I was without my computer for a few days due to a crash, it was away for repair and was unable to reply and could not find a place to do so until nowMy reply is as follows:
A correction is needed as nobody could've spoken to my husband as I am not married. I live with my dad, which is who whoever called spoke toThey should not have assumed it was my husband! My dad told me someone from PetSmart called, asked him if I received the blanket yet, he told them no (which I haven't), that was itMy dad told me nothing at all was said on the phone about the 12th, that's a lieNobody from PetSmart has contacted me further about this matter as they claim in the reply. They refuse to send me the blanket and have treated me terribly as I described in my initial complaint
My order (#***), specifically the blanket, had a tracking number sent to me by PetSmart on 7-20-of *** via F*That box was delivered to CA, you may check and see for yourselfI am in PA and obviously supplied them with my home addy in PA
I wanted to be sure this proof was added that I did not receive the blanket, nor did I receive a shipment of dog treats from this same order (which the tracking number led nowhere - it did not even exist to be tracked)I will never order online from them again

I have huskies that are fed with *** *** *** and they love itSeems the only place to get it is at petsmartRecently I bought them treats called *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ***Now they both have constant diarrhea that smells awfulOne of my huskies name *** has developed a limp on her left front paw, her shaking handThese treats were not cheap but it seems their quality is very cheapI will only continue to buy them their dog food at petsmart but that will be itNo treats from there ever again!

Shannon S**, Titus-Will Ford Service Manager is reaching out to the *** with an offer to inspect and diagnose the issue with their vehicle's clock free of charge. We worked on the vehicle ignition which is not related to the clock mechanism in any way therefore feel that there is nothing

I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolvedHowever, if Petsmart really cared about their customers, especially those that receive funds from 501corganizations, they would make some type of effort to help people that had to spend more money because they were not able to get the discounts online and the trouble of going to the stores and the stores not having the inventory in stockThat happens to me a lot.

Any communication between our manufacturing team and our customers should go through our corporate offices. I have looked into this matter and found that your claim was reviewed a second time and it was determined that reimbursement of your couch would not be made. I appreciate you making the business reach out to me However the $gift card that they suggested does not even cover the cost of the bag of dog food they sold me that had maggots in it I can understand why they are defending the *** *** brand because it is owned by petsmart..
I think that what happened after my dog ate a product that was supposed to be fresh and good for my pet ended up making him sick and made me run around I had to miss days from work to run around to find a vet is a luxury that I did not have but I had toObviously petsmart does not want to stand behind their business and products I think they can do a lot more than just a $gift which again does not even cover one bag of food .so please I think that they can do more

I took my dog to be groomed for the first time at the Abingdon store #Stacie was the groomer who cared for my dogI made an appointment online but I misunderstood that the appointments were a hour time slot and not an exact timeAfter Stacie saw me waiting for my dog she came out to make sure that I knew how the scheduling worked and that my dog would be at least more hoursI explained to her that I did not know that and I had to pick up my son and would not be able to come back and pick my dog upI said I would have to cancel and just take my dog with me
Stacie was very nice and told me she would do her best to get me out in time to pick up my sonStacie also explained how to book an appoint with express so that my dog could be done at a specific time the next timeStacie did a beautiful job on my dog and she did have me out in time to pick up my sonShe was polite and professional
