Plumbing Masters

In response to the complaint I have attached the contract between Plumbing Masters and Mr***As highlighted on the contract we clearly informed the client of his risk with the substandard material his home is plumbed inDespite the fact that Plumbing Masters was upfront about the risk of the material fracturing when replacing the valve and Mr [redacted] speaking to a manager before the work was started to repair the fracture at which time he agreed to continue, we have refunded the addition monies to himThis is only to avoid any further disparagement of our good name through this outlet (Revdex.com)This is clearly nothing more than Mr [redacted] making and adult decision and later not wanting to pay for itWe will not seek any compensation for his breach of contract but any and all written or implied warranties are null and void due to violating the contract for no monies paid for service rendered

Called on Monday morning around 8:by 9:the technician MrJesse G [redacted] showed up he was very professional and fixed my problem that day

I called Plumbing Masters to fix a plugged up kitchen sinkThey were able to get me in the same dayThe technician that came out was JESUS B [redacted] He was very professional, courteous and took care of the issue very quicklyHe made sure the sink was 100% working and draining properly before he left and was very thoroughA++

We came across a major drain project at our house that required an overhaul of the entire drain systemThe iron and galvanized steel that was installed in then early 60s had rotted to the point of percent obstructionThis job required jacking one of the bathroom floors, removing the drain all the way to the laundry room, etc...TOO much to describeLong story short.....we couldn't have chosen a better company to complete the job! The whole job took about a weekBut the men that did the job couldn't have been more friendly, honest, understanding and most of all knowledgeable of the task at handFrom the initial plumbers that knocked on the door to the drywall and tile guys at the end of the project we were comfortable and satisfied with the level of professionalism practiced by this company! Thank you for everything PLUMBING MASTERS! We will DEFINATELY refer you to anyone any day of the week!

All around good company to work with. We had a major problem in one of our homes. Through out the process we had 5 different technicians from this company working on the project and received nothing but respect and courtesy from all of them. We will definitely use them in the future and will recommend them to all of our friends and family.

Michael Pfrom Plumbing Masters is the best! We had a leak in our water heater over Christmas weekend Michael arrived even sooner than the timeframe we were given and immediately got to workHe replaced the water heater then discovered an existing and slow-going leak in the wall that had seeped underneath all of our flooringUGH! He fixed the leak and got us in touch with a remediation company to help begin the repair process And I was out of town during all of this so he was kind enough to work with my sister and mother to get the job done right He is knowledgeable, professional and very kind Michael Pwas my Christmas miracle :) Great service! I was in need of a plumber to replace a kitchen faucet and I called Plumbing Masters and they were able to dispatch someone quickly. They called about 30 minutes before the plumber was scheduled to arrive and sent me an email of the person who would be coming to the house with his picture. Robin was very professional, personal and efficient. He had to go get a faucet for me because the existing one could not be repaired. He chose one that fit in nicely with my kitchen. I'm very please so far with my experience with Plumbing Masters.

We STRONGLY RECOMMEND Plumbing Masters of Peoria, Arizona! In May, 2015, we bought a condo in Sun City, Arizona When we moved in December, 2015, we experienced problems with the hot water heater Our home warranty company sent a totally incompetent plumbing company to fix the water heater After three weeks of frustration and cold water we needed a different companyIn our HOA booklet, we found PLUMBING MASTERS who had an A+ Revdex.com rating We called them in the morning and that very afternoon we had a new water heater Mark B, our plumber, was excellent! After three weeks we finally had hot water! In January, 2016, our kitchen sink was severely clogged Again we called Plumbing Masters Tests diagnosed a collapsed pipe The test also showed that the rest of the system was at the end of its service life Rather than patch, patch, patch, we decided to replace the entire underground pipe system Plumbing Masters sent an outstanding crew to do the work! Brad our plumbing specialist and his team--Wilman, Jeremy, and Charlie--installed the new system Brad and his crew were polite, efficient, and very competent Brad worked right along side his men There was no leaning on shovels, no extended breaks, and no wasting time They were there to work and work they did! They were "truly master plumbers"! Brian M*, the company owner, Richard, the operations manager, Mary, the accountant, and the entire staff provided exemplary service It's obvious they practice and believe in "customer satisfaction"! We are very pleased with the sewer line reparation work done on our Arcadia home by Plumbing Masters Lead technician Charles went above and beyond to get the work done - even staying late in the evening two nights in a row We will be using this company again in the future
