Once again, Plumbing Masters has outdone all others!!! Here's our 9-05-story: We were vandalized last evening and our outdoor water supply spigot pipe had been bent down - breaking it & spewing water all over our front lawnSo when we discovered it, we had to shut the water off to our entire premisesImmediately, we called Plumbing Masters, who said it wouldn't be until this afternoon ...but we asked to be put on the 1st available (since we had no water at all)Within the hour, Plumbing Masters called back to say "Josh" was on his way(WooHoo!) Josh arrived around 9:30am & quoted a price - we agreedHowever, Josh couldn't get the rusted broken pipe off; even had to make a trip to Home Depot for partsAnd still, that blasted pipe wasn't budgingBut, Josh NEVER gave up - not ever! Josh's perseverance & sheer brute force won ...and a new pipe was finally installed, water turned back on and the price quoted was the price we paid ...even after over hours working to get the old pipe dislodged!!! KUDOS to technician "Josh", who didn't give up on one heck of a tough job!! We couldn't be more thrilled with Plumbing Masters & highly recommend them to everyone!!! BRAVO Plumbing Masters!!! [redacted] Had a simple toilet valve and Flapper replaced a $part!!! They charged me $for Labor $for the part total bill $ I am a senior on social security and I was Totally Ripped off Never use them!!!

My wife and I have spent a considerable sum with Plumbing Masters and will continue to call them when we have issues because of our technician Mark B*** He is competent, offers alternatives to resolve our plumbing problems and does high quality work regardless of the task We recently had new granite countertops placed on all cabinets throughout the house which required capping unneeded fixtures and installing new faucets in several locations - once again his work was efficiently done and results exactly what I had envisioned (He has also replaced our water heater and a toilet) This company has always responded immediately when needed (ceiling leak) and has been prompt and fairly charges for its services For a job that is always done right with the proper materials and completed to your satisfaction you can rely on Plumbing Masters we do and will continue to recommend them to our friends and neighbors

I spoke to the Manager on April 1stHe stated I would receive a refundIt is now April 11th and still NO REFUND This is not how you do businessI am requesting that I receive a refund ASAP from Plumbing Masters for work that was not completed

We recently had a plumbing emergency on a SundayWe called Plumbing Masters and they came out within hours After diagnosing the problem, we found out that there was a major problem with the sewer lineAlthough this was not good news and extremely expensive, Plumbing Masters came to the rescue When they started the work, it took full days to fix the problem They kept us well informed every step of the way Their customer service is EXCELLENT Lester did a fabulous job and gave us updates throughout the day, even bringing us outside to show us what he was doing and to explain whyHis customer service was over the top and exceeded our expectations In fact, every single employee that we dealt with during the process was friendly, competent, and took the time to explain what they were doing and answer all of our questionsAdditionally, even though they had to use a backhoe and dig up almost the entire front yard feet down, they restored it so well after the work was finished that you would never know the whole yard was torn upAmazing! While no one ever looks forward to having a huge, expensive, emergency plumbing repair, the crew at Plumbing Masters made the process as painless as possibleThey obviously take pride in their work and their customer serviceI have nothing but good things to say about them and would highly recommend them to friends and family

excellent servicethey were fast prompt and professionalI was charged for only the service I needed, which was a simple kitchen drain clog I will use these guys again!

While they resolved the problem they were called for and the actual work an who performed the tasks required the rates they charged were outrageous - $239/HR for a skilled plumber and $89/HR for an unskilled laborerI felt they were taking serious advantage of a homeowner in a seriously disadvantaged situation with little or no opportunity to seek a competitive bidThey dragged their feet in providing a breakdown of their price until I threatened to put a stop on the payment and then disclosed their rates after the factI would never use them again or recommend them to anyone

Just had a terrific service call by David M [redacted] of Plumbing MastersI did not expect same day service but they came out within an hour of my call, resolved my problem and charged me an extremely fair priceDavid had excellent recommendations, was personable and I really enjoyed getting to know him

I am glad you gave us the opportunity to replace the water heater and make the water heater issues go awayWe did work on the water heater and unfortunately we ended up having an issue with itNo one likes to be told they need to replace something when it can be repaired, so the best thing to do at this point with your year old water heater was to replace it all at Plumbing Masters expenseWe have had some training sessions with our tech that was at your home and we are absolutely sure this will never happen againHe will be able to diagnose any water heater problem with the training he receivedWe strive to hire trained plumbers and get the best on our team and sometimes they can misdiagnose problems, but this does not make the company a bad company, we do not practice deception, nor do we tolerate deceptive practices from our plumbersPlumbing Masters stepped up and did the right thing by replacing your water heater for freePlumbing Masters would appreciate this matter to be closed at this point, we handled all the problems in your home and we have taken every action on our end to train our employee, is there something else we can do for you to close this matter?

These guys were greatJim, Jesse, and the Daves were very proficient, professional, timely, and good humored They got my slab leak repaired in a matter of a few hours We couldn't be happier I would recommend Plumbing Masters to everybody who has a plumbing problem Thanks guys, Chuck

I am a senior citizen, and Plumbing Masters' tech assumed, correctly, that I did not know the price for replacing my water heaterHe charged me $1449, which I can ill afford - I had to charge it, and it took me months to pay it offI found out later, from talking with other people, that the job should have cost $- $at the most, which means I was overcharged by at least $That is 50% TOO MUCH! I called later to complain, and my son wrote a letter to Brian M [redacted] , their General Manager, but he has never even replied

Jesse came to our house at 8pm on a Thursday night to fix a giant leak in our wallHe explained everything to us and was quickly able to identify the issueHe was upfront about the pricing and fixed the leak in under an hourHe was incredibly professional and very knowledgeable

I thought I had a clogged bathroom drain, it turns out I had a broken sewer lineMike [redacted] is an expert in his field, he ran a camera and sonar system and located other areas of breakage, he worked out a very affordable priceI'm looking forward to the repair work starting this monthThanks Mike for your kindness Mike [redacted] and co-worker Mike are very sincereTwo very professional gentleman and thoroughThanks guys

January 5, 2018Dear Revdex.com;We have been out to Mrs [redacted] home on numerous occasionsWe have installed a new water softener and again installed another new water softenerWe have tried to meet everyone of her needsWe have now put the water softener on the lowest setting to see if the problem still existsShe has asked for us to remedy the problem and at this point in time we are waiting to see the outcome of a bypass of the water softenerI have tried to reach out to the number listed above and spoke to the answering machine two times asking to call me back Brian M [redacted] Owner
