they are truly scam outfit They sold me a new car ON ITS WAY from Detroit With $down days later no car all they did was try to sell me other vehicles like the one I was waiting for< I knew something was wrong I went in ,where is my car ,DON'T Know pick out another, we could not work out a deal,so I asked for my $back, It took about hrsto get itNow they call me every week asking if I am still interested in another vehicle all though I told them I purchased it some were else and saved $I have asked they NOT to Call me anymore OR I would notify Revdex.com But they already have plenty of complaints I am just more telling the truth

Thank you for forwarding Ms [redacted] ’s complaint I have pulled her file and talked with some of the involved parties and here is what I can gather: This deal originally started with Ms [redacted] & Mr [redacted] contacting a broker to help them find and purchase a Ford Fusion At some pointThe broker contacted one of Peoria Ford’s commercial representatives to see if they could assist with the deal I am not for sure when the communication started with the broker, but Peoria Ford’s paperwork indicates that the deal was done based on a 10/1/date Regarding the timeliness of the payoff of the trade, I can’t say for sure why there would have been a delay However, I do understand that even after the payoff check was sent there was an issue with Ms [redacted] ’s lender having put “Forced Place Insurance” on her trade, thus increasing the amount of her payoff From what I am being told, Ms [redacted] was finally able to prove to her lender that there never was a lapse in her primary vehicle coverage and her lender finally removed the additional charges and showed her account as paid in full If it would help Ms [redacted] , Peoria Ford would be willing to write a letter to her lender stating that the late payment was no fault of hers if they would be willing to remove that derogatory entry from her credit profile Please let me know if Ms [redacted] finds this offer of resolution acceptable Sincerely, [redacted] Controller Peoria Ford | [redacted] Tel: ###-###-#### | Cell: ###-###-#### | Email: [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The information [redacted] stated were liesFirst, they didn't assist me in reviewing the lemon law rulesHe actually discouraged me from making that compalint by telling me that the process for a buy back was long and hard to accomplish He stated that I was contacting customers inside the sales floor areaI only said one thing to the two eldelry men outside in the parking lotI only only said not to buy from here as I walked past their carI never made any contact with anyone but the saleman, [redacted] *** and that was only after he approached me after I was already in my vehicle ready to leave He further said that I was irrate and combativeI never raised my vioce or struck anyone, the discription he gave as combatinve is getting physicalI simply left the building after being ganged up on by [redacted] and his two sales managers For further information, My buy out complaint is actully for the amount of $instead of the original estimate of $ I was only able to get $13k for the car on trade in; making my loss with my down payment as the $I want Peroia Ford and Ford Motor Company to pay me $to satify my compalint Regards, [redacted] ***

This complaint is in regards to a advertisement on the radio and tv for Memorial day New Ford Sale and the filling of a purchased pre-own vehicle gas tank The advertisemnts clearly states the first "NEW" cars purchased will recive a in tv for $ A copy will be provided if necessary to verify exact wording and content Pre-owned vehicles did not have this advertisement costed to the inventory and was never offered or advertised as such Many customers that saw the tv's in the showroom requested one as part of their negotiated price, however this customer did not Pre-owned vehicles are also only filled up to a 1/tank as the price of fuel has risen to such a high price it is cost prohoibtive to fill every tank to be competitiveIn every new or used transaction a WE-OWE form is part of the paperwork to show exactly what a customer is to receive not already on the vehicle purchased The WE-OWE form in this particular transaction clearly states NOTHING OWED OR PROMISED, which was signed by the customer and copies can be provided for review At Peoria Ford we strive to make every customer 100% satisfied and try to ensure we do by listing EXACTLY what is included in every transaction I apoligize that we obviously didn't clearly communicate clearly in the negotiations, however, thats why the WE-OWE form is used to clarify what the final negotiations ended with if anything else is owed The customer didn't qualify for the in tv for $because it was a used carThe customer didn"t get a full tank of gas because he did not pay for one according to his paperwork and the dealership did not promise him one because it is not on his paperwork(ieWE-OWE form) All documentation of the transcation is avaible for your review and I would be more than happy to provide clarity if there are any other questions regarding this matter[redacted] General Manager

10/20/ [redacted] was contacted and apolgized to for the experience she had at the dealership $297, as she requested, was refunded and sent to home address Even though refund was given, product was given to customer for compensation for the experience and recommended she use it to perserve her new car look This settlement should close the Complaint [redacted] General Manager

[redacted] Customer signed a universal contract at a rate which was not available at the time with the credit union she requested Customer was apologized too and offered to do contract at bank requested, but at rate that bank offered, customer declined Complaint was closed

