[HiI do not understand how they have resolved the matter. The last person I spoke to Brett B[redacted] said that he will talk to his colleagues /others and get back to me. He did not get back. The lady Pam said that she will get her boss to contact me - he did not.Basically - the issue still remains. My old debt is not being paid off first ( as is the practice with all businesses - pay old debt first before new debt). No one has contacted me to resolve the matter - so I believe the issue still remains - unresolved.I am not surprised that the business responded like that - basically they have not been very helpful. To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]

[PNC BANK has not responded to me at all on or before September 3rd. I have not received a response from them otherwise. I am requesting that they close the accounts at a zero balance, like originally asked and NOT send them to collections because of a mistake they and also not to send the account to check systems based on the mistake they made. Regards,

complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.PNC did nothing to address my concern. They would not contact [redacted] on my behalf to notify that the personal loan in question, which caused the [redacted] credit card to be closed, had been paid in full in cash and was no longer in existence. The representative provided no additional detail to me of the action she took to attempt to resolve this issue, aside from saying that they would not contact [redacted] I am not satisfied with the resolution, since there was none as evidenced by the lack of information included in the PNC representative's response to the Revdex.com.

My problem like always and as I forwarded to Revdex.com is that they give me the run around. As you may see listed in my email previously before, is that  they gave me various fax numbers to fax it too. I always mail in all my tax information and fax it too and the fax number they give me changes day to day with them. They first say fax it here then when I follow up they give me a totally different number. This problem is yearly, and every year I have to file a complaint because of their negligence. They are very disorganized. Now lets see when my school tax bill comes later in August what will be the outcome of this. The Revdex.com has records of previous complaints regarding PNC and all are due to my TAXES. They give out wrong information to customers.
