Walmart coupon policy not followed
On 4/25, I went to Wal-mart to purchase several items for gift bags that I take to my local Domestic Violence Shelter monthlyIn this transaction I purchased bottles of the Dial hand soap and used $coupons for each bottleThe manager rung up ALL of items and ALL of my coupons so my ending total came up to -$She then proceeds to prints out an itemized copy of my receipt and voided off of my $coupons to make my total in the positiveShe advised me that the register didn't take my coupons and I sat there and watch her scan everything and hit total so the register did accept everythingFirstly, I have a problem with her lyingShe should know better as a managerSecondly, per Wal-mart policy on Walmart.com it states, "If coupon value exceeds the price of the item, the excess may be given to the customer as cash or applied toward the basket purchase", so even if she didn't want to give me cashback or place my excess on a gif

I took my Explorer to Walmart for an oil changeAfter being gone minutes, a tech calls me and tells me to come back because the service is done but they cant get my truck into gearIts an automatic keep in mindHe asks me on the phone if Ive ever had a problem getting it gear, to which my obvious reply was noI return to the store, go out to the service bay to get in my vehicle to find the entire shifter handle broken completely off the steering columnSo I cant get the keys out, I obviously cant drive it, and in asking what happened, the "manager" says, it brokeOK I bring you a functioning vehicle, you pulled it in to do the service and then in attempting to pull it out, you break the shifter offMy first thought, how hard does one have to pull to break this thing off? What it did this? So, weeks later, Im STILL fighting with Walmart about thisThe insurance company now wants me to tow it to a garage to get a 'shop report'Why? To prove they broke itThat's rightThe video of that night in the service bay, you guessed it, hasn't appearedWhat about this is right or fair? You damage my truck, on your property by one your paid 'techs', and I use that term very looselyWhere is this my fault? Where does this fall under my problem? Why should I incur ANY expense here? Any attorneys out there wanna be a thorn in the side of the all mighty Wal-MartIm at a loss here.....Help me understand

On 1/19/I purchased an automobile battery with a year warrantyI broke down out of town and had to have my vehicle towed to a private dealer who told me the battery was badI called the wards rd walmart several times to ask about the warranty and I kept getting put on hold and not getting answered how the warranty worksI had the garage replace the battery and Walmart will not refund me the money for the battery I purchased from themI did not have a way to have the battery exchanged with walmartThe employees I spoke to misled me and now I am out the money I spent on the batterythey refused to help me when I tried to bring the battery back to themvery dissatisfied with the customer service I want my money back

wal mart apparently does not think its worth its time to say thx u to a customer who wastes their time with a store review of their negative shopping/store experiencewhen the review clearly shows wal mart procedure has not been followed..like a report by a mystery shopper would be compensated...I had a disgusting experience at the fort morgan colorado wal mart in which over a hour period I reported a mens room toilet that was clogged with throwup from till ..I had reported this to employees at and to an assistant manager wesley and nothing was done to clear the handicapped toilet stalle or even to tape it up as out of service as I found when I used the small stall at after waiting for the line of men waiting to use the only working stall I wasted my time reporting this to wal mart bentenville and was told we thx u but we dont compensate for customer inconvience..and when the store manager called me he didnt seem to feel my time spent was of any value eitherthis and the fact that when you catch an incorrectly priced item at the register and wal mart wont apologize ..and will even give yougrief when you demand the advertised price on the store shelf leads me to believe wal mart does not care about their clients anymore.....I am reminded of the line stated by the jeff *** puppet named walter walters greeting was.....welcome to wal mart now get your sh-t and git.....and bentonvilles attitude confirms this belief..and I use wal marts all over this country as I am a state semi truck driver

I recently purchased a rod and reel from walmart in orders when I asked why my rod a piece so not oversized was being shipped via ground instead of via 2nd day like the reel was the employee canceled my order and I paid cash at the storenow I can not get a refund because it is listed as a return how can I return something I never received? I call and was told by .com to go to the store and will get refund but nothe manage at the store rolled his eyes like who cares and they have my money claiming it will be put into my account I paid cashand no one can help me they terminated my order for no reasonand I have no way to get my funds

Automotive Department messed up my car
I took my car to get an oil changeIt started to leak oil big timeSo I took it to my mechanic thinking I had a cracked head or the gaskets was badFound out they put the wrong filter on so I went in and asked them to refund my oil changeThey said they would not because I didn't take it to them to fixHow was I to know it was their fault in the first place?

