A PennyMac representative has made brief contact and l hope to being able to work with someone able to take ownership of working with me to correctly resolve the problemsUntil such time as we're able to make an appointment to discuss and agree a course of action, the issues naturally remain unresolved and it would be premature to close this case

Pennymac accepted an offer from my wife and I and asked us to overnight a check We did as they said and made a copy for them as well When they received it they informed us that they decided to go with another offer instead because they were unable to read the copy of the check Turns out, the offer the received was higher While they legally did nothing wrong, this company is ethically questionable at the least Accepting an offer and making us go out of our way to appease them just to go with another offer was insulting I would stay away from these sharks

I am rejecting this response because: they will not show me the legal reason for not paying my taxesAnd also they have increased my monthly mortgage payments per month by $I have been researching the internet about penny mac and over complaints from other penny mac customer with the same problemsThis company needs to be really dealt withPlease we need to stop them from hurting peopleI have not missed a paymentAlways pay ahead of the due date

I have had nothing but problems since pennymac took over my loanFirst off I have never been late on a payment and all of a sudden I get a letter from them saying my house is going up for short saleI called and they said it was an error that these letters accidently got sent out Then I paid off my escrow Balance that was owed and they didn't update my payment amount after that so while trying to figure out why which took over a week they added a late fee to my account I had to sit on the phone for hours to figure it out I really hope they sell my mortgage to another bank soon

One of the worst customer services and incompetent staff ever! I opened my loan with Amerisave who sold it to Pennymac one month after Should have known not to do this Pennymac missed my insurance payment I had to call them to let them know they forgot the payment and asked why they missed it They couldn't provide a reason A few weeks later, I called my insurance to check if they received the payment and the answer was no I called pennymac's absolutely horrible insurance department After getting disconnected and hung up several times, finally talked to a rep who called my insurance company on the spot to find out why they didn't receive the payment yet because apparently, they sent it already In the process, insurance company assessed a late payment fee and pennymac wants me to pay that fee I don't know how they can even say this with a straight face I had to fight real hard for them to pay the fee for their own mistake They said they have to send it to a different department to get the fee waived and wanted me to call back today I told them after all the mistakes they made, they owe it to me to give me a call when the fee is waived They agreed and we hung up Who am I kiddingI knew they weren't going to keep their word And sure enough, no call today
I really really don't understand how these guys stay in business These guys make Cox customer service look like premiere customer service
