9/29/ Good Morning! When a member signs up with Planet Fitness. They are asked to review the member document and make sure all information is correct and valid before signing the member document. The agreement was signed on 7/5/stating that all information provided was correct. Including the name on the agreement of *** *** as well as the billing information that was provided by *** *** ending ***. The name was changed after the membership was signed and printed by someone at the Orem Club. All memberships are individual and not connected in any way to another membership. Therefore *** providing his membership contract does not apply to this situation. His name nor his billing would be connected to another membership in any way All my letters, emails, and texts are very generic because they are sent to over members at one time, so they are only personal by name as well as the account balance owing. As for the correct spelling of ***’s name. I am showing it was changed at the club after the membership was signed and printed. I did not change ***’s name. As per ***’s statement that “TAMMY ADMITS THAT IT WAS COMPLETELY CLEAR THAT MY BROTHER WAS NO LONGER USING THE GYM” again, Planet Fitness does bill on a month to month basis not a usage basis until the membership is cancelled. This is stated in the member document that again was signed on 7/5/ I am sorry for all ***’s troubles regarding his brother *** ***’s membership. The fact is: *** has never paid Planet Fitness a dime since his membership opened for his monthly dues. His billing has been bad from the start. Whether it was because wrong information was provided, or because someone entered the billing information in wrong, the fact remains ***’s membership has never been paid, EVER. We tried on several occasions to contact this member with no response. Once response was made member’s brother *** never followed through with the proper steps in cancelling ***’s membership nor did he follow through with his promise to pay the past due amount owing. Planet Fitness has never heard one word from *** himself. He has never tried to contact us or tried to resolve this issue We have done all we could to help this member outWe have tried working with his brother, we gave him months to contact us and pay the bill. Ms*** was contacted on 7/5/via email that was providedWe have since been in communication with one another regarding the situationMs*** was made aware that our cancellation policy states that cancellations can be done in-club or via certified mailIf a receipt for the certification label is provided, we would further review refunding any money that was taken out during the longevity of said cancellationTo prevent any further monthly charges, we have since had the membership cancelled and Ms.*** will receive an email as documentation for the current cancellationAgain, until proof is provided of the original cancellation, a refund will not be authorized

We have finalized the case with *** and have resolved the issueThere was another member who incorrectly had *** billing info on fileWe have cancelled that membership so *** will not receive any further charges to her accountWe have also refunded her for the months she was charged after canceling.Thank you, have a great day!

I have emailed with the general manager about my cancellation, spoken with her on the phone, and sent a letter requesting my account be canceledI am still being charged for monthly dues even after she has assured me that my account was canceled and that a refund would be made to my bank accountI do have emails available and dates as well upon request

The membership information I provided shows use of the club by *** at this club. When we were contacted about this account originally and the full refund wasn't on the table, we requested she come in and cancel the account which per our notes she was supposed to come in and do before the next billing cycle. This DID NOT HAPPENThus our billing system WILL bill the account automatically. The use of this club is clearly stated in the documentation I provided yesterday. All we required was a cancellation in personNOTHING MORE. The only refund I will offer is for March. At Aside from that she used the club which constitutes the usage paid for. Two years ago I signed up for membership at planet fitness, and never received the membership card to utilize the services

I wanted to email you and let you know that we resolved the complaint about our Planet Fitness in Hazlet regarding *** *** ***. Customer was refunded 30.05. All payments are due on the 17th of each month for all members.If a member wants to pay in advance they have to do it by the 10th because the process starts to go to their bank and is taken out on or around the 17th of each month depending on the day in which the 17th falls on

My husband and I both sent letters, that have been reveived, telling this planet fitness to cease taking payments out of my checking accountThey once again took -per person outSince there was no money in there, an additional -per person was charged

In a phone response with Revdex.com staff the company said Consumer owes $so there is nothing to refund
