I did not receive any email from Plain Green as referenced in their response. I have no idea what their actual response is, but I am submitting proof of payment for this account to prove that this account was paid on a timely basis and in full.

This kind of things need to be brought up to the media

Revdex.com: I have attached a copy of an email between Plain Green and myself regarding my loan.  You will be able to see for your self where the account transferred after the first three payments. After the third payment, I stopped receiving emails and text messages reminding me of my payments.  The attachment will reflex that in the payment history as well. The original loan was for six months and the payments were to be paid in full at the end of October.  Please continue to investigate my claim that I  am being over charged in interest rates for this loan.I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. Sincerely, [redacted]

May 18, 2016We are in receipt of [redacted] complaint through your offices. [redacted] loan agreement was made accessible at all times during the duration of her loan term with Plain Green Loans via www .plaingreenloans.com.  We strive to provide excellent customer service, and we operate on the principle of providing clear and conspicuous, full disclosure to consumers concerning all aspects of our loan product.  We also operate a call center to offer customer support and invite customers to contact us at any time they have a question or concern at 866- 420-7157.Customers must agree to the terms and conditions of the contractual agreement prior to receiving the loan from Plain Green. This is done electronically as is standard via online lending practices. The Contract is also emailed to the customer after agreeing to the terms and conditions of the loan at the time of consumption. Furthermore, pursuant to the request of the Revdex.com, Plain Green has mailed a copy of [redacted] loan agreement to her address on file on May 16, 2016.We hope this is a sufficient explanation and respectfully ask that this matter be closed with your offices.

I have repeatedly given this company all the fraud reports, complaints, findings and they have continued to harass me by continuing to sell "my case file" to collection agencies who all refuse to collect after I provid proof of my identity theft . This ruined my credit back in 2012 and I've worked really hard to fix the damage sawed by the identity theft. The only resolution that is reasonable is for them to cease and desist.

I am rejecting this response because: It is a rip off its not the same contract I previously had they added 2 years for the same loan wants me to pay 8,880 for 2400 which I paid 2785 will be looking for legal advice if this does not get resolve

Review: in may took out 800 loan payment of 124.83 every two weeks due to cut back at hours at work I knew it would be impossible to make payments the way payments were set up. I called three times to see about changing payment to one per month at 249.66. I was told I could not.It bad enough that im paying 2490 in 10 months on a 800 loan but when you want to pay it back they won't work with you and the first 5 months nothing goes towards 800.Now I getting calls all times during the day and night holidays and Sunday .I which I would have checked with the Revdex.com and seen there F rate which should be FFF.All this is legal mafia loans.Desired Settlement: would like to make one monthly payment starting July 10 for 249.66 yes I know the loan amount will go up due to missed month and time my be extended this way I know I can pay loan off.I hope what there doing is legal not know Montana law

I got email from plain green to pay 112.72 per month starting June 17 for six months upon calling to make set up was told they never sent it but it's on my computer ther saying its fraud but the phone # was to plain green to start agreement help I don't know what going on
