Review: I have signed up with online payments with this company. I called in yesterday to try and move my payment date. They said those payments were not even going towards my loan and they gave me a number for a completely different company. They told me that the money wasn't even going towards my loan. I have all the transaction Id numbers!!! I offered to make a small payment toward my loan and they wanted the whole amount or a settlement of $600 or split into 3- $200 payments. I told them I could not do this and they said my account was going to be sold to a collection agency. When I called in back in july, they told me the same exact thing. They are waiting for the interest to rack up and then knock me down. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE!Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the payments I made that DID not even go toward my account according to them. Which, like I stated above I have all the transaction ID's. I want them to help me make small payments because their interest rate is higher than my state allows. I am tyring to pay what I can. Anything is better than nothing!

Dear Mr. [redacted],

We are in receipt of complaint id 9516717. submitted by [redacted], regarding Plain Green's business practices, and thank you for the opportunity to address these concerns.

We have reached out to Mr. [redacted] with what we believe is a mutually agreeable option and are awaiting his response.

To further clarity to his questions regarding the legality of this loan, Plain Green is organized under the laws of the Chippewa-Cree Tribe of the Rocky Boy's Indian Reservation of Montana ("Chippewa-Cree"). Plain Green is owned by the Chippewa-Cree, and operates exclusively on land owned by the Chippewa-Cree. As such, Plain Green stands as an "Arm of the Tribe," in the view of the United States state and federal courts. Therefore, loans made by an arm of a sovereign Indian nation are not subject to state law. This is NOT a payday loan.

Great Customer Service and Professional Conduct. Yes, these are high interest rate loans. However, no prepayment penalty if paid off early. They fully disclose the terms and conditions. If you need SHORT term cash; this may be an option. BUT; pay off early so the interest charges are minimized.

Review: I obtained a Payday loan from Plain Green in the amount of $1600 on April 2, 2013. After struggling to pay I enlisted the help of a debt counselor on May 6, 2013. He informed me that unless Plain Green had a license to do business in the State of Iowa that the loan was not legal. I notified Plain Green 5/7/13 that I felt the loan was illegal and that I would not pay any interest/fees, only the principal amount to them as I was able; to stop ACH withdrawls on my account, and only e-mail communication was acceptable. An agreement was made with Plain Green on May 9th that I would pay off the remaining balance with 10 monthly payments sent by mail to the company and that my account was to be closed.Since that agreement was made, I have recieved at least 4 collection notices from Plain Green, the first of which states "Weve made multiple attempts to contact you about your Plain Green Loan. So far, youve failed to honor the commitment you made when you accepted the loan...Call us toll-free at ###-###-#### or email us at [redacted]@PlainGreenLoans.com. Its very important that you contact us immediately to prevent further collections activity.I can assume their muliple attempts were by phone against my origianl e-mail-only request.I have e-mailed the company 4 times today notifying that I will not call them because I want written documentation of all interactions and also because I previously requested e-mail only contact. Today after receiving 4 e-mail messages to "Please call so we can answer your questions," I told them to stop harassing me when a payment arrangement was already in place and only communicate via regular written mail. They have informed me they do not communicate via mail. I will not communicate without written documentation at this point since they did not note the prior payment arrangement that was made. I have advised Plain Green that I will not communicate directly with them or provide further payment until this is resolved to my satisfaction.Desired Settlement: I want my account marked PAID IN FULL with no further obligation from myself. I want all communication from Plain Green Loans to stop. I was agreeable to repay the principle amount, even though the loan is illegal in my state, but due to the recent harassment and unwillingness to work with me, do not feel I owe any further payment to Plain Green.

I have been harassed by e-mail several times since making the agreement that the business references. Due to the unlawful nature of the original loan, I have requested a valid Iowa License number and validation of the debt IN WRITING from the business. My requests have been unfulfilled and ignored.