Advertised Items for sales event on 11/22/were not there as described or advertised
I went to the Walmart store at Address: Hickory Creek Blvd, Hickory Creek, TX on 11/22/and advertised items for the event were not even in store For example I wanted to purchase the Ryan's World Giant GOLD Mystery Egg for $approx When I arrived and looked over the entire store there, I was told that the store did not receive the shipment for the goods, and that several of the items advertised are not for sale as they did not get them, but we can still shop and buy items in the store that are on sale This is classic bait and switch tactics and is deceptive in nature I am only looking for Walmart to honor the original Black Friday offer and allow me to at least purchase online which should resolve the issue

I purchased some items at Walmart Store Number in Pella, Iowa The store manager is *** *** and phone number is 641-628- The purchase date was 4/29/ I used my Debit Card/Credit card to make the purchase as I have done many times It didn't allow me to select credit card and the transaction went through without a pin number as a debit transaction My bank has advised me to not use the debit card at retail establishments for security reasons
I went to customer service immediately and informed them of the issue They credited my purchase and attempted to run as a credit card The same thing happened to them and again they credited the transaction and went to another register and finally were able to have it go through as a credit card I went home and talked to the manager and was assured all was well After explaining for the fourth time that it was not ok he mentioned he noticed for himself that his attempts to complete his credit card purchases were also going through as debit cards I told him I wasn't satisfied with his answer and asked him how I could escalate the issue He told me to call Wal-Mart I spoke with someone who left me equally unhappy and I asked for a Manager After minutes of being on hold I spoke with a supervisor who would only identify herself as *** I again explained the problem and again my concerns were dismissed She finally said she would refer the issue to financial services I believeI requested a follow up call when there was an answer and she was unwilling to provide that She asked if she could do anything else for me and I said please give me back the days when Wal-Mart cared about its customers

I bought an *** one s from Wal-Mart and it kept freezing up on meI thought I was doing something wrong since they don't supply any instructions with the system, I had to get them off of the internetWhen I did I found out that other people have the same problemWhich means that Wal-Mart or *** put misleading reviews on their products because they all said it was a perfect productWhen I went to return it they said they won't because it was past the daysBut on the wall it says refund or exchanged for daysThen they said if I would have bought th extended warranty it would be exchangedSo if they can't sell a product that lasts more than a month they should not be in business

I have CML- Bone Marrow Cancer (diagnosed 12/2015) , I got back from LOA this April- I've worked to hours with no break on my short shifts (no excuse given, other than Can't find merge code: oh, I forgot, you didn't come up on the PDA, oh-after minutes you get erased/fall off my PDASometimes just Ignored or sent 1/hours late to break on long shifts or not given last break and worked 4+ hours then went home for the day
When I worked fabrics I was approached by the Zone mgrDesiree and told to change my availability from 9am to 9pm to 9am to 10pm; I made her aware of my chemo therapy schedule being at 9:30pm and her response was "well can't you stop it or change it to later, my deptneeds someone until 10pm" I said I'd look for another dept that could work with my availability, since this was my life saving medicationMsDesiree said she would speak with upper managers if not, they would just override my availability to have me work until 10!? That same day within minutes of above discussion MsDesiree sent me outside for a cart blitz!* Several employees that saw me panicked when I came inside due to my maroon skin that was radiating heatI developed a rash for a few days
On June 29th I was sent to break everyone else, but never got mine, by 2:30pm when I was sent to break it was my lunch time [hours minutes]I spoke to Manager Desiree and she just nodded and said "Ok ***, I'll talk to someone"I spoke to *** *** before walking off for the day; he said he would take care of itWhen I come back to work on the 8th of July and find out nothing was done, because and I quote CSM Heather "It was not the csm's fault, Store Manager Steve took the blame because he had his tablet (not a PDA) and overlooked itReally? So taking away responsibility from the three CSM's that were there with PDA's does what for the employee?
The final inexcusable act was on the 12th of this month, I called for a restroom break for over minutes and none cameBy the time someone came and asked "what's your problem?" I had urinated myselfI was wearing a feminine pad, because we know what we go through up thereBut I urinated myself! I was so humiliated and embarrassed I walked off the job cryingNo apologies given by anyone to date, and those responsible or in charge- still hold their jobs*They knew my limitations when I returned in April, They minimum sun exposure due to chemo, nothing over 25lbsNo handling of raw meats, yet they still put me at risk and exposed me to it allIf I asked why I was not allowed to be a hostess, got the run around and every excuse possibleTwo CSM's were even upset at my "special treatment" as they called it- No special treatment given- just measures to ensure employee safety is the way I saw itI expect something be done about this, and measures implemented so that none other endure these unacceptable incidents

Went to purchase television and found the television that I wanted in the price range that I wanted and was denied purchaseNo manager called at all

I bought UP Rider from Plano Walmart super center for $plus tax, as instructed I put it in charger for 24H, but it doesn't work at all, so I went next day to closest Walmart to my home in Coppell with receipt, but they refuse to return it "SYSTEM NOT ALLOW" as they said, if I bought it from Amazon I can return it in any amazon service so bad Walmartwill never buy any quality thing from Walmart any more
