I am rejecting this response because:
 
The response given by PennyMac is not correct and this is how my case has been handled since this issue come up, disregarding the core issue and making it seems as if the concern has been handled but there is no resolution on their behalf. An ongoing pattern for over a year. 
 
I received a phone call from PennyMac on July 7th, letting me know they had received a complaint from the Revdex.com. The conversation with the representative was to let me know that the complaint had been received and they would look into the case, research the case and that THEY would get back to me to let me know they findings of the investigation to come to a resolution. To this day I have not received a phone call with a resolution or explanation to this matter. The has been no follow up as they said they would do. 
 
I explained to the representative that this mistake was on their behalf and although SHE accepted responsibility for having an error in the "system" that was not caught on time by them that I am still responsible to pay for their error, which has now a added up to $1700 on top of my mortgage in order to bring my escrow account to date. I initially gave them the deposit they requested with proven legal documentation, and every payment has been submitted on time paying the amount stated on their monthly mortgage statement sent to me. It is clear that this is an administrative error that they overlooked and now my escrow account in behind due to their lack of attention to this matter. PennyMac has accepted their error but I have not been given a resolution to solve this concern. As a result my mortgage payment has jumped more than inflation rate, which is also outrageous. 
 
As mentioned before, they committed to getting back to me to give me an answer as to what can be done in order to resolve this matter, and I have not received an answer from them other that: "we'll get back to you". This is clearly lack of communication in their system and poor customer care. 
 
If this issue is not resolved, legal resolution will be pursued through my attorney as this is not a matter to be disregarded on their behalf and it clearly represents lack of interest from PennyMac to resolve an error they have create for me, the consumer, which they are not willing to resolve.

that upon filing for bankruptcy protection, the United States Bankruptcy Court
imposes an automatic stay that requires PennyMac to stop any collection
activity, report the petition for bankruptcy protection and stop all future credit
reporting until the case is finalized. 
PennyMac blocks access to online services while an account is in an
active bankruptcy case or if a bankruptcy case is discharged.  Access to online services is blocked to
ensure that PennyMac does not infringe on the automatic stay imposed by the
United States Bankruptcy Court.

My loan had went from JP Morgan to PennyMac, due to certain life events I had to try and sell the home. For almost one year now of me trying to short sale the house, PennyMac has consistently lost paperwork, re-request the same documents several times, spent several months just to do an income verification. They've also set me up with several different personnel as to whom is to work with me. Each had either lost or misplaced my paperwork as well my third party authorization forms. Then they send notices on auctioning the house rather than short sell it, and there has been several offers on it. Once they decided to finish their income review they send you paperwork as to what you don't qualify for and state you should short sell the home, in which you're already trying to do. Their also supposed to appraise the home and ask if you have done that yet, when their the ones that are supposed to set it up. I would never recommend them as a lender or to do any type of business with them. It will be an on going headache, and a very painful process with what they will put you through.

I am rejecting this response because: Confirmed received the refund check, and now waiting for next billing statement to check wither it's been adjusted as well. Before that happens, I have to reject to keep the case open. I'll update when I see the billing statement.
