Sent me the wrong watch band and have not responded to my request for refund or replacement. Would not recommend.

Same story as several other people. I ordered a screen protector for a 40mm watch. It was promised to arrive in 3 business days but it took well over a week before it arrived. I received a screen protector that was far too small. I contacted the website several times to arrange a return for refund, never got a response. Now I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company.

What everyone else said. Dishonest company with no way to get ahold of them.

Sent me a faulty product. No phone number to call. Sent 20 emails that all were unanswered despite their promise to respond that day.

Posted a 1 star review on their website that was never published.

Run very far away from this sham of a company.

I ordered a stainless steel replacement band for a Fitbit. It is called Fitbit Inspire Hr Stainless Steel Mesh Milanese Loop Band. Pinnacle's description of this product claims "Adjustable Strong Magnetic Closure: Easy to assemble and resize". I was not able to figure out how to adjust the band and there is certainly no magnetic closure. I attempted to reach the company via email three times, but got no response, inspite of the fact they the company boasts of 24-hour support. There is no phone number to call. I agree with other reviewers that this company is a scam. I ended up purchasing two stainless steel bands from a different source for half the cost. They worked perfectly right out of the box. Very disappointed in Pinnace Luxuries and would advice others to avoid this company.

I agree with what others have said -- absolutely no responses to several emails I have sent them. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

I purchased a watch band for an Apple Watch. They sent me the wrong color and a band that did not fit the stated watch. I have emailed them twice regarding this and have heard nothing back.

Worst company ever. Customer service never contacts you back and cancelled one order and placed another but they never cancelled the first one. Second order had mixed sizes in it. Wanted to return but no responce and PayPal sided with them on the dispute because they contacted them 5 days later when they pulled the money back. Will use neither ever again because I got railroaded.

Purchased the Ultimate Steel Apple Watch Case & Screen Protector × 1 for my apple watch. Received the product 9 days later after they advertised 3 day expedited shipping. The tempered glass screen protector is too small for my apple watch and I ordered the correct size. I have contacted the company repeated times through email and messenger with no response. They claim on their website they will respond with in 24 hours, not true. There is no phone number to contact them directly. Very disappointed and upset that I fell for their 5 star reviews online. I wrote a review on their website and it has not appeared, I'm guessing they won't show it since it is not at 5 star review.

Terrible company to deal with. Advertise that they have customer service and I have never received a response to any of my emails. They have no telephone number - beware do not buy from this company

Products are faulty. I doesn’t work. Please don’t be full like me and don’t do any business with them. I believe that it’s Chines company and acting like a USA base company.

Horrible customer service! Received the wrong idea and emailed 4x w zero response!! Wrote a review, on site, and it was submitted for review. Guessing that is why their reviews are so great bc mine prob will not be posted!!

1st time ordering not a good experience. Sent 2 emails inquiring about order, 3
Private Facebook messages and no reply. Their website states emails will be answered same day...FALSE. Website also states and my order shows expedited 3 day shipping...FALSE. My order, after contacting USPS, will be delivered over a week after it shipped!! I would not order from this company again. Very disappointed.

I purchased a black and white Iwatch band which was charged to my account ending in *** on June 12, 2019.
The total amount was $24.95. There was no paperwork in the envelope. The band was only worn twice and the black
is peeling off of the holes. I have emailed twice with no response - company states that they will respond the same day.
I would like to return the band for a refund.

Beware of ordering from this company. I ordered a Prestige Milanese Loop watchband for an Apple Watch that does not fit. I repeatedly emailed the company to exchange for proper size, but they never responded and don’t have a phone number listed. Buyer beware!

I bought the Premiere Apple Watch Case Series 4 for the 44 mm watch and was hoping it met their claims. I have emailed the company three times and they will not answer me The watch edge is flaking. After ordering it was to be received in 3 days, I emailed them on the 5th day to get an update. No response. Finally received on 8th day with what was supposed to be expedited ahipping. I tracked and it set in their office for three days before it was given to the carrier. Their web page advertises 24 hour customer support and that is a joke. They have zero customer support. I’m not stuck with a defective case cover Will never shop here again. To prove I really ordered and not a scam review, the order number *** was ordered on 4/5/19 at 4:07 pm and delivered on 4/13/19 @ 2:47 PM. Don’t fall for the customer service advertising. They ignore you and sold me a defective products.

I placed several orders over 3 days because of good onlline reviews. After a week passed and I did not receive a shipping email I started emailing them for information on shipping details. 4 emails later and still no response. A threat to cancel and to contact paypal for a refund did not get a response either. No phone number is available for contact. Not a good company to deal with. Have not contacted paypal yet, but plan to tomorrow.

Trying contact this company in regards to my order. There is no phone to call and the many e-mails I have sent have gone unnoticed. What was sent was not what I ordered or paid for.

I purchased two "Premiere Apple Watch Case × 2 United States / black / 40mm series 4" for a total of $59.90. The purchase order was dated for March 31st, 2019. I received them by mid April. They are terrible! The paint has peeled off of them, and they were so weak that my watch face ended up with a scratch across it while wearing this item. I sent pictures to the company email, and gave them my order number. The site says that they will respond on the same business day; however, I haven't heard a thing back and it has been several days. I went to post a review of the product and noticed that all of the reviews are 5 star. When I submitted mine to them, it said that it had to be reviewed before they would approve it. This is a scam!