Review: I want to report that Plain Green Loans has not been deducting the balance from payments that I been making since January there has only been increase and no decrease; as if the balance never goes down. I had two tragedy's that life altering and keep them post and faxed them about things then they harass me and I am prone to illness when stressed out. And they know of this because I told them but they just in creased it I told them the date in which I plant to pay them in full for the loan I received but had to wait till June 21st but they decided that to lock m e off because I could not deliver the way they want time to on the day. I always sent them something even if it was a little late but never not include than in what is going on all I got last call was a treat in five days and that was before. I am now ill from the stress they caused and causing that I had to get all calls blocked to save my health. My doctor will be willing to verify to this and will help me sue which I can because I am Cherokee Indian and the doctor is Indian clinic.. in case they try to use the tribal loan bull they try to use with many complaints I just read about them all over the internet when this started.Desired Settlement: I already sent them the pay off payment by mail paid in full mailed out on 6/21/13. I had made several payment prior to that on loan but amount never went down is suspicious even if late or it always stayed in a high range of the same amount. When from the amount I paid each payment made since January was more the sufficient along with the payment paid in full.

Review: ONE OF THE MOST HORRIBLE COMPANIES I HAVE EVER USED. MY LOAN OF 1000.00 WAS FUNDED ON 11/20/12 WITH BI-WEEKLY PAYMENTS OF 118.67. AFTER AUTO-DRAFTING 8 OF THESE PAYMENTS, I CHECKED MY BALANCE AND THEY TOLD ME I STILL OWE THE TOTAL OF 1025.00??? WHEN I CHECKED MY ACCOUNT FOR THESE TRANSACTIONS, THEY HAVE DEBITED A TOTAL OF 949.36 WHICH THEY DID NOT APPLY HARDLY ANY TO THE PRINCIPAL.I EMAILED THIS COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES THAT THEY WERE MISSLEADING WITH WHAT THE PAYMENTS WERE GOING TO AND I REVOKED MY ACH WITH INTENT ON PAYING THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT DUE ON THE ACCOUNT. THEY THEN TRIED TO WITHDRAWL AGAIN AFTER I HAD SENT THEM AN EMAIL REVOKING THE CHARGES AND ADDED A NSF FEE? I HAVE SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS AND HAVE MADE SEVERAL CALLS TO THIS COMPANY TO TRY TO ARRANGE A PAYMENT PLAN FOR THE 50.64 BALANCE OF THE PRINCIPAL, BUT THEY REFUSED AND KEPT ADDING MORE INTEREST AND SENDING ME GENERIC COLLECTION EMAILS. I CALLED AND NO ONE WOULD HELP ME, THEY SAID I DIDNT QUAILIFY FOR A PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT AND WOULDNT TELL ME WHAT THE QUALIFICATIONS WERE. THEY HAVE CHARGED FAR MORE THAN THE LEGAL AMOUNT OF INTEREST PERCENTAGE IN MY STATE OF TEXAS AND JUST IGNORE YOUR COMPLAINTS. ONE OF THE NUMEREOUS PEOPLE I HAVE TALKED TO WAS JUST "PLAIN" RUDE!!! I SEE NOW WHY THIS COMPANY HAS A HORRIBLE GRADE WITH THE Revdex.com. I WISH I HAD CHECKED THE Revdex.com WEBSITE FOR REVIEWS/COMPLAINTS WITH PLAIN GREEN LOANS BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO DO BUSINESS. THEY MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR YOU TO PAY BACK THE ORIGINAL PRINCIPAL AND RESOLVE YOUR ACCOUNT. WITH SAYING THAT, I AM ADDRESSING THIS COMPLAINT IN REGARDS TO HAVING THIS ISSUE/ACCOUNT RESOLVED. THANK YOULOAN ID#[redacted]Desired Settlement: I WISH TO RESOLVE THE BALANCE FOR THE PRINCIPAL OF 50.36 IN WHICH, I AGREE TO PAY. I ALSO ASK THAT THE 30.00 THAT WAS CHARGED AFTER SENDING ACH REVOCATION BE CLEARED FROM THE ACCOUNT. I ALSO ASK THAT THE INTEREST FROM THE LAST PAYMENT THEY TRIED TO TAKE FROM MY ACCOUNT ON 3/25/13 AFTER EMAILING MY ACH REVOLCATION, BE CLEARED AS OF 3/25/13. I AM ATTEMPTING TO CLEAR THIS ACCOUNT FOR THE PRINCIPAL BALANCE OWED AND AM REQUESTING IMIDIATE EMAIL RESPONSE WITHIN 48 HOURS IS POSSIBLE FROM PLAIN GREEN.

Dear Revdex.com,

I received an email confirming Plain Green LLC reviewed my account and it was considered paid in full.

