All of the important information is redacted so how do I even contact you? This is ridiculous. Over the phone with that rude lady, she even told me there was no one else to speak to about this and that it was her and her only that I could speak to about this. This is actually so stupid. I paid to avoid this bs company from further harassing me and obviously sending notices to the wrong address in a different state. I would definitely love to speak to someone about getting my money back for the charges that should not have been charged in the first place.
