[PNC BANK has not responded to me at all on or before September 3rd. I have not received a response from them otherwise. I am requesting that they close the accounts at a zero balance, like originally asked and NOT send them to collections because of a mistake they and also not to send the account to check systems based on the mistake they made. Regards,

I believe that PNC has intentionally structured debits so that my account is in negative status. I am requested a refund in the amount of the full overdraft charges $324. this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have been in verbal communication with Chasten O[redacted] regarding this complaint, she seems genuinely concerned, and is very meticulous to examination of facts concerning the fee's associated to the mortgage, I have been awaiting her response as she is supposed to contact me this week.  To date, I have yet to see a clear and concise breakdown of dates, and fee's levied to my loan account, I think such a list should be shared and made available before any fee's are imposed.  I also believe that any and all fee's associated with such a list should not only be detailed, but furthermore any credits and debits should be in separate columns and not commingled together because I believe that combining these serves only to make the matter more complicated.  I did a long time ago receive a screenshot that is confusing, and does not seem to make any sense. Regards,
