not legitimate, and I was in the process of clearing them upThe Sales people kept telling me not to worry and sign the papers, and also told to back date my signature on documents
The final closing statement still had the items on it, but was told the settlement would not effected and the items would be removedI struck through the items in question and initialed each item I was told would not be included with the closer's full knowledge and I questioned him on it
I called the Regional Director for Paramount and got no resolve, just a runaround The people who did they loan would not return calls
I felt that they were running me over and bulling me because of my age (76) and thought I'd go away

It exceeded my expectation

I initially sought to switch from a year loan to a year loanThe loan officer went through gathering my information and ordering the appraisalI voiced concerns of the appraisal coming in too low, and asked how that would affect my loanInstead of answering my questions he instead prattled on about how it couldn't possibly come in that lowIt came in low and the loan would have to be modified in order to qualifyI directly told the loan officer to cancel my refinancing twiceInstead of doing so, he continued to negotiate new changes to the loan over the course of seven days
In a text message, the officer stated "I didn't cancel the loan I wanted to work on it firstI have a solution give me a call"This is a blatant disregard of my direct and exact statement to close the refinance "All I want to shave off is my disappointmentCancel my refinance"This is a flagrant abuse of customer trust, and a mishandling of my business
When I brought up the concerns listed in

paramount said if I supply them with a better offer they will meet or beat the offer, competitor had offer of included appraisal, this company made me pay for the appraisal
paramount customer representative very unstable, spoke to about different people in my process, with competitor only a couple of years ago only spoke to
parmount loan representative tried to bully my insurance company into giving them information, now mind you I'm in a contract and on paper it's OK for them to request this information from my insurance company and this I 110% completely understand They did request the information and my insurance company stated that my home would not have coverage until the loan with paramount was closed They called my insurance company to explain the information during a party call, Yes, I was on the phone My insurance company didn't answer and he left a message then said "I have xxxx on the phone, xxxx can you confirm", I stated this is xxxx on the pho
