We received this complaint from another source in February of 2013. The issue was resolved in February of to the customer's satisfaction

I HAVE CONTACTED PNC THREE TIMES SINCE MY COMPLAINT AND I WAS SHORTED $ON MY CHECK AND I HAD TO REMIND PNC TO PAY THE $SERVICE CHARGE WHICH THEY ASSURED ME I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED FOR ON MAY1, THE DAY I CANCELLED MY *** CARD.THEY STILL OWE ME $AND I WILL CHECK MY CREDIT TO MAKE SURE THE $CHARGE IS NOT ON THERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OF PNC

The business (PNC Bank) contacted me by phone and merely repeated what they had initially told me that they have cancelled my card, my reward points but accepted my outstanding
payment in full and that I will have to apply for a new cardThey simply repeated that they can not reactivate my card or reinstate my reward points.In my opinion, the bank should have put my card on hold until full payment instead of cancelling itIf they had to cancel then in order for me to get the benefit of my reward points, they should have applied the equivalent amount of cash against my accumulated reward points and asked me to pay the remaining balanceThis is the bank I am having my account with for last years!!! I feel cheated by the bank because they have taken away my hard earned money from meI want my money to be returned to me and will not accept anything less than that
