PennyMac has, for the second time in less than six months, lost a mortgage payment that is mailed directly from my bank to them Each time the check has been cleared for the funds to their account with Bank of America, yet I have been told I never made the payment The first time I assumed the check was lost in the mail and as soon as I was notified of the failure of payment, put a stop pay on the initial check and made the payment over the phone I received a nasty call stating that I had put a stop payment on our payment (which I had because PennyMac called to tell me they had not received the payment) and was told that if I put another stop pay on a check I would have to make monthly payments with certified funds because they assume I can not make my payments This second "missing" check has been faxed to the company in hopes that it will clear up any problems, but it seems that the customer service representatives I spoke to have little confidence that this will be resolved in my favor After reading the information inprinted on the back of the cleared check the representative stated "I have no idea what those numbers mean", and that if the funds are not found then I will have to make up the paymentThis is just one issue I have with this company, I could go on but this issue with this missing payments is the biggest issue at the moment

Upon receipt of the Revdex.com notification, our office completed a thorough review of Mr***’s loan to ensure that his concerns were addressed. PennyMac confirmed that the escrow shortage in the amount of $was due to an increase of his taxes paid on December and April PennyMac provided Mr*** with the option of paying the escrow shortage in full or spreading it across 12monthly payments of $until paid in full. A representative from our office called MrLambart on June 23, 2014, to discuss his concerns, in which he requested a written response to his inquiry. On June 24, 2014, a written response was mailed to Mr*** to the address on file

I've made a clear statement last timeI'm still waiting for the letter from PennyMacBefore my request is fullfilled, I have to reject to keep the case openFollowed messages copied from last timeI am rejecting this response because:
In PennyMac's response I will receive letter in BUSINESS days, which means 42+ calendar days, and Revdex.com will only keep the case open for days if I didn't respondAlso In PennyMac's response, it will be a "letter of explanation", no refund promised, although they did say this on the phoneBut to be remembered, based on my previous communication history with PennyMac, they also promised me to refund for times but didn't
As a result, I have to reject to keep the case open until I received the refund.

I am rejecting this response because: only one option was providedCompany never discussed if they had made a mistake with my accountWhen they
said they would investigate what had happened, I was never given the results of that investigation which leads me to believe this was a company errorThe option offered was not satisfactoryIn addition, after complaint was made, company went ahead and did exactly what I had complained about before by contacting the wrong person

Upon receipt of the Revdex.com notification, our office attempted to contact Ms*** on February 11, and February 12, without successWhile we were unable to reach her to discuss her concerns a thorough review of the loan was completed as it related to the status of her Property Tax Refund.
Our office confirmed that the property tax refund was sent to PennyMac by the Taxing Authority; therefore, a request was submitted to credit Ms***’s loan while PennyMac processes the refund. A credit was applied to the loan’s escrow account on February 12, for the refund amount.

Please be advised that PennyMac received and responded to Mr. ***’s concerns regarding a refund request on February 19, 2014.
Upon receiving his request, we researched the loan and confirmed that Mr***’s set up PennyMac’s Autopay program online.
During the set up process, Mr***’s inadvertently requested to have additional funds drafted in addition to his regular monthly
payment, to pay towards his unpaid principal balance. Pursuant to Mr***’s request, PennyMac canceled the Autopay program
on February 5, 2014, and mailed a refund to Mr. ***’s on February 19,
PennyMac values and protects its customers’ confidential information. Due to privacy reasons, we will refrain from
