I ordered a 44mm Black Apple Watch case for $39.95. It is supposed to come with two covers for the watch face; a tempered glass cover, as well as a soft plastic cover to protect the watch face. The buyer can choose which one to use. The tempered glass cover was miss labeled, and was considerably smaller than my 44mm watch face. I have emailed both their addresses multiple times to request getting them to send me the correct size tempered glass cover. They have not responded!

I don't believe they are a legitimate company.
They took an order and never fulfilled their end by delivering.

They Won’t respond to emails. Very dissatisfied with their gold-look I watch face plate.
Don’t do business with this company. Wish I had read reviews before throwing my money away !

My order was placed almost two weeks ago and I have yet to receive anything and my credit card was charged. I have sent two follow up emails to see where my order is and the company still has not responded.

I would NEVER order from this company again.

Placed order two weeks ago for a watch band! Received shipping confirmation and when I track it all it says is label created! Don’t use this company! Oh and don’t bother with emailing them they don’t reply!!! Garbage!

All the comments I’ve read I’ve had the same problem, they sent out the wrong color watch band, and no response from customer service.

Purchased a Apple Watch on 9/24 for 39.95. Did not receive. Company will not email nor call back. Filing a report with PayPal and my bank today! Do not purchase from this company.

I'm pretty sure I was scammed. Ordered and paid for watch band on 9/24/19, still haven't heard back, so emailed on 10/1/19- no response.
Cannot recommend this company.

Seems to be a bad company to deal with. Placed an order on 8-26-19 and have not received a confirmation that my order has been set. Their web page says ships in 24 to 72 hours. I have sent them 4 emails with no response. We have ask for a refund with no response as well, no telephone listed that we can call...bad folks.

O stars!!! I don't think this company exists. I have sent several emails to get a refund and I haven't received a response. I will never order from them!!

Awful customer service. No phone number to call, no reply to multiple emails and no product ordered received over two weeks after ordering and my charge card debited. I can only hope that if and when what I ordered is received it's worth the high price paid.

Terrible company (if they really exist) place my order on 9-13-2019 today is 9-25-2019 and I have not received any information if or when my order will be sent to me, send easily 5 emails and did not answer I truly believe they don’t exist and they are just a scam. Please don’t make business here

Pinnacle Luxuries promoted 3 day express delivery but delivery took 2 weeks. They did not respond to emails and Facebook messages asking where my package was, but they did remove all the requests for contact that I posted on their wall. I did eventually receive my merchandise, but their business practices are shady. BEWARE.

I ordered several accessories for my apple watch on Aug. 28.The items arrived on Sept.14. They do not fit properly and I am not happy with the quality, so I wanted to return them. I went to the website [email protected]. There is no way to request a return on the site. There is no customer service phone number. I have tried to contact them thru their website for a week. There is no way to get to them. My purchases totaled $79.90 and I would like a refund. They have a 30 day return policy, so this needs to be taken care of. Please help!!!

I ordered a Fitbit watch band on August 13, 2019. It was supposed to be “Expedited 3 Day Shipping.” I finally received it on August 23, 2019. The band won’t snap into my watch so I sent an email initially on September 2, 2019 for a refund. Their policy says they will reply within 24 hours and they offer a 30 day refund policy. I have now sent 7 emails to date and they still have not replied. I have sent emails to *** as well as *** Those are the only two emails they give on their website to contact. There is no phone number to call.

I think the company is terrible and I recommend not buying from them. I ordered a watch case for an Apple Watch. The magnets that are supposed to keep the front and back of the case closed, failed. The lid of the case fell off the watch several times. I emailed and called the company to get a return authorization. No one called or emailed me back. I have protested on both my Paypal and my credit card company.

I would like to return two items. The business has not answered my e-mails beginning Aug 16, 2019. They have no telephone number. I would like them to refund my money.

Placed an order and received shipping confirmation with tracking number 8 days later. Tracking link directs to FedEx but their website says " FREE Expedited 3 Day Shipping In America". Tracking number shows (link is to FedEx): "Not found. This tracking number cannot be found, please check the number or contact the sender."

Sent 3 emails, never received a response. Their website shows:
"Email us anytime at ... for 24 hour customer service support. We will be sure to respond to any and all inquiries that same business day."

Only recourse is to dispute the credit card charge, which I have done.

Order and received cover for I-Watch from this company product was defective Tried to contact by email multiple times to initiate return authorization and return address. No response to any email. Oder #*** paid $39.95

Purchased a band for a Fitbit Versa for my wife. They claim 3 day expedited shipping. The item was shipped on August 13, and scheduled delivery is shown? online to be August 22. Do not expect to get what you ordered in 3 days after they ship. It probably means that they take 3 days to ship it after you order it and they send it by snail mail!