Peoria ford attempted to try and resolve the concerns this customer had by walking him through a buy-back on a vehicle he felt was not operating correctly All test done on the vehicle demonstrated it was working within the guidelines it was designed as Customer came in demanding Peoria Ford buy back the vehicle, and when it was explained that the manufacturer has to do that, and many guidelines must be documented and met, customer became irate and combative Customer then proceeded to go out to showroom and talk to other customers in the middle of tranactions and say "don't buy cars here they sell lemons" Salespeople then got involved because of his rude interuptions and his disruption of our business Customer was so disruptive and ignorant we asked the customer to take his car to another ford location so they may assit him in any buy back claim he may have The Ford store he did take it stated that the car is operating in its fuctionality, as the customer stated in his complaint It is out of the dealerships scope of ability to do buy back as this customer is requesting The request the customer is claiming he wants as a desired settlement is a manufacturer issue, not a dealer issue We offered the customer a transaction which a over allowance of trade would be given, and a huge discount on another type of vehicle, but the customer declined [redacted] General Manager

I purchased a 2016 Ford Mustang from Peroia Ford for the agreement of the online price of $17,000. I put $8000.00 down and they gave me $10,000.00 for my car which I owned outright. Now somehow the total sales price is $35,921.52
After hours of negotiations the salesman said he would throw in some extras. Thing I didn't even want. By this time it was after closing time and the finance manager rushed me to sign the papers. Unfortunately I signed. Later realizing they charged for all the thing the salesman offered for free plus.
Also I was promised a new windshield and when I went there to have it put in they said they were only going to fix it. I've been back twice to have it done and keep getting the run around. It's still not done. Same with the other things they were "giving" me and then charged for.

Five Stars! Peoria Ford really does want satisfied customers. I went back and meet with upper management. He was very helpful and made good on all. I now have the car I wanted at the price I was willing to pay.
Thank you, happy purchaser.

This customer never even came into the dealership. The vehicle selected is a raptor, and was quoted at MSRP. The vehicle is not being produce anymore and cannot be ordered. Customer stated he wanted One of our stock units, which only remaining ones had additional
equipment added, therefor was quoted an additional amount. Customer refused to pay for anything added and actually wanted to only pay to remove the items, which labor is actually more than that. Customer actually stated he purchased another *** from another dealer in ***If a *** can be secured without any additional equipment Peoria Ford will sell at MSRP
*** ***

Customer was quoted MSRP on a ***. Customer picked out a *** with several added options not incl on MSRP. Customer only stated he would pay MSRP which din not cover any added equipment. Since this was a specialty vehicle none could be ordered. Customer stated he already bought another *** somewhere else(***) and never even visited the dealership to negotiate on the added items. Nothing done wrong by the dealer or its staff, nor was a mis-quote given.

Although we contract exclusively through a company that does our vehicle prep & detail, because of the frustrations you were having we offered you the option of taking it to a third-party of your choice to have the detail performed and we would cover half the cost. That offer came with two stipulations: 1.) That Peoria Ford be given the opportunity to review and approve the quote before work is performed and 2.) That you release Peoria Ford from any liability for work performed by that vendor. We believe both stipulations are fair considering we normally would only do this type of work in-house with our select vendor. However, since you made it very clear that you do not wish for Peoria Ford or our vendors to work on your car we thought this was a fair compromise
In reference to refund of the paint protectant, due to the nature of this issue, I am willing to refund that portion ($297) as well
Please advise if you wish to take advantage of this offer
Sincerely,

I don't know what happened to the other people, But I and my wife had a outstanding experienceFrom start to finish, we where treated with respect, The customer service was excellent as was finance right through to deliveryAnd every time I go in, all the guys I dealt with say hi, hows it going etc Keep up the great work Peoria !!

I bought a ford mustang in December of I was originally offered GAP insurance and I accepted it for obvious reasonsFew days later they called me to tell me they were able to get me a lower interest rate with another bankNot only did they want more money but they ended up taking out my GAP insurance and a bunch of other stuff because the bank couldn't cover the costNow the car is totaled and I'm stuck paying $because of Peoria Ford's ignoranceNot only did the bank let me sign a contract with them with no GAP insurance but Peoria Ford never advised me they would take it offWorst part is that when I tried calling them to see what had happened all they would tell me they would give me a call back but never didPeoria Ford will suck you in but once it comes down to it they will easily screw you overThey don't care for customers interests they only care for their salesI don't recommend them at allObviously they're no good if they're not even Revdex.com accreditedAnd ALWAYS READ everything they want you to sign and don't be afraid to ask questions

Ms*** vehicle has been in several times with a problem not being able to be duplicated. The most recent visit a problem was determined and finally repaired. Several discussions with Peoria Ford and Ford itself occurred. I apologize there has been an issue determining
the exact repair needed because it was not able to be duplicated the prior times it was brought in. A goodwill gesture of a $was offered as a discount to apologize for the delay and communication issues that occurred. Car is repaired and ready for pick up