Review: 6/20/2013, I got a phone call from marshal jones stating there was a summons for me to appear in court and a warrant had been deployed for my arrest. He gave me a complaint number and the phone number [redacted] ext 302 and told me I needed to call within the next hour or I would be served. I called the number and spoke with [redacted]. She said I was in violation of section 3-10 art. 2 and am being charged with bank fraud. I needed to pay plain green loans $3400 and if it goes to court, another $1500 for court fees. Or I could settle out of court for $2400 only if I made a payment to " call off the warrant and summons process." I paid by card $200 which was the last of any money I had until I was paid in 2 weeks, as she pressured me into paying by threatening me with a warrant and summons. I sought legal advice, Texas law states that payday Loans cannot exceed $300. I should never have been given this Loan of $1000, most importantly, it is illegal to threaten anyone In this manner (major harassment).Desired Settlement: I want a refund of the $200 that they took from me under false pretenses. I made 6 payments on this loan leaving a $400 balance on a loan that I never should have gotten. The remainder of the loan needs to be waved for the torment and mental anguish I went through By being threatened that I would be served at my place of business in front of coworkers....the attorney stated these were very deceptive practices.

Review: I took out my second loan with Plain Green Loans on 12/21/2012. My first loan was for 600 and I repayed 400 more. One of the benefits from getting a payday loan with plan green was that the more you loan the lower the interest rate would be. My interest rate on my second loan is much higher than it was on my first loan.My second loan was for 800$, and I have currently made 10 payment of 125.60 which totals 1256 which is already 56 more in interest than I paid on my first loan and I still have 8 additional payments of 125.60 remaining which totals 1004.80. Which will total just about 3 times the amount I received from the company. I had a chance to look up Indiana state requirement and I was not suppose to be able to borrow over 500. The interest rate I am being charge is more than what is allowed by Indian as the state has a cap that is reduce the higher the loan amount. Also Indiana has a limit to amount of loans that can be taken out at one time and that is two at the time I applied for this loan I already had two loans taken outDesired Settlement: I would like for my loan to be closed paid in full as the agreement with plain green loans violates the state of Indiana loan policy. I would like for my interest rate to be reduced lower than my initial loan and over payment return to me via the account the have been taking my payment from

Review: The amount of loans that I have with Plain Green Loans total: $3050.00. I have paid a total of $2637.22 to Plain Green Loans leaving a balance of $412.78 which would pay the total principal balance that I have borrowed from Plain Green Loans. I have discovered that these forms of Payday Loans are illegal in my state of Kentucky and the interest they charge is outside what is legal in my State. I have already requested via Plain Green Loans phone customer service that ACH withdraws be terminated and no future ACH access be granted to my account. I also sent an email to Plain Green Loan customer support asking that all ACH transactions be terminated from my account forever.Desired Settlement: I would like to offer a principle only repayment to Plain Green Loans. The amount of principal that I still owe is $412.78. I would like Plain Green Loans to write me and accept these terms and I will make a one time payment in full, which will then pay my account with Plain Green Loans in full.

Regards,

I had a loan through this company and when I paid them off it took them 23 days to post my check. After 3 weeks of talking to peons and supervisors they finally locked me out of my acc and I had to call them. They never sent me a paid off letter. They do not know anything about buisnesses and how to run one !!!

Review: In 2012, I received a loan from Plain Green for a transmission that went out in my truck. The amount was $800.00. Following this loan approval I was laid off from my job. I had tried to contact Plain Green through my account on their site. However, I could not log into my account. They tried to process a payment through my bank that the bank did not honor because I didn't have enough funds in the account to cover the payment. After Plain Green tried to process the payment through more than three times, my bank closed my account. When I first received any response from Plain Green, It was in the form of a very rude voicemail from a company names CCS, Creditor Solution Services, commanding me to pay or immediately face criminal prosecution. Plain Green Loans is a headhunting company that preys on people that can't get a loan approval anywhere else. It is sickening that the United States will allow a company to operate like this. An interest rate of 299.17 - 398.75% is insane. This is raping the citizens of America and they are trying to justify it by operating under a Native American entity. The company that deals with Plain Green, CSS - Creditor Solutions Services, had come to an agreement with Plain Green that they would reduce the amount of the loan including interest to a total payoff of $1398.66. That's $598.66 in interest over top of the $800 initial loan. The Federal Government doesn't even charge that much interest if you don't pay the taxes you owe until the following year. I have paid and over paid this loan in full on 5/1/2013. It's amazing that no one has yet filed a class action lawsuit against this company. In this same period I received a Capital One Credit Card with an interest rate of 24%. A 299% and up rate that this company gives is crazy.Desired Settlement: A refund of the $598.66 that Plain Green and CSS has abusively taken from me on their head hunting quest to make me pay a high interest rate when I was paying the loan payments and paid it off in 4 months. I expect a valid check mailed to my home address in the amount of $598.66 to 3100 Duck River Ct., Midlothian, Virginia 23112.

