I have just finalized a FHA Streamline Re-Fi with PennyMac & it could not have been easier & a God send to me. In a very short time not only was my monthly payment reduced by $111, but two month's payments were skipped. [redacted]in Las Vegas was the best.

of reviewing the loan in order to sufficiently address Ms. [redacted]’s
concerns.  We appreciate Ms. [redacted]’s
patience while PennyMac completes our review and submits the credit correction
for Ms. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted].

I am rejecting this response because:
 
Thus far PennyMac has done nothing to make me believe that they are helping to resolve this issue.  I received a call on 10/4 from someone claiming to be in front of the investigation.  I called back an hour later and left a message, though I cannot confirm that it was the correct voice mail box since there was not greeting message.  I did not receive a call back.  I attempted to call the number again on 10/7.  I still have not received a call back.  Since then, I have received automated PennyMac calls on 10/5, 10/7, and 10/8 requesting the payment that has been misplaced by PennyMac.
