I went to price match at this Walmart And went I went to the register the cashier said as of June 9th we no longer price match I asked where is written that states so she called a manager over and the manager pulls a piece of paper out of a folder which the paper was for employees only and I said I asking for signs around the store not the employee hand book well she was like well we are not and just walked away .I have since returned to this store more than times and there is still no signage on no longer price matching How is this fair to a customer like myself when the cooperate policy online does notState in any way select store numbers no longer price match All it states is check with your local Walmart well this Walmart has no signage anywhere And I must add there are many new shops and stores opening within a mile of this Walmart that will affect your sales ; example before we can price match target .com at this store and now there is a target opening about blocks away

I purchased a Philips 50' TV from Wal-Mart (12180) on 1/7/18, but when I opened the box at home, I found that the product inside was actually a Westinghouse model TVI immediately repacked the TV in its original box, and returned with to the store with my receiptHowever, Customer Service at the Wal-Mart refused to assist in providing an exchange for this Philips TV that I purchased in good faithI have been left with no recourse for this issue, and I am now stuck with a product that I did not purchase, and which I do not find to be an acceptable substituteI am writing to the Revdex.com to request assistance in rectifying this situation, as I feel that I have been left to deal with the consequences of an issue that I have literally no control over

I had a house fire on January My mortgage & insurance is in my maiden name since I bought the house before I was marriedDue to this all checks my homeowner's insurance issues to me is in my maiden nameMy ID is in my married nameTwo checks my insurance has issued I was able to cash at different Walmart locations in Jacksonville, FL but I went to the location in StAugustine FL with a check issued from the same insurance company, drawn off of the same bank & payable to me the same way in my maiden name but the StAugustine Walmart said it was against company policy to cash a check when the name is not exactly the same on the check as it is on the IDI called corporate & they said it was up to the the managerIf it is company policy then why would other locations cash the check & why would the representative at corporate say it was at the manager's discretion

Walmart store refused to accept return of an item which is qualified for return according to its store policy
I bought a Sony AV receiver in 5/and tried to return with the original receipt in June because it doesn't work well for meThe first store I went said it qualified for the return, however they're unable to accept because the receiver was not sold in that store, and they suggested that the original store from which I purchased should be able to accept itI went to the original store, but got refused againThe manager said that the receiver should be returned within days of purchase as it is counted as an electronic deviceI showed them the return policy (can be found at:

I bought two pounds of *** *** oven roasted turkey breast from Walmart on roughly 03/01/ I then discovered as we were having lunch that my Kids and husband all found a little piece of white bone in the meat I threw the lunch meat away after this Today, 03/15/I went to the Walmart Deli and let them know about this and asked if anything could be done I wasn't just told no I was treated like I was lying by a manager with a heavy Hispanic accent She told me I had to bring the meat in with the bone in it This is easier said than done with a family of six Sometimes jumping up and driving to Walmart isn't the immediate option

I paid for oil change which included Oil, grease chassis, oil filter, check tires, check batteryThe service was completed in less than minutesIt takes a couple minutes just to walk out and get the truck in the shopSo I asked the tech why he did not grease chassisI told him there was no way it was completed in short timeHe said " what were you watching me? Walmart had advertised at my local store - Straight Talk iPhone phones on Black Friday I went to walmart on Thanksgiving and stood in the area of the phones for hours...they did not have them that day but placed me on a list..it is now Jan and I still have no phones I have called numerous times and once a manager said they would come up with an "alternative" before Christmas...still was not contacted I went in person to the store - they had of the phones in a box and pulled them out and showed me and was going to let me purchase and they did not have the "list" so they locked them back up They took my information and said they would call the next day...and let me know..I never heard from them I called again today and again they said they did not have them in...and took my information and said they would call me I have waited a month and a half and missed these for Christmas Needless to say I am very frustrated by this advertising and the long wait for these phones This has been an unsatisfactory experience