I am a little frustrated in being mislead, A LOT about the possibility of being able to make a deal I told *** *** (internet sales manager) where I was in both credit, and how far upside down I was in my trade ($based on *** trade in value), and he said that he could make it work I then told him that we didn't have more than $to put down, and we needed to keep the payments @ $or less, and again he said no problem, and in fact he had seen people in worse cases that he was able to help out, with double the amount upside down on a trade We came in with the hope of being able to make a deal on the *** He told me to speak with *** *** when I came in, which we did *** had us test drive a *** ***, as he couldn't find the *** we were interested in on the lot After a test drive, and taking my trade in truck info, he then came back from the finance department with a psychotic offer to make the deal He had on a paper that we needed a down payment of $20,(yes that is twenty-thousand), and payments over $per month At that point, he asked us how much we actually had to put down, which we told him again, only $500, and the payments needed to be $per month like *** told us that he could do on the phone I even told him that we could do as long as month, as long as the monthly payments were $including GAP Needless to say, the sales department was not able to come close to our request, and they suggested a new truck with rebates We then talked to someone in the new truck sales department, and after we spoke with him for about minutes, he actually understood our situation, as told us up front that he was not going to be able to come close, as we are talking about $50,trucks The internet sales manager flat out lied to me on the phone to get me in the door

While it is unfortunate that several inquires were made against Ms***'s credit profile in an attempt to secure financing, we are unable to petition to have them erased as they were incurred in the ordinary course of business. On the positive side, the inquires usually do not count heavily against one's credit score, as evidenced by Ms***'s ability to purchase a vehicle as she stated
Considering she has purchased a vehicle elsewhere and had stated in her original complaint that "I honestly can't say what I would like from this dealership since I do NOT (her emphasis, not mine) want to ever have to deal with them again", I am really not sure what it would take to resolve this issue in a matter Ms*** would find acceptable
In short, we extend our apology that we were not able to match Ms*** with a vehicle and financing terms she was comfortable with and would like to consider this issue closed without remedy
Sincerely,

Dear Ms B***,
Thank you for your inquiry. Understanding that we might not remember things almost a year ago as if they occured yesterday, I had the file pulled and took some time to review it before responding
Upon reviewing your
file, I found that you and your co-buyer (Margaret) did in fact sign acknowledgements several time representing your purchase of additional value-added coverages. These were identified on your purchase order, retail installment contract and the Accept/Decline form we use to summarize which coverages a customer has selected and declined (ideal for circumstances just like this where claims are made that products or services were included unknown by the buyer)
I am sorry you felt as though you were taken advantage of or sold something you did not agree to. It is obvious from your complaint that you are unhappy with the vehicle and the circumstances. If you would like, I would be happy to facilitate your trading out of that vehicle into one that works better for you
Please let me know if I can be of assistance
Sincerely,
Pat H***

All was well with our sales man...then we were sent to financing After listening to his pitch for additional warranties for our new used vehicle (minutes of non-stop talking about how our current warranty was basically worthless!!), We told him over and over again no....we did not want to purchase any more additional warranties He said he felt bad for keeping us so long and would "give" us the dent removal and tire protection for our time Then he said it would not change our "payment" a bit When asked if it would change the bottom line for the "free" item he was "giving" us, he said well yea...but only $1200...But I can buy down the points for your interest rate and your payment won't go up a bit....what??!! if we had not asked what the final bottom line was, he would charged us an additional $1,for what he was "giving" us for "free"!! Unbelievable how sneaky they are...and we found out they pulled the same thing on our parents, who bought a brand new car!

Hi Pat, I'm sure you don't remember me but I've purchased trucks and a car from you, the trucks years agoMost recently a Ford Fiesta, prior a Fand
I was in the market for a new last year and I called the most recent salesman that I had a fantastic experience with, Paul R**This experience was NOT fantasticSince we are debt free outside of the fiesta, and only got it as a commuter, and had it for a year I had planned to trade it in
Paul quoted me a way off and super untrue number over the phone just to get me in and lied or more times to get me in the doorSince, I brought the Fiesta in for regular service and had ANOTHER TERRIBLE experience, so bad that ended up cancelling the maintenance contract all together vowing NEVER to do business with your dealership againFunny since or families have purchased there because of my referral
People ask me where to go in situations like this because I do social media for a living, and my grandfather worked for ford for over yearsI am still a Z plan member
Anyway you and I had words on the phoneYou asked me over and over what I wanted you to do, "FIX THE PROBLEMS" Was my only reply since I am not one of those people fishing for something for free
Well now we have another problemI have had the same cell phone number for the last yearsI have been on hold with "Josh" from I don't know what department who keeps calling me claiming they are just "Doing their job" when they call me over and overMultiple times per monthPretty much every 3-DAYS
I have blocked the number, reported it to the Revdex.com, the cell phone company everyoneOh, there minutes on hold and they just hung up on me
Sally the receptionist just took a message, minutes it took me to tell her what a pleasurable experience I've had with your companyI can't believe you are still in businessThis is the 18th time I have now been placed on the "Do not call list" Which by the way I am quite sure DOES NOT EXISTI don't know what I can do about this but I will tell you right now, this isn't moral, ethical and can't possibly be LEGALFIX THE PROBLEM Pat, your name is all over this business, FIX it! This is YOUR reputation
