I purchased two Fitbit watch bands described as Blaze Prestige Stainless Steel Mesh Loop Bands. Both size large. One band was black and the other gold. The order arrived Jan 10, 2020 and both looked as I had expected in the package. I began to wear the black band for several weeks and then decided to open the gold band and begin wearing it.
Gold Band was too small. Could not get it over my hand. Not usable.
I tried to contact sales and customer service to see about exchanging the small band for the correct size. No response from either emails. I only get automated email that says they are sorry for the recent shipping delay and give me an Exclusive 30% off discount code.
I just want my gold watch band of the correct size (large). Cant seem to get a email from someone who can correct the issue.

Avoid this company! Received the wrong item and it was very late despite paying for expedited shipping . Tried contacting cust serv. There isn't any. Sent emails, no response.

I placed an order for a FitBit Versa 2 on Wednesday, February 5th at 5:44 am. It stated no tax and there was a 2-day delivery. Received a text message stating thank you for your order and we will text you when it ships. Today is February 8th I have sent an email in regards to my Order # *** on Thursday, February 6th to [email protected] and [email protected] then I sent a text message to the *** number that texted me I have not received a response at all. Then yesterday I sent another email to info@pinnacleluxuries and have not received a response still. Can anyone assist with this situation? This is outrageous, this business should not be allowed to do business. Very dissatisfied and would like something done if possible.

Ordered a watch case. The product I received was defective. I sent three emails requesting a refund. They keep replying with a 30% off coupon for a future order. The product was $79. We need to return the product for a refund. The website allows 30 days.

I placed an order for an Apple Iwatch screen protector on 12/29/2019; Order number ***. I did not receive the product nor did I receive updates on the transaction. I have emailed the company three times, stating I have not received the item and that I would like a refund. They have not addressed the issue and have sent me a discount for my next purchase., on threedifferent occasions as replies to my request. I would like a refund for my order. The email provided on the site is this was the email provided at the end of my order confirmation. It states "if you have any questions, reply to this email or contact us." Which have done. I have sent 5 emails

Ordered an Apple Watch case on January 21st, 2020. 2-3 day arrival was advertised. Today is February 4th. No product. I have requested a refund, via e-mail, two times with no response. I wish I read reviews before I made my purchase. If you read this, save your money and do not buy. This company is nothing more than a scam. I should be able to rate it zero stars.

I have tried to contact this company with 3 emails and 1 phone call. Sat on hold for extended time with no answer and no reply to any of my 3 emails. Unable to adjust the product but no customer service to assist me despite multiple attempts.

Don’t buy from this company. They do not answer their emails. I ordered an Apple Watch case, it was damaged. Also, very high priced for junk. Their products are poorly made. It appears you pay high prices because it comes direct from China so you are paying high shipping costs. What a scam!!

I ordered a watch band which does not fit plus the watch cover does not match the band and wish to return it in the timely fashion they require but no one will answer my emails. There is not a telephone number to call to complete the transaction. I ordered the $69.95 band in good faith because it was stated it was returnable. Time is running out.

ORDERED ITEM for $29.99 on 1/12/20. Processed 1/17/20. No tracking number and item not received. Emailed Customer Service 2x - NO RESPONSE. They don’t have a phone number to speak to anyone.

I ordered an Apple Watch case. Just one item. On the website it says, “Fast free 2-3 day expedited shipping in the U.S.” Clearly, that’s not the case. I had emailed the company on day three of not receiving an email with confirmation of shipping. No response. I emailed all 3 different emails provided on their website, and I STILL have not heard back. On the website it says there are no refunds unless the product is damaged. It also says, no refund/exchanges 20 days after the purchase (not from which you received the order). I ordered it Jan. 10th and I didn’t receive it until Jan. 24th. Now I’d LOVE to return it since I did some more research about this company and tons of other people having the same issues as I have had, and realizing the address on the website is not an actual location, but there is no number to reach them. I have emailed 3 other times now trying to see if I’d get a response, and still nothing. It says to contact them about a return/exchange and to include pictures of the damaged item and THEN I will receive a return address. All the labeling on the package are in Chinese letters and it came wrapped in 2 packages. One in English writing and one packaged from Express China - but the seller made sure to rip part of that one off. I then have put the case on my watch and it does not fit. It cost $40 and it doesn’t even work. I just want my money back and to return their product and never buy from them again.

I ordered a 38mm Metal Apple Watch Band from PinnacleLuxuries.com on December 30th, with guaranteed 2-3 day shipping. The item arrived on January 10th. It was a 42mm band which was not the correct size. From January 10th through today, I have sent 4 emails to Pinnacle Luxuries requesting a refund and have yet to hear back. The product cost me $49.95.

Horrible company. Never responded to emails, took over 20 days to receive my order. No returns after 20 days from purchase what a joke!!!!

I ordered a watchband and protector for my Apple Series 5 before I read any reviews ..... then a few days after the order was placed I found and read the reviews ..... I have to admit I was a little sceptical. However, this morning my watchband and protector arrived, it fits as it should and I'm reasonably happy with my purchase. The only drawback is the way the two halves of the watch protector hook together ...... looks like tiny magnets hold them together. Only one plastic film protector was supplied when I read somewhere that two would be provided with the order. It took about a month for my order to arrive after the initial order.

Pinnacle Luxuries is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. After buying a product, there is no phone number to reach them and they don't respond to emails. After having a defective watch band, and trying to contact them in 7 days of the original shipment of a 30 day warranty period, they don't ever respond.
PayPal saved the day and stepped in to get my full refund and return shipping costs back.
Don't ever buy a product from this company!!!!

Total scam! RIP OF! CONS!!!!! CHEAP , JUNK FROM CHINA. IF IT ARRIVES IT BREAKS IMMEDIATELY

This is a horrible company. I have been trying to get assistance on returning an item that was the wrong size, and I have not had a response from the company. It has been over 2 weeks and I have sent 4 emails. They have no phone number listed on the site. Please do not buy anything from this company. Zero customer service. And the products were not nearly the quality the website described them as.

I received a gift from this company and would like to exchange it. They have not responded to three emails I sent them. Very Frustrating and disappointed

They sent a damaged item, tried to contact them twice to return it. NO RESPONSE.
Tried to leave a review to warn others, they review them before posting so I doubt it will ever see the light of day.
Had to dispute the charge on my Credit Card - At least *** took care of me!
