I was looking for a new tv on Wal-Mart's websiteI found one that I was interested inwhen I checked the local availability it showed a store in my area had the and they were cheaper than the website had them atTo make sure I wouldn't be wasting my time I called the store gave them the item number and asked if they had them in stock stillthey assured me they still have some in stock for that priceI drive an hour one way to go to that location just to be told they haven't had that item in a long timeThey told me to contact customer so I called customer care which said the store could order another one and price it to the price they had on the siteThe also told me the Wal-Mart.com team could do the same and just send the tvafter hours of fighting with the walmart.com team they told me they will not do this and that the store needs to and send me to customer relations again to file a complaintI received a call from the store today and the assistant manager *** was extremely unprofeasional and made excuses telling me it must have been a different item that I was talking about because the price listed on the site and in their system couldn't have been correct since he had never seen a discount like that on that itemHave never had such poor customer serviceWal-Mart won't back the information and pricing they are publicly giving out to customers and just keep passing the buck to the next person to deal with so that this issue has not been resolved

On Wednesday November 21, I visited the Parma Ohio location to have tires replaced At approximately Noon, I called the automotive department to see if my size tires were available and if they would be able to accommodate me that evening The store associate told me the tires were available and as long as I was there before p.mit should not be a problem
I arrived at 5:p.m, and the service manager very rudely told me "No I can' t take you" The store did not appear busy We asked why when we were told we could be taken and he stated I can't We asked to see a Manager and he was explained the situation and got us in The Service Manager needs to gain some people skills but the Automotive Manager was very nice and saw no reason why we could not be taken care of
They also were very slow in getting the tires on for us Three and half hours for tires seems a bit much and were weren't the only customers who experienced the long waiting times I worked in this line of business previously for Wal-Mart Tire Lube and Express and I would be able to get tires done in about an hour and a three hour time span for a job would not be acceptable

Prices advertised for the store in Valley Alabama that are online are a bait and switch
I saw the prices advertised for the Valley Alabama store on 6-22-and went to the store to buy a inch televisionWhen I got to the store the prices were dollars and up more than advertised by the store online The same prices are still up in the ad the next day but the store says the television is more I call the store times and spent an hour calling the walmart help lint and was hung up on once and told too bad the next time I told them that there are laws against their bait and switch scheme, but useless I have been a loyal customer for years and have bought many items with my online account with them They get at least 75% of my total income Now I am out my time, gas and phone minutes I will avoid walmart from now on To help others I will report the bait and switch to the proper agencies ans the Alabama DA
