I purchased a phone from Walmart back on Oct 31, 2017, going through the websiteI actually only used the phone for days and it didn't do what I needed it to do, so I began the return process as their Website directs you tooI continued to check to see if it made it back, it was only going to approx miles and when I discovered that it had been sent back, I called and asked what happened to my refund? I called the first time and the young Lady did say that it was there but it would be approx days for the refund as it was still in back? I explained my frustration as we are talking weeks and again NO REFUND, I called again and ended up having to ask to escalated my callI again dealt with a Man who said that they had already refunded me and I explained, No, I have now been waiting for weeks and although and he said that I needed to send my credit card statements for Oct and Nov? I told him No, that's not a option for me as I worked for a large Company and that's what I did for a living, I dealt with fraud and you never send your CC statement, to anyoneThis is someone who is suppose to be a Manager? Please keep in mind, I have been waiting since they recieved the phone back the first few days in Nov, for my refund and even after I said you can sit on the phone with me or call yourself as I had just got off the phone with my CC CompanyNow, we are Months and they have the phone and although through my Credit Card Company, I will get the refund, I will no longer shop at Walmart and Mr [redacted] , CEO, shame on you for allowing your employee's to not assist the Customer, having to dispute a charge on a item that has been sent back to your store within days of arrival is unacceptable! I will share what happened to me to the Revdex.com and the FTCThis is what I call, very poor Customer Service!

I was given excellent service with a returnThey are very helpful because it is a monitor of the huge amount of commerceI had the item for a month and I did not see that two sleeves of crackers of an in-store brand were not right at allTo see that something is correct is to safety and a trace of how the damage was done can be foundHow is it it was not on top and easy to see upon opening is a concernThe war is going through our foodThere is this repugnance attitude hiding in this manner and whomever it is does not know that it is to go through a screening when foundIt was obvious it was in the processing!!? Incomplete battery replacement service at Walmart located Cleveland Blvd, Caldwell, ID Wires were not secured properly to battery terminal SERVICE INCOMPLETE & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE On June 13th I purchased a battery and installation at Walmart located at Cleveland BlvdThe installation/replacement was performed by Walmart associates at the Auto Center While waiting for the installation associates asked me to step into the shopThey showed me that they had difficulty removing a wire from a terminalI asked them why they are showing meI'm the customer and paying them to replace itOne of the associates responded: "well this is Walmart what do you expect?" 6/26/16: days after they replaced the battery I opened the hood to check the oil and noticed both wire leads were not secured properlyThe copper lead of each wire was touching the terminal but not secured or even attachedI will attach pictures to clarifyThe pictures are time stampedRight click the file, select properties, and select the details tab to see when it was taken (6/26/16) I was busy with work and life to drive back to Walmart that day and have them correct their incomplete installation/mistakeI work M-F 6am-4:30pm I also did not feel confident in their serviceBecause it was a hazard to my safety and vehicle my father and I repaired it the same day (6/26/16).I decided I would call Walmart to complain at a date that is convenient for me 7/15/16: I called Walmart located in Caldwell and spoke with the store manager [redacted] and the Auto Deptmanager [redacted] (last name unknown) [redacted] said she would call me back after she looked at my work orderhour later [redacted] called and said he could not find any informationI had the receipt and work order and was reading the information to him over the phoneRegardless he could not find any record of work performed on my vehicle in their systemAfter minutes I asked to speak with [redacted] again and she successfully found the information/record on my work order She asked me what I expected and I told her I expect a refund and/or an apologyInstead of offering a resolution she rhetorically asked: "why did you wait month to call if it was such a big deal?"I told her I am the customer and it was more convenient for meI fixed the terminal and prioritized my scheduleI had the receipt and work orderIt shouldn't matter if it was day, week, or monthI asked if there was someone else I can talk to and she said no with no explanationI called corporate and they provided the district managers phone numberI'm expecting a call from him Though I suffered no damages the incident caused stress,frustration, and time wastedIt was a hazard to my safety and my vehicle

I drove miles to the Walmart store #located at Route & 209, Milford, PA XXXXX I was returning a newly purchased yet defective tablet w/ it's receipt for a simple exchangeStill within the policy return dateThere seemed to be no issue w/ thisAT FIRST! The other employee called her "crazy"Lilian, in her yellow vest screamed back " I never said I wasn't crazy." I thought not much of it, being more interested in my transactions I was also using the MoneyGram service which I had already filled out, was making a credit card payment ($3000) & then doing some shopping However the tablet return was not scanning properly & I was told it won't scan "I can't override the computer." She saidI asked what I should do & was told "l don't know." I then politely asked for a managerThe customer service women rolled her eyes & sighed while mumbling "hold on" & then yelled across the room to the sitting,eating,lost in her phone,& ready to go home early....LILIAN! Lilian said she was the manager, which I later found she was notShe reluctantly arose from her phone,food & perch as she schlepped to the register behind the counter as if asked to climb a mountain & said condescendingly "can I help you sir." She knew the issue already because she had been there sitting & could hear the entire event I said I just bought this tablet,the charger doesn't work & I have a receiptHowever the scanner won't scanShe said to call Wal-MartI explained I drove miles there & have to drive miles back as I live in the mountainsShe said "try another Walmart." Another Walmart is another miles awayI suggested manually typing it in, yet once again it wouldn't scan "Sorry sir there is nothing more I can do." I said "OK, FINE I need to file this MoneyGram, & make a card payment." I gave her my valid State issued government identification card for transactions involving my money( Which I've done many times) She said "this is not a driver's license." I explained I knew that but it is State issued I.D w/ photo, current address, and expiration date I then presented forms of valid state identification with photo, address, birthdate etc., Plus social security card with my name, credit cards with my name,& my Walmart card w/ my nameA card in which I have paid THOUSANDS on She refused to listen to anything, even though the logic was blatantly apparent & spoke to me as if I were the sole reason she was not yet on her way home...EARLY, or at least still on her bench texting She (LILIAN - Customer service center - MIFORD PA, STORE# 2064), then proceeded to slide all off my papers forward at me saying " we are done here." She ( LILIAN) then pushed a button on her shoulder cb exclaiming that there was a trespasser on the properly & requested security immediately remove me from the store Quite frustrated (& bewildered how this type of person works in customer service) I calmly asked the store#She said #I wrote this downIt turned out being #I then calmly said "may I have your name please"She yelled as if I were an ie who couldn't read " It's on my name tag." I am filing this on behalf of my son [redacted] . I sent this email along with a few others as he is in prison, contacted Family mobile prior to his incarceration and cancelled his service. I was sitting next to him as he did this. After his incarceration, we received a bill but I figured maybe he canceled to late so I paid it. However since then we continue to receive bills and I have not paid. They say they need him to contact them to cancel. He cannot do that from prison and he did his part before. Now I fear they are going to continue to bill until collection and this is not right. I am not on his account, he has been trying to get a power of attorney, but prison not cooperating with him. Deceitful tactics I bought a vacuum at Walmart! The cashier pushed the warranty, I bought itShe said it covered 100% for the first years I called the warranty center right now because the vacuum will not startThey said I need to call Hoover!!! So, why sell me the insurance when they are NOT going to cover a single thing for the first year? That's very unethical and deceitful! So why the need to pay Walmart for years when in fact they only cover year (the 2nd year)?
