I would like to bring my experiences with the Pittsburgh Mills, Frasier Township store to your attentionMy first experience with your automotive store was uneventful however my second and third experiences should be brought to every ones attention I was shopping at wal-mart and decided to get the oil in my car changed and I even paid the extra $to have my windshield cleaned and fluids topped offAs I drove away I noticed my windshield had been cleaned, but, with a greesy clothAfter a number of cleanings I still can't get all the grease off my windshieldAfter driving my car a couple days the oil light came on, when I took the car to find out why the oil light was on what I found was the car had been given the wrong amount of oil and was two quarts low on oil Next experience, Although I had the previous experience I decided to give wal-mart automotive department another try, assuming that I had just gotten a bad mechanic last timeI had tires which I purchased from wal-mart installed on my carAfter walking around the store for about hours I decided to check with the automotive department to ask when my car would be doneI was told by the female person behind the counter my car was done but she forgot to call to tell me So, as if that wasn't bad enough I paid for their services then walked out to my car to find it parked in the parking lot unlocked and with it's windows rolled downMy $dog kennel in the back seat, numerous confidential documents in the unlocked glove compartment and personal property lying on the front seat for anyone who walked by to take at will So, upon finding this, I again went to the service counter to complain about the careless irresponsible way my car was left in the parking lot I told the female counter attendant I was very upset because my car had been left in the parking lot unlocked with the windows down and I felt it was very irresponsible of the mechanic and that wal-mart had a duty to protect my car while it was in their care Her response to me was "SO, YOU DIDN'T TELL US NOT TO LEAVE THEM DOWN." I asked for a manager to which I was told they didn't have a store managerI asked to talk to whomever was in charge of the store, she reluctantly called someoneAnother female person appeared, I explained the situation and she then paged the automotive managerWho after more minutes of waiting still could not find his way back to his department So, feeling like I wasn't going to get any help or satisfactory resolution to my grievence I finally stormed out the door furious, vowing never use any wal-mart automotive center again, ever My treatment was unacceptable, the careless way the mechanic cared for my vehicle was unacceptable, and the juvenile behavior of the female counter attendant was very unacceptable

I found an employee to show and tell them about the magets all over the doughnuts and side wall of the enclosed clear pastry caseThe employee said lets tell my managerThe manager said he was busyI protested, then the manager/supervisor said just take the doughnut outI protested again stating the flies and magets are on the inside walls to everything needs to out and the case needs to cleaned and disinfectedI was then waved away Product_Or_Service: Doughnut Order_Number: Account_Number: O

If I could give this Wal-Mart stars I wouldPoint blank period the absolute worst [redacted] everThey don't honor their return policySo if you buy anything from this store and need to return it without a recieptYou'll get a robotic reply" We don't return anything over dollars without a reciept"Even though the return policy states otherwiseI guess they can't be bothered to actually read itOr maybe they're to dense to comprehend it, either way you'll get no resultsI've spent thousands in this store, I never return anythingYet I was treated like a common criminalI guess that's all they're used to dealing with considering that's how the staff conducts themselvesYou have a bunch of high school dropouts in yellow vests pretending to "manage"When in all actuality all they seem to "manage" is a perpetually dirty store in a poor neighborhoodWhich they take full advantage of(rewriting store policy knowing most won't complain to corporate) I asked to speak to the store manager and basically they lied to my face when [redacted] came outWho is not the store manager and is the most unprofessional of them allIf you happen to run into the afore mentioned " manager" [redacted] please run the other wayAll he seems to be capable of doing is rolling his eyes and tongue poppingI went to the Wal-Mart on Collins and my return was accepted and the transaction was completed with easeSo I'd advise anyone to go to the Wal-Mart on Collins or better yet don't go to any of themSpend your money where you're appreciated not toleratedWal-Mart is a billion dollar corporation, I doubt they don't know what's going on in that storeThey most likely just don't care, because it's in a poor area of Jacksonville

I returned it unopened for a return because I found a cheaper one, and it was a different dirty product inside I bought a carpet shampooer on 06/23/2017 for 179.99 plus tax. The Clinton, Maryland Store #refused to provide auto service to my vehicle although they were open for business The Clinton, Maryland Auto Center refused to provide an oil change for my vehicle On July 5, 2015, the service manager Ms [redacted] stated they don't take customers after 6:15pm, although they close at 7:00pm I called before I responded from Washington, D.C., but no one answered the phone After calling three times and getting no answer I drove to the service shop because the website says they close at 7:00pm There is no indication on the website that they stop accepting customers at 6:15pm The manager offered no effort to account for my lost of time, travel, fuel, or confidence in Walmart Auto services She only offered that she had been working there for weeks and that they were short staffed This is poor customer service She didn't even bother to offer an appointment for the following day, a complimentary service or discount or anything whatsoever

On November 26 2015 I was at the [redacted] Walmart inMartinez Georgia, at around 6:15 pm I was knocked in the head by an employee as he lifted a large tv almost knocking me down but most importantly he hit me on the part of my head where I have a hearing implant device and knocked it off and has not been working since. We claimed an accident report on sight and was told they would call me in the next few days. I have not heard from them ever since and every time I call it get put on hold and no one ever answers.
