They advertise 2-3 days expedited shipping! That is *** They finally send me a tracking number and two days later it shows that it still has not been mailed!!

They are the worst company to deal with I never received my order and they never answered my emails either. What a sham!! Save your money!

Seems like a scam. They said my order has shipped a week ago but USPS is still waiting on the package per the “Arrive” app. Reviews on site don’t seem legit. The company will not respond.

Why to simple,they send my package to the wrong address,Mountainside NJ 07092 ,and my address is *** ,and still waiting for my package ,when is going to arrive to my house,aren’t no? Bad company

I ordered an Apple Watch protective case. It was shipped in a timely manner and the product is just what I expected. No problems, no issues.

I ordered two Ultimate Steel Apple Watch Cases with Tempered Glass Screen Protection, 44 mm size in red. Neither watch case fits our 44 mm apple watches. We have the ceramic watch and it does not fit. I have tried with no resolve to contact the company to return the cases and get no response by email or phone.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased an Apple watch band from them and it broke within 5 days of wearing it. They only offer an email address to contact them. I sent a picture and details on my order and the fact that the watch band broke. I texted them and emailed them 3 times. Crickets, I never heard back from them. THIS IS THE WORSE COMPANY I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. Do not be drawn in by them or their sales. It is all a load of bull.

I ordered a product from them on 12/2/19. The website says 2-3 business days. Not only have I not received the product but now I see there is no contact number. I have sent several emails days apart and no response. They have charged my card of course.

Zero rating! I should have checked all these negative reviews before I purchased! Ordered a combination charger and received a completely different item than what was pictured, no receipt, no return info. I sent 4 emails and finally got a generic response in broken English that due to the holiday, I need to be patient. Please! Do not order from this company!!

This place is a scam! Ordered a watch band and didn't receive for 2 weeks. Then, it doesn't fit my Samsung watch.. so emailed them requesting a return and haven't heard a peep!

they have not sent my product which they said would be sent in three day , free shipping . haven't heard a word , oh but they got my money from my bank account.

I ordered the wrong size watch shield and immediately sent an email to the only contact email. No response. Received the product 2 weeks later with no instructions on how to return and emailed again. No response.

This company is trash. The items look sweet online then when your order finally comes in.
( says 3 day delivery) . It took a couple weeks to get here and no update or tracking until I sent them an email which they never responded to me. Then when item comes it looks like a piece of cheap plastic. Nowhere near what they have posted . Cheap garbage. Do not do business with them at all. I honestly think they wait for your order then order or have someone make cheap India or Taiwan cheap knock-off. I’d give this place 10 negative ?? if it’s let me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them.

The 42mm case I purchased for my Apple Watch doesn’t fit. I believe the package was mis-marked. I have emailed them three times with no response. Despite their claims of 24/7 customer service and promise to reply on the same business day, I’ve heard nothing. There is no phone number to contact them, nor do they provide chat support. Additionally, their “3 day expedited delivery” took 5 days. I have disputed the charge with my bank. I doubt the 5-star reviews are valid.

First of all this address at 244 Sheffield Street is bogus. I called a company that offices at that location to verify. Secondly, all of the other reviews of this sham business are spot on. Same for me; ordered a product that has not arrived and no way to contact them. Have sent two emails to no avail.

Avoid them at all costs. I ignored the other bad reviews, and regret it. You can't contact them, and they don't respond if there is a problem. Just go with Amazon and save yourself a headache.

ordered a fit bit ionic protective case didn't come on time,got no replys from company. item did weeks later arrive minus the screen. I woudnt advise anyone to use company

I placed an order for a IPhone 8 case and paid for it but it was never delivered! I want to cancel all orders placed with this (business)!!

Received item, but it didn’t fit the device. What they advertise is not what you get. Tried to return it and they wouldn’t respond. Tried to post a review on their website. Says it will post but never did. They clearly fake their reviews and will not post negative feedback. Terrible company and terrible service.

Purchased item on company website on 10|15/2019. Have received no notification of shipment nor response to any of my repeated emails. Company offers no phone number. Just an email and physical address.
