My AC failed yesterday evening I called for service shortly after PM Technician (Freddy) was on site by 11:PM, and diagnosed the problem within minutes Problem was fixed and AC was blowing cold air by 12:AM Outstanding service!

The entire process with Patrick Riley was amazingIn AZ, when you AC goes out in summer it can be a very big dealI had two services prior from Parker and SonsThe first Parker and Sons guy misdiagnosed and sold me on a service that did not help the problemThe second guys came out and quoted me more than times the market ratePatrick Riley provided the right service at market rate and the service professional Freddy P*** went above and beyond to provide the service and educate me along the wayI can’t speak more highly of Freddy and as long as he is in the business he will be my new AC guyThanks Freddy and Patrick Riley for fairly helping our family through this AZ/AC crisis

What Happened: We had a new condenser installed on our roofThe cost of the condenser was covered under warranty, we paid for laborWhile the technicians were installing the new condenser, the crane to lift the units was driven onto our front and side yards as well as our neighbors front and side yards, resulting in damage to both our property and our neighbor’s propertyPatrick Riley did not attempt to obtain permission from us to drive the crane onto our property though someone was home and available during the entire installationPatrick Riley also did not obtain permission from our neighbors to be on their propertyApparently the crane was driven onto the properties because Daria from Patrick Riley did not order the correct type of crane with a long enough armDuring the installation we heard voices talking outside but could not make out any words except the phrase “We ain’t F.U.B.A.Ryet.” We do not know which person said the phrase but can infer that there was discussion a

Manny was the tech who came to our home today for our seasonal check up on our air conditionerWe were very satisfied with his service as well as the service we recieve from Patrick Riley Cooling staff office

To whom it may concern: Today I had called Patrick R***, my A/C contractor regarding my A/C not workingI had it checked a month and a 1/ago by Mark who said there was vandalizm done to the outside
Today Louie D*** came to see why the A/C stopped working He again found vandalizm but this time from the inside The wires were all taken off and laying around
He took pictures, showed them to me, and thoroughly explained what happened Within minutes of his arrival, he had my a/c working during the heat wave of we had this day I was especially taken with his manners and the layman's terms he used to describe to me what transpired and about the age of my a/c and the probability that is was manufactured in
I want to tell you how honest, helpful and qualified he was at this job siteI asked for him to me my technician through my contract
I was a little upset about the price of $as I had contracts with Patrick R*** for the last years and they came to my house only a month and half ago to check my a/c and put in $worth of FreeOn as well as charging me for a contract visit year
I have not spoke to Patrick R*** yet, but I intend to do so
However, I am thrilled with his empoyee, Louis, who doesn't have any blame in this

I had a very positive experience with this company The receptionist was friendly The technician, Chris, was prompt, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable For the first time in months my AC/Heating unit is working perfectly and my house is comfortable! I will absolutely call Patrick Riley again in the future, and will recommend this company to anyone asking for a referral

On July 4th,I called Patrick Riley A/C for Air Conditioning repair service as my A/C was not workingThe service man Freddy came out and repaired the unitHe charged me $for the repair which took him minutesOn the following day I called the office and asked for an itemized bill.The girl said she would E mail me an itemized copyShe did, it was the same as I had received from Freddy the day beforeI called back and told her I wanted an Itemized bill of the cost of the part the Labor and the taxShe told me they do not itemize bills and would have Ted call meI did not receive a call so I called back and asked for Ted the next day, she said he was on the phone and she would have him call me backAgain no call
Last week I received a call from one of Patrick Riley's serviceman to make an appointment to come out and service my A/C, I told him I didn't know what he was talking aboutHe said that I paid for a service policy for years to come out and check my A/
