Lenders such as Plain Green use data from credit reporting agencies when evaluating applications for credit and making credit decisions.  As such, these agencies generally expect lenders who use their credit reports for making credit decisions to report back loan experience data.  Plain Green has a legal duty and obligation to accurately report our customer's loan performance.
We believe we have made a good faith effort to address [redacted] concerns by contacting her directly.  We would like to respectfully request this matter closed your your office at this time.

we have made arrangements to close the matter; however, the experience with customer service then account services to get everything scheduled was exhausting. They don't listen and comprehend when explaining the details of the settlement  As of now, I am satisfied as long as the agreement is followed thru.

We have provided [redacted] a copy of her contract via USPS for review and she has a breakdown of her payment history. This contract show the date of each payment due and is also provided at the time of loan. We believe her concerns have been addressed, and that this matter has been resolved. Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: on all 3 credit report agencies, it is Plain Green LLC the name listed. Please kindly remove Plain Green LLC from my records with all 3 credit agencies. This debt was paid in full to someone else. This was a 3rd company that handled my loan (plain green, collection company 1 who made the promise to remove for exchange of full loan payment and fees and lastly 3rd company who sent me a pay of letter but had no information  on the agreements with the prior collection agency.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I have not been contacted by Plain Green. I have also found out that in the state of Nebraska that this is a fraudulent loan because these types of loans can only be for a maximum amount of $500 and can be issued for no longer that 34 days. 
This loan should be noncollectable. I want this fraudulent loan discharged and removed from my credit report.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: The response received does not suffice, it is the same generic response I received in the past and does not answer my complaint. I've made my complaint known to the company and still has yet to be resolved. I laid out what needs to be done, and Plain Green Loans has failed to do so. Once more, let it be known that their lending practices do not succeed over my state laws. Therefore, my contract with them becomes null and void. I have tried numerous times to settle the account for the remaining principal balance after all payments made to them and that I am not liable for any interest. I ask them to review my complaint once more, and provide a legitimate solution. I am the one trying to settle this account once and for all, and yet Plain Green Loans does not deliver what's needed to make me whole.Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:  I have correspondence from...

the KY DFI they are not licensed to do business in this state. They have been issued a cease and desist from the KY DFI and they are not entitled to collect on this loan at all. They also may not report to the credit bureau as they are doing. I want that off of my credit report.
