I purchased a rotation service and have all paperwork, yet they refused to deliver on the service because they were too lazy
I came into the store as we always do to get our oil change We have bought the tire rotation service before and that service is good for the lifetime of the tires I asked the associate to look up the record and he could not find it He found similar records He asked for assistance from the auto manager, *** *** *** said that he needed to find the specific record for me to get a rotation This was all done before closing time but nearing closing
I asked for the same service that we always get, a tire rotation every other oil change and a synthetic oil change *** did not like the idea of doing a tire rotation so close to closing (6:45pm to be exact) I had another associate (whom was extremely helpful in every which way, and is the only reason I will ever shop at this location again) find the record which warranted me a tire rotation

Walmart has failed to provide proper consumer information on refunds regarding car batteries
I had purchase a battery that was never usedWalmart has a day refund with receipt or no receiptIn my case the receipt faded way before the daysThe poor quality of the receipt made matters worst even with proper careMy only evidence turned into a blank piece of paperUnable to visually see the information displayed on that receiptI tossed it out! All other retail stores offer store credit, but this was not the case for meThe battery was never usedWalmart should print better quality receipt that don't fade away and inform consumers about the return policy

Refused to take back recalled item (Swiss Rolls)
Sunday went to the west Ashley circle Walmart in Charleston South Carolina to return recalled Swiss Rolls & was refuse by young women working the customer service desk because they were expired & I didn't have the receipt even though I bought them the week before! So they're selling items extremely close to their sell by dates! & I won't be buying any food items or shopping there again! She stated that Walmart doesn't take expired items without a receipt! I called the following day to express how I satisfied I was with the service to rushed off the phone by someone pretending to a manager! I called the the corporate to claim & they connected me w/ the proper customer service by the name of *** who told me to come today before 6pm which I did he wasn't there! Now I'm irritated! I've been giving the run around since Sunday over some recalled Swiss Rolls!

The walamrt on centerville road has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experiencedWhen I asked for a large item to be price checked they refused to do so until I asked for a supervisor on dutyThe supervisor would not give me the price that was listed even though there was no other price tags on either of the gondolasThere were of the same product in the spot and of the supposed correct itemI was lied to and told they were only allowed to discount 10% per walmart policyWhen asked for a copy of the policy none was provided as well as I was unable to find it online or through their live customer service centerI was thoroughly embarrassed and apauled by the entire situationI have never been to a walmart where they do not honor the price that is posted especially when so much of that product had been listed

On April 29th I purchased items at Walmart in Chamblee Georgia on Chamblee Tucker Road I spent dollars in total at Walmart that day I wanted to return three items that I purchased to Walmart they told me that even though I pay with my debit card I could only get a exchange or money on a Walmart gift card but I paid as debit not credit so I was expecting to get cashback when paying with a purchase and want to get money back I would get cash back since I paid as debit

