I still have "hiden' fees on our non profit account. We don't even put big money on it anymore,we handle 10- and 20 note bills there now,till we close it. We just giving bank the second chance and patiently waiting for they to change their attitude towards us.

I am rejecting this response because of the following reasons.... When K.C. assistant V.P. of PNC's Executive Client Relations, first contacted me by phone on Wednesday, 2/24/16 we spoke about my complaint and I explained to her in detail why I had submitted this Revdex.com complaint. She told me she would look into getting my issue resolved and would contact me back in 1 week which would have been on Wednesday, 3/2/16. On Wednesday, 3/2 I NEVER got a call or email back from K.C. as promised. I then tried reaching out to her several times leaving messages for her to call me back. After never hearing back from her as promised and receiving a email message on 3/24/16 from the Revdex.com that PNC Bank failed to respond to the Revdex.com regarding my complaint I had filed. I became furious and starting social media campaigns on [redacted] and [redacted] against PNC, making sure to let all my friends and followers know about the horrible customer service I had received from PNC Bank. And how they treat and value their small business customers. After putting PNC on social media blast for several days I finally got a phone call back from K.C. assistant V.P. of PNC's Executive Client Relations OVER ALMOST ONE MONTH LATER! I find it completely ridiculous that a large bank like this has no problem [redacted] over their customers and providing them with such shoty customer service. I might have accepted the response by PNC to my Revdex.com complaint if K.C. would have called me back has she promised in one week, not a month later.  I will be now taking my complaint against PNC bank to the State of [redacted]s Attorney General Office to file a complaint against them regarding this matter. And will make sure to continue my social media campaign's against PNC bank.Regards,

Nothing was settled, they refused to allow access to the phone recording, and I have sent you the release form to get the bank records showing the payments were on time. They are with holding the evidence that proves me right, now why are they doing this ?  I have also contacted the OCC and requested they get the recording to show I'm correct. this is a sad attempt to get revienge for moving my retirement funds out of PNC. and I'm willing to bet they will not even release yesterday conference call to the Revdex.com.
