I ordered a watch band the 1st of March 2020 for my new watch. It is now April and I have not gotten a thing for my $45.00 that I paid. I have sent over 10 emails and have not gotten one reply back. I filed a dispute with *** on the sale and then they provided a *** tracking number that has never been received at the Post Office for delivery. That was on March 26th 2020. These people are dishonest and need to be shutdown. I would like a refund on my order *** and I will never buy anything from these crooks again. This is noway to treat customers. Thanks

I wish I would've looked into this company prior to ordering. I ordered a protective case for my new apple watch which I haven't used yet waiting for this cover, ordered exactly two weeks ago and have not received an order update nor have I received my item. Not sure who is running this business but all they do is provide false information on their website which will convince you to order. They seem to be a scam, I just hope I receive my item and it is exactly what I ordered.

Best bet is NOT TO ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. AND YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ITEMS IN 2-3 DAYS.

Terrible company. Ordered 2 Apple Watch bands on 2/8/20. Received them in 2/20/20. Upon opening my package I noticed That the red band I ordered was two different colors. I contacted the company via email. Sent a photo of the defect and asked for a refund or exchange. Sent emails almost daily and have never received a replay. Their website says no refunds or exchanges after 20 days. They keep your money and never get back to you in the 20 day window so you lose your money and stick with defective merchandise. The band that was the right color just broke yesterday. Don’t purchase anything from this company. If you want a new Apple Watch band get it from Apple.

I hate to even give Pinnacle Luxuries one star. This company WILL not respond to your emails and does not provide a phone number. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! Terrible customer service and poorly run company.

I wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered a product from Pinnacle Luxuries. Two days after I placed the order they claim that they shipped my item and generated a tracking number. However the package still, 3 days later, has not even been received by the carrier. The company is well aware of the shipping delays (they emailed me "apologizing" for the delays by offering 30% off orders, like I would ever give them more of my money)7 days prior to my order) and yet they still claim that orders will include "expedited shipping." I bought the product largely in part due to their claim of expedited shipping.
This is just one example of how deceptive the company is and how poor the customer service is. It's impossible to reach them directly to deal with the situation.

Pinnacle luxuries is a scam received the watchband which was garbage and emailed them over 10 times to return this company SUCKS!

I purchased a Apple Watch band on line from this place on a friday. I put the wrong shipping address so I looked online to call them and no number to call. So I sent them a email saying I had put the wrong mailing address and would like it shipped to my bill address. I didn’t get a email back from them till the following Friday a week later. And the email was not a hand written email it was a shipment notification email. So I emailed them again no answer. I looked them up on *** and sent them a email to there *** page. No answer. No number to call and no answer. How do I get a refund how to I chsnge something in my order if they never respond. And they say online they had 24 hr customer through email. Well it’s been almost two weeks now and I still have no response and no clue what to do.

I ordered an watchband from Pinnacle. The band arrived without the device required to correctly size the band (it has links that need to be removed). The device is included as part of th epurchase. I emailed them 4 times and no response.

Ordered their item. Watch Wrist band. 'Payed $39. Never get a product. Tried to contact via email. Nobody respond back to me.

I'd give 0 stars if I could... I ordered an Apple Watch band for my husband on February 1 and I still don't have any shipping details. I've sent 4 emails asking for status, and then requesting to cancel and I have had zero response. Their FaceBook page is no help - they regularly delete posts and comments from people. I plan to reject the package and dispute the charge because I already bought and received another band from a real company. This so-called business is horrible.

Ordered 3 weeks ago, supposed to ship within 3 days and it still has not been shipped. I have not received product and have gotten no response nor has a refund been given. No response from email, no phone number to contact.

Ordered a watch band from this company. When it did not arrive within the promised time I emailed them to inquire when I should expect the order, they did not respond. When the order arrived a few days later, a part of the order was missing. I emailed, but did receive a response. A few days later I noticed the black color rubbing off the watchband. I again emailed asking about a refund due to this defect, but again received no response. A fourth email a few days later also went unanswered. There is no phone contact listed, only email. According to their website, returns are accepted within 30 days, and emails will be responded to within 24 hours. This company sells defective merchandise, does not provide what was purchased, and does not honor their policies.