Well I walked out of walmart with an ironic receipt that might of as well never existed for the good it did me when I stupidly gave the service desk walmart employee my money to try to send to a friend in Florida, they say 10min and its there, it wasnt, so I drove home hoping by morning thigns would be resolved because all their tracking site said was "no record of transaction"i called the number on the receit, and it turns out its MoneyGram I am dealing with, who tells me after a bunch of questions about ME I have to go to any moneygram and call them backSeeing that walmart is the only literal moneygram in miles of the ski town I live in, I tried, and because it was past moneygrams redicolous hours, they simply hung up on walmart, which btw refused to take any responsability or issue a refund, in fact they treated me like I am a scammer or something who has nothing better to do than print receits because the computer record they had that said "customer must call moneygram" to thgem meant I must personally call moneygram and resolve this and its not their problem and if I make a fuss they will remove me from the storethis was very distressing, I returned the next day during correct hours, to be told again I must personally call moneygramso I did on speakerphone because at this point I was fed up and frankly collecting evidence for the lawsuit I was seeing walmart was happy to engage me in since they literally said if I have a problem I can take them to court if I have that much money to wasteand I record all calls for reasons I wont get into here, but basically they had to hear moneygram tell me, that me calling on my phone is as stupid as I told walmarts manager at the support desk that btw was the it who sold me the moneyorder never saying a word about moneygram, and the only signs they had said something about a service called Riolong story short, as soon as moneygram talked to someone claiming to be a walmart rep, because they called from the walmart phone line(cuz spoofing services dont exist, sigh) they suddenly asked to talk to me, at which point they finally asked question about the person I sent to, when it was already way past any reasonable time they needed money that arrives in 10min since I had to make two seperate trips to walmart on different days to fix it, and the whole time moneygram apperantly was protecting me from fraud, because they neither believed I was really the person sending, and when that was clearly proven I asked for what possible reason did they put my order on special "no refunds no nothing until we get a call in person from a moneygram location" and the guy at walmart at the support desk thats the manager said that literally never EVER happenedso what they should of been trained for when it doesBecause I lost a friend who lent me money and then thought I was lying because neither walmart nor moneygram were remotely trying to resolve this bs, and then told me it was because I was sending to an suspect locationnot the person, but locationthis is staggeringthe location I put down was floridaas in the stateand this somehow justified them in making me jump through whatever hoops they demand, and walmart said until I resolve my issue with them, they dont have to do anything for me, and when like I said I tried the first time, because it was later than their support line is open(btw nothing about any time limits ont he receit from wallmart with moneygrams support number, so yea, they sell you things they cant even fix before you left the storebecause you sent to a stateummmI feel lied to by moneygram, and disrespected by walmart who was happy to take my money, but then doesnt even know they have to call when their computer tells them toBecause it says customer must call moneygram, they just assume from my own private number and they dont need to even hear it, when I told them I just talked to them and they said I must call from a phone at a moneygram locationwhich they consider themselves not to beI mean I could go further, but thats part is just more disrespect and insult from walmart employees that clearly felt that because its an hour before the store closes they are as good as off the clock, and I will be writing a nice long letter to walmartIts the least I can do for forcing me to waste 1200$ to pay back a roomate for lending me money for rent a year back that I no longer live with, I thought walmart to walmart was a good thing to try, oh my god, never again, I havent had to bear this type of insult ever before except when I cancelled service with certified letter from Blue X Blue Sh|t medical insurance, and they tried to act like I cant prove I sent it(facepalm)This was worse, walmart needs to stop lying about how its their service and not a moneygram kiosk that half the grocier stores have in them, except groceries dont try to hide who your really dealing with, with their brand

I was at Walmart this morning and ask the greeter where I can exchange a shirt and was divided either at the self checkout or I'll I advised him that I was going to do some shopping and then I would come to the self checkout after shopping I went through the self checkout and advised him that I was needing to do my exchange he then called a black girl up to assist me she advised me that she could not do the exchange there I would have to go to Isle I advised her that I needed to get to work and that was told that I could do it there she said she did not have a key and I would have to go down there so I cashed out and on my way downtown I heard her say she'll be back as I'm getting down the aisle I noticed nobody is there I hold down the isle at her and told her that at the same time a black gentleman was heading down towards her saying that there was nobody there to assist him with his exchange either at this time somebody from the other side of the store had came to help me with also assisted me in the store earlier he went got the key and did my exchange for me on my way back down towards the girl to head back out to my car I noticed that she was doing the exchange for the black gentleman to me I took this as he was being prejudice due to I was white and she did not want to help me a black German was heading down towards her saying that there was nobody there to assist him with his exchange either at this time somebody from the other side of the store had came to help me with also assisted me in the store earlier he went in got the Qt and did *** change for me on my way back down towards the girl to head back out to my car I noticed that she was doing the exchange for the black tournament me I took this as she was being prejudice do too I was white and she did not want to help me when calling the manager at the store later on in the day the manager had counter dick is herself I know nothing is going to be done with my to let people know

I want to share the worse it seeing, how people who work at Walmart become the most ineffective and miserable people deal with, on how the a quote as say " Customer always first" its totally a statement due to the company own employee make the store reputation look deplorable and bad, and just for the record this it not just an associates and also talking about managers tooTreating customer like nothing, does this company forget, that retail survive because there customers? because if customers don't spends they money company doesn't make money so I believe customer deserve it to be treat with respect don't matter color, race or religion because at the end its the same color and amount on the billI believe every associate in house and new hire should be well train to work with customers, and also Walmart or walmart.com should be stand behind their own mistake and take full responsibility for it do not blame or make your customer take the fault for itI understand that you have all kind of customers but no all are the same, and the company cannot make every individual equally, so if you really care for your customer demonstrate with respect and appreciation those values that your quote saying, because doing the right thing doesn't mean allow every to pass but just to view and listen every issue
