  I contacted customer service and got contacted by area manager, my issue had been solved but complaint should be kept, employees careless actions and response were uncalled for there for consumers should be aware of the service provided by this employee to avoid him if want to receive a proper level of service.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].  I received no contact from this vendor.  However, I have received a refund in full as promised by the online agent (guess the online agent was capable of doing something correctly).  NOTE: I have worked with this vendor IN PERSON on three prior occasions, at two different locations, and have had no issues.  However, I caution anyone utilizing their online service(s).  After speaking with a local store, I have discovered the online service(s) are considered separate from the brick and mortar operations; the stores cannot even assist and/or access online orders.  It is unfortunate this vendor is allowing such activity to occur as it will continue to tarnish their name for sure.