This business is engaging in unfair business practices and people come to a government agency for help and receive none. I LOVE Plain Green (Use to be THINK CASH) Loans! When I have been in a pinch, I have taken a loan from them - usually once every 2 years. My mom uses Plain Green too. Paying back is easy, and they have awesome communication when you have a question, whether you email them or call them.

I have taken out my share of payday loans (Ameriloan, etc) -- Plain Green is the one I recommend the most and the only one I use anymore.

Review: Upon speaking with Lead Team supervisor [redacted] on 02/19/2015 I was informed my bank sent notification that my ACH payment of $126.45 made on 02/06/15 was returned. This is not true! I have sent proof that my bank has paid the transaction and yet my account has been stating I am 13 days past due and accured 150+ in interest. I am requesting that the company immediately bring my account current and erase the fees I have been inaccurately charged.

I went to your website where it clearly states change/reschedule a payment to change my 02/06/15 payment to 2/13/15 and received confirmation of this change; however, the company still went in and drafted funds from my account on 02/06/15. As a result, my account was overdrafted and I was charged a fee due to my bank paying the ACH transaction. I called the company and they told me that you must call to change a payment. The representative said I scheduled another payment to come out on 02/13/15, so she changed it to be set for the original date that would be two weeks from 02/06/15, which was 02/20/15. First, it is illegal to state one thing on your website and then not honor it, this is considered false adverstising . At the time Lead supervior [redacted] told me a refund could be made as this is a misleading issue that may customers have expressed. I was was told unless I could provide a statement of my cleared payment via bank statement, I would have to wait for payment to clear in their system (which would not ocur until 02/16). I called on 02/17 and spoke with Lead Supervisor [redacted] and was told I need to provide the email they sent me on 02/06 that stated my payment was rescheduled to 02/13/15 to get approval for a refund. I did provide this information and then was told it could take 7-14 days to process. Meanwhile, I check my online account and I'm being reported as 13 days late. They approved my refund and are to going to issue my payment made on 02/06/2015 for $126.45 back to me and make it seem like the the payment should have been made on 02/13, so they can get a week of extra interest which accounts for nearly $69.80, and then act like they are doing me a favor because Lead Supervior [redacted] would like to offer credit of $69.80. Ummm no! This is why I am reporting this illegal practice to you Revdex.com. I am a single mother that has given this company no trouble. I wanted a refund for my overdraft fee because of their false advertising. I did my part and they all are currently conducting completely illegal practices. I would like for a manager other than a floor team lead to contact me immediately about this matter. Thank youDesired Settlement: I would like for them to credit my account $266 ( 126 for my two week payment and 140 for the inaccurate interest of my account being reported 13 days late). I thik a settlement for approximately $300 is fair as I have been paying them $126.45 faithfully every two weeks since 7/17/2014 for an 800 loan totaling almost double the loan paid to date . Since they have misleading information they failed to honor and have caused a major headache for me, the should credit me for that payment and interest occured. I thik this request is totally fair!

Their Response is unacceptable and is the same thing I have been hearing for months - it is just a generic response not addressing the fact that they hold no license in my state

