Product never received. Contacted the company twice for customer service but received no response.

15 days to receive the item! Then it was the wrong size, can you return it? No site can’t thats the policy. This morning as I’m stewing over this whole deal I pull labels off the Envelope, no wonder it came from China. Of course you can’t get ahold of anyone because it’s a fraud. But under all the labels on the envelope was the persons name behind this whole Sham. I will be returning this item even if I don’t get a refund and turning it into my cc company

I purchased a new metal watch band for my Apple watch at Christmas. The metal band broke as soon as I tried to put it on my wrist. I emailed the company for assistance since there was not a phone number on their website and never received a response. As a result, I would not recommend them.

I paid for an item that was never delivered. I tried to contact the company but I never received a response.

I ordered a 40mm size band and was sent a 44mm/42mm size band. I have contacted the vendor 3 times via email (the only way) with no response.

I would like to return a watch band that is too wide for my watch. It cost me $49.00 and I would like ether the right watchband or my money returned. I have e mailed them twice with no answer as the have no phone number for customer service.

over priced... Received items that did not fit and tried to contact them by email several times with no response..
After looking up my items I realized they could be purchased on amazon for less then 60% of Pinnacle Luxuries pricing.
Very disappointed after spending $150+ and no response to any of my emails..

BUYER BEWARE. There is no customer service. Wrong items were sent to us and now we are out $100. There is no way to return them. A Scam.

I received an Apple Watch band as a gift that arrived broken (order #***). The company was contacted twice with no response.

I received an Apple Watch band for Christmas that I want to return. I've sent them numerous emails in the past 2 weeks, yet despite their website claim of 24 hour service, I've received no response. There is no phone number listed to call either. Awful customer service! But, I see from other reviews here that is common practice for this company. AVOID THIS RETAILER!

Unfortunately I did not read these reviews before placing my order.
I placed the order 12/23/19, it was not posted until 1/3/20, it is now the 10th and delivery is still pending. I only hope the Fitbit I ordered is delivered as expected.
I will write another review if not.
I will never order from them again no matter what the price.

Pinnacle Luxuries sent me the incorrect watch band to fit a 40mm watch. They sent a band that would instead fit a 42mm watch. I contacted the business via email (their website states all emails will be answered within 1 business day). There was no contact phone number listed. In the email I stated I would like to get a pre-paid shipping label to ship the incorrect band back and for them to give me the correct band I ordered. I have thus sent a total of two emails and none have been responded to.

I purchased a watch band from Pinnacle Luxuries, size 38mm. I was sent the watch band in size 42/44mm. I have emailed their customer service department 5 times, with pictures of the item and original purchase details, asking how to exchange the wrong item for the item I purchased and they will not contact me back. I am hesitant to try and return the item because of their questionable business practices. Their website states that they will respond to all emails within 1 business day, and I have been waiting to hear back for a week.

Do not buy from this company!!!!! I ordered two Apple Watch Series 4 watchbands, one does not fit my watch! Company is unresponsive to emails, and there is no phone number I could find anywhere for them.. I received the two bands two weeks after ordering, no paperwork of any sort. Wasted a week sending emails, today initiated a dispute/claim with my cc company. Wish I had thought to look at Revdex.com ratings ahead of time—but after many online purchases with many different companies, this is the first issue I have had.

I purchased a watch band from Pinnacle online with a promised 2-3 day delivery. The product was delivered late and was unsatisfactory. I’ve contacted the company via the customer service link on their website three times without any response. There is no other way to interact with the company. They claim that returns can be made within 30 days yet do not provide an address to send the return.

Based on later reading Revdex.com reviews, it appears that many people are having similar issues and this appears to be a scam.

After making a purchase and receiving my item I realized it would not work for my needs a requested a return be initiated. After four attempts to contact the seller over the course of two weeks I have not received a single reply. The website states the will reply within 24 hours.

I purchased a screen cover for my Apple Watch from Pinnacle Luxuries.
The screen of the cover had scratches on it and the plastic cover crown, cutout is cracked. In their item description online, that claims the this, Apple Watch Series 5 Premier made with the following:

I sent them an email requesting an exchange for this Premier Case Screen Protector
Premiums grade Polycarbonate and tempered glass. This PREMIER cover and case is made out of plastic.
I have attempted to reach them via email to the “Sales” and “Info” email addresses, no response.
Another claim of theirs is that “We will get back to you the same business day” NOT.

Sent the wrong item. No one responds to emails. (I have sent several asking for a refund). Do not buy anything from them.

I ordered a apple charger for phone watch and AirPods. Came in on time but not at all what I ordered. Will not answer my emails and no other way to contact company. The charger I received was cheap and not even on their website.
