I am rejecting this response because: first and foremost I understand that PennyMac wants to clear their name but making up lies is not the way to resolve this I have not received any phone calls (voicemails or missed calls) from any PennyMac representative on August 20, or August 24, Additionally, I sent two emails to PennyMac C.O.OS*** *** on July 31, and August 5, to give him a chance to resolve this matter and I received no response to my emails I received the email address from a PennyMac customer service representative and checked it with the email address from the PennyMac websiteI just want to resolve this matter quickly but after calls to PennyMac customer services, that ship has sailedIn case PennyMac claims to have the wrong phone number for me, my phone number is ###-###-#### Have them "actually" call me at their first opportunity

What? Still need to wait another days!!! I am still paying utilities and HOA every month! I've been waiting half year already! This is totally unacceptable!!! After talking to my family, I am requesting PennyMac to refund April and May interest to meThe reason is that: The buyer and me have turned in everything they requested in MarchWe have been waiting months for nothing in April and May. Their explanation was that they were lack of underwriter! So this is PennyMac fault! Why I need to pay for their lack of people to work? Why I need to pay more than $interest for the underwriter not working on my file for monthsI would have use this money to buy boxes of diaper for my daughter or pay months of daycareOf course, the underwriter was in my situation, he or she would not know how I need the money!!! But please, the interest was the money my deceased husband left for my daughter

Upon receipt of the Revdex.com notification, our office contacted Dr*** on February 12, 2014, to address their concerns. Dr*** was provided with a substantive response that addresses his concerns during our conversation. Dr*** was advised to submit documentation that supports their position regarding the monthly mortgage payments. PennyMac received the information and completed its review of the loan on February 26, 2014. This letter will acknowledge that Dr***’s request was to update their credit profile was completed.
Pursuant to Federal Regulations, PennyMac is required to notify a consumer no more than fifteen days after the transfer of service of a loan. A copy of the Welcome Package we sent to address on file was resent to Dr*** with our substantive response.

I have not been impressed with PennyMac's customer service or ability to service my loan My first experience came when my new mortgage was sold to Pennymac to service PennyMac's website is extremely cumbersome and hard to navigateI would get verification emails everyday with a new access code even when I wasn't trying to log on After repeated requests to resolve this I was finally told this had to do with a technical issue that they fixed
I refinanced partially to get a new service provider but my new mortgage was again sold to PennyMac
Last week I received a notice from my homeowner's insurance that premium had not been paid and my policy was going to lapse I called PennyMac and went through a myriad of options before I was able to talk to a person I had to repeat the same information (loan number, etc.) multiple times When I talked to the rep he said (and I could see online) that the payment had correctly been set up in the system with a disbursement date set up several weeks ago but apparently none was madeNo explanation why it was missed, just that it was They mentioned that most insurance companies have a day grace period and not to worry that they missed making the payment entirely Had I not seen the notice from the insurance company my policy would have lapsed This made me very uncomfortable

After I refinanced my loan, it was sold to PennyMacThe closer paid the annual insurance premium but the insurance had gone up dollars so the insurance submitted the bill to Penny MacFor one year, Penny Mac only collected plus dollars a month for the escrow to pay the insurance based on the dollar amount instead of dollarsDue to the shortage in escrow, my payment went up and the increase has remainedSo much for refinancingSince it was Penny Macs error, I feel they should have eaten the loss!

A PennyMac representative from our office spoke to Ms[redacted] on March 17, 2014, after reviewing the loan activity. Ms[redacted] was provided with a substantive response detailing the activity on the loan. PennyMac explained to Ms[redacted] that her monthly payments were submitted via PennyMac's One Time Payment option online; however, the payments were designated as Regular Payments and not principal only. A letter confirming Ms[redacted]'s conversation with our representative will be sent to her As a valued customer, PennyMac has agreed to reimburse the [redacted]s for interest paid as a result of her conversation with our representative