Review: I took out two loans from Plain Green Loans one for $1000 and one for $800.00. I paid off the $1000 loan nearly 3000 in interest fees. As per the NYS attorney general and their USURY laws an interest rate of no more than 16-25% can be charged on any loan. I was charged over 300% interest. I did not pay off the second loan as I paid off the first loan with interest enough to cover both loans. I was also advised by THE NYS ATTORNEY GENERAL THAT THE LOAN IS ILLEGAL IN NY AND TO STOP PAYING THEM. I REQUESTED AN ACCOUNBT STATEMENT BE SENT TO ME BY PLAIN GREEN LOANS AND HAVE YET TO RECEVIE IT. I HAVE ALSO COMPILED A LIST OF 43 NAMES OF NY RESIDENTS THAT WILL BE INCLUDED IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM PER THE ATTORNEY GENERAL. A SIMILAR COMPANY CALLED WESTERN SKY FINANCIAL WAS SUED BY NYS AND HAD TO PAY BACK ALL OF ITS CUSTOMERS THEIR INTEREST. I HAVE A CASE PENIDING WITH NYS ATTORNEY GENERAL BUT ALSO CONTACTED THE COMAPNY TO ASK FOR MY REFUND. WHEN I ASKED THEM FOR AN ACCOUNT STATEMENT VIA PHONE (RECORDED CALL) THE REP ASKED ME FOR WHAT REASON DO I NEED THIS AND WAS APPREHENSIVE IN GIVING ME WHAT I ASK FOR. I CAN EASILY PULL MY BANK STATEMENTS IF THEY CAN PROVIDE. I WANT REFUND OF OVER 1000 DUE TO ME. I SHOULD GE MORE BACK BUT THE OTHER AMOUNT CAN BE APPLIED TO THE 800 OUTSTANDING LOAN (I PAID MOST OF IT OFF). I HAVE ALSO RETAINED AN ATTORNEY WHO IS RECEIVIENG A COPY OF ANY AND ALL DOCUMENTATION. I AM MAKING AN EFFORT PER MY ATTORNEY AND NYS ATTORNEY GENERAL TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER FIRST AND THEN FORWARD THEIR RESPONSE TO THE LEGAL AVENUES. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY.Desired Settlement: Refund of illegal interest charged on a loan that I took put from plain green loans. THE NYS attorney general has already opened a case and is looking into a class action lawsuit.

Response:

The customer has not fully paid back all loan interest according to the terms of the loan agreement they signed. Plain Green will not issue any refund, however, any amount due will be charged off and the customer will not be contacted by collectors. Plain Green has decided that this course of action is voluntary and is intended to assuage the customer's dissatisfaction with our product. Our loans are legal; indian tribes are sovereign and our tribal lending agency is not subject to state regulation. This is fully disclosed to all customers who apply for loans with Plain Green, LLC.[redacted]Plain Green, LLC

Revdex.com,I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

This information is incorrect. I did not pay back the remiander of the second loan becasue the NYS Attorney Generals office at that time ordered a cease and desist on all illegal payday loans and named Plain green loans as one of the companies involved. I had already paid back 4 times the amount of the loan at athat time.

Also the company claims they are legal to do business in NY this is incorrect. They are illegal in NY and the NYS Attroney general and the courts ruled they cannot hid behind their Indian Tribe. It was ruled they must complie to NYS law.

They know this I sent them a copy of the law and the ruling they are playing games.

I want my refund. I can send you a copy of the law and the court ruling which I have sent to them. I paid over $3000 in interest.

Response:

The customer paid their first loan as agreed per the loan agreement they signed. The second loan they took out was not paid as agreed, and Plain Green charged off an amount exceeding the original principal amount they borrowed. However, Plain Green, in the name of customer service, charged off the amount and has agreed not to attempt to collect the charged off amount. There is no refund of any kind due to the customer. Plain Green is a licensed lender, a wholly-owned arm of the Chippewa Cree Tribe and operates legally. We hope this clarifies the matter.Thank you.Plain Green, LLC Complaints Management Team

Response:

the information thee company provided you is incorrexct.

1. They are not legal to lend in NY. It was ruled they are illegal and that they cannot hide behind their tribal lender status. I have sent them copies of that ruling and confirmed that they are illegal with the Attorney Generals office. They were sent a Cease and Desit order from the NY AG office to immediatyely stop lending as they violed NYS laws.

2. The amount of inteerst I paid back was over 3,2000. the amount of interest on both loans plus interest is only $1800.00.

3. I was ordered to stop paying back the second loan as was everyone else in NY as the loan was illegal.

I want my refund.

Review: This company is illegally issuing loans to CA residents. Once I found out that that they are illegal, I immediately revoked ACH transactions and asked for a refund in the amount of $2,856.25 in fees.CA laws requires all lenders to have a license issued by the CA Dept. of Coporations, Plain Green doesn NOT have one. They are not responding to my requests for my refund. Here is the one response I got from them:Desired Settlement: I would like them to issue a refund on this illega loan and get a license to operate.

