I made a return in store for items I received for my baby shower that I didn't need and wasn't fully refunded I decided to return the car seat & stroller because I already had received those items The sales rep returned the items for a total of $then asked me to swipe my American Express card , then proceeded to just issue a giftcard She didn't hand me a receipt , just the gift card When I tried to check the balance there was barely anything on there , $at most & I contacted my bank and they said I didn't have a credit coming to my account So my complaint is where's the funds

Issue with item return On January 9th I attempted to return an item that I purchased about a month ago at the Walmart Elk Grove location located at Bruceville Rd, unable to find my receiptAfter reading the Walmart store policy, which states "We will happily exchange or refund merchandise purchased from Walmart within days of purchase, with or without a receipt."
