In response to the company's question of "Why here..."This was my last resort and clearly my most effective way of getting desired results.
Having voiced my opinion of unfair practice to a local branch manager, as well as a representative of PNC Bank Retail Escalation Team, I was dismissed without due consideration. I felt my enquiry for a refund was justified. I am thankful for an advocate (Revdex.com) who will cause business(PNC) to consider their customers as well as their bottom line. reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.PNC and I had played a bit of phone tag and never got the issue resolved. During that time, my husband and I closed our account and while we only had a little money in the account, PNC took that money for closing the account. We never got anything resolved at all and they were upset that we were closing our account. Didn't get anything at all refunded to us and they stated they were entitled the $we have left in the account. This certainly has been a nightmare doing business with this bank. I have voiced my opinion to other customers who state if this is not resolved they too will be moving their business elsewhere. Its funny the new bank we are using as well as the previous banks we have used - we have NEVER had any of the problems we have had with PNC. It has been a complete nightmare and would never recommend anyone doing business with PNC

They did call me and tell me that they would remove the fees, but they have told me this before. I am waiting for a letter stating that the fees have been removed and what I actually owe on the account. As soon as I get this, I will sign off on the complaint