RE: Customer Name - [redacted]

Complaint ID # - 9520599

Dear Mr. [redacted],

We are in receipt of complaint id 9520599 submitted by [redacted], regarding Plain Green's business practices, and thank you for the opportunity to address these concerns.

On 4/25/13, we reached out to Ms. [redacted] with a settlement for her current loan which she refused to accept. At that time, we also explained our position regarding her claims to our legality.

Plain Green is organized under the laws of the Chippewa-Cree Tribe of the Rocky Boy's Indian Reservation of Montana ("Chippewa-Cree"). No refund will be issued, and our offer of settlement stands as outlined.

Sincerely,

Plain Green LLC

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 9520599, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

CA laws prohibit online lenders from conducting business without a state issued license. I live in CA and not on Indian land. Plain Green does not or have not provided me with a license to operate in CA.

Review: I borrowed $2,000 from this company on December 24, 2012. I had a stroke on New Year's Eve; therefore, my husband had to take over paying the bills. My first payment was made on January 7, 2013. My husband missed ONE payment April 5, 2013. My complaint is that I have paid this company all payments required on time except that one. September 5, 2013 was suppose to be my last one to catch up with the missed payment. I only had one payment missed payment the whole time since starting to pay the money back; furthermore, I never got a notification in the mail of this missed payment or any information about anything, but they said they sent an email which I had no way of checking because of having the stroke. This company told me today that I have to pay them double back the money which all this time I have paid $272.18 a month for nothing which they automatically debited from my checking account. They told me all that money paid was interest charges ,which totals $2,177.44, and that they now will send the money owed to a collection agency which totals approximately $1,300. I don't see how I could owe this amount for just ONE missed payment. They kept electronically taking it out of my account like everything was fine, but today I found out that is was not. I have proof I had a stroke so if there is a way for me to get help please let me know!Desired Settlement: I just want to pay what I owe with interest on ONE missed payment, and that is all I want I know I am responsible for paying the loan back, but it is not fair to have keep taking the same amount out for that long without letting me know anything.

Review: It has come to my attention that this loan is illegal in my state, due to usury caps in place in Kansas. Therefore, the loan contract that I have with you, according to my states laws, is not enforceable. I have contacted the Kansas Office of Financial Institutions and the Kansas State Attorney Generals Office regarding your internet loans and was informed they are indeed illegal in Kansas as you are not a licensed lender in the State of Kansas and was advised to pay what is due according to principle amount only of the loan. This company hides under the Tribal Laws and states they are not a PAYDAY Lender...indeed they are and need to be stopped. They have made thousands off of my own stupidity and I hope others stay away from this company. They are not licensed with most states and think they can do business because they are not subject to Federal Laws due to Tribal Soverngnty. ILLEGAL business is illegal business and I want my money refunded that I paid over the principal amount borrowed from these illegal loans.Desired Settlement: Loan #64813004 originated on 7/10/2012 for the amount of $1000.00. Payments of $121.42 were made on 8/10/12, 8/24/12 & 9/7/12. A Final payment of $948.01 was made on 9/7/2012 making the total payment amount of $1312.27 which I am entitled to a refund of $312.27 for my overpayment of my principal amount borrowed with your illegal loan.Loan #65354819 originated on 9/19/2012 for the amount of $1400.00. Payments of $314.12 were made on 10/20/12, 11/20/12, 12/20/12, 1/20/13 & 2/20/13. A Final payment of $1476.45 was made on 3/8/2013 making the total payment amount of $3047.05 which I am entitled to a refund of $1647.05 for my overpayment of my principal amount borrowed with your illegal loan. Although I am not legally required to do so, I am willing to repay the principal balance of loan #67269740. To date, I received a deposit of $1800 on 3/19/2013, and have had 3 monthly withdrawals of $280.25 debited from my account. This results in a payment of $840.75. At this time I a

Review: I was approved for a loan by plain green loans for a loan in the amount of $1,000.00 on May 19th, 2014. I paid the loan off in full, including finance charges on May 28th, 2014 the total paid was $1,065.75. The following day May 29th, 2014 I applied for a second loan- which was declined. When I called customer support I was advised it was a "generic" decline and there was no appeal process nor anyone in the underwriting department I could speak with. After paying off a large loan early and in full I fail to understand what could have changed in 10 days that would decline a second loan. On their website they state loyalty is rewarded, however in my case it appears loyalty and a good history with the company means nothing.Desired Settlement: I would like my application approved.