I ordered a watch band for my daughter for her birthday - site says 2 to 3 days with expedited shipping. LOL. I ordered this on February 7th, it is now the 19th and nothing. I emailed them to find out what the hold up was. I got a form letter back stating "sorry for the delay" take 30% off your next order. Are you kidding? Then I realized I was getting a gold and black band, but wanted the rose gold and black band. I emailed asking if I could exchange (not once but twice) and I received no response. I found the refund policy which states you have 20 days to either exchange or receive a refund for your purchase from the date of the order. So if I ever receive this purchase I guess they wait until the 20th day so you cannot get a refund or exchange. Horrible company!!! This is one that was on Facebook. My daughter found it. Seems most companies on Facebook are nothing but a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT.

I bought the wrong watchband just prior to Christmas. It took a long time to receive it. I was trying to purchase an Apple Watch for Christmas but they were sold out so I had to settle for a Fitbit watch. The Apple watchband I bought from Pinnacle does NOT FIT the Fitbit. I asked them how I could return it. They only give 20 days to return it and I sent them an email with an explanation and I never heard back from them.
This is a horrible company and I learned my lesson. Always check reviews first and their return policy before purchasing.

I ordered an Apple Watch band, 40mm size. They sent me one that was 42mm. I want to return it at no cost to me and receive a full refund. I have sent 3 emails several days apart with no response. I have purchased a band elsewhere that fits so I do not want an exchange.

I ordered a “Premium Luxury Stainlesd Steel Apple Watch Band Case black 44mm” I received the wrong sized items that are labeled 38 and 42mm that are too small. Purchase Price was $69.95. I have been made four email attempts and 1 social media attempt to make an exchange but the company refuses to respond to me for almost two months now. Order was confirmed December 26, 2019. Order was shipped January 1, 2020. Order was delivered January 6, 2020. I on January 6th, 2020 first reached out to pinnacle luxuries at the email address provided iand later tried ...before retrying ... as their exchange and return instructions advised. I have received no responses.

On 2/2/20, I purchased a Apple Watch case from this company. Not only were they unresponsive in the several emails I sent, regarding my purchase and another product; they refused to respond to my inquiries for when I would receive my order. In addition, my order arrived 11 days after I ordered it (should’ve been received within 2-3days). Today I finally received my item. The package was not only damaged when it arrived but completely open. Clearly, they do not inspect there products before shipping them; in addition, the quality is terrible! It’s suppose to protect my Apple Watch, meanwhile it was completely damaged when I received it.

Wish I had checked here before ordering. Product too big and have emailed twice in three weeks with no response.

I ordered 2 Fitbit Inspire HR watch bands; one fit my Fitbit, but the other one didn't. I contacted Pinnacle Luxuries to find out how to return the item that didn't fit and get a refund, but I have never gotten a response. All I would like to do is return the item that does not fit and get a refund for that item.

On 1/20/2020 I ordered the Spartan Stainless Steel Apple Watch Case w/Fortified Tempered Glass Screen Protection using their on-line website for $39.95. I has a 20% discount that was supposed to be taken off the order at check out using the code ***. Initially, I called and e-mailed telling them, I'd like the 20% off my cc statement as a separate credit. No response. I placed a dispute on my cc for the 20%. There was a delay in shipping. I received the product on 2/10/2020. The watch case was PLASTIC and the tempered glass was PLASTIC from China. This is a total misrepresentation of the product, fraudulent advertising. The website should not be allowed to operate. You can't cut and paste the description because the website doesn't allow it. This in itself is a red flag. They don't want the Revdex.com or consumer fraud to be able to prove fraud. You can buy the same product on *** for $6.99. I filed a dispute for the full amount on 2/10/2020.
