Michael Pfrom Plumbing Masters is the best! We had a leak in our water heater over Christmas weekend Michael arrived even sooner than the timeframe we were given and immediately got to workHe replaced the water heater then discovered an existing and slow-going leak in the wall that had seeped underneath all of our flooringUGH! He fixed the leak and got us in touch with a remediation company to help begin the repair process And I was out of town during all of this so he was kind enough to work with my sister and mother to get the job done right He is knowledgeable, professional and very kind Michael Pwas my Christmas miracle :) Great service! I was in need of a plumber to replace a kitchen faucet and I called Plumbing Masters and they were able to dispatch someone quicklyThey called about minutes before the plumber was scheduled to arrive and sent me an email of the person who would be coming to the house with his picture Robin was very professional, personal and efficientHe had to go get a faucet for me because the existing one could not be repairedHe chose one that fit in nicely with my kitchenI'm very please so far with my experience with Plumbing Masters

Jessie Gwas very knowledgeable about the plumbing problem I was having and after he conducted a quick inspection of the two jobs items that needed to be repaired he explained in detail my options and what he considered to be the best one to fix the problemHe treated my home as if it were hisEverything was cleaned up as if he had never been thereHe answered every question I had as he was making the needed repairs

I am a senior citizen, and Plumbing Masters' tech assumed, correctly, that I did not know the price for replacing my water heaterHe charged me $1449, which I can ill afford - I had to charge it, and it took me months to pay it offI found out later, from talking with other people, that the job should have cost $- $at the most, which means I was overcharged by at least $That is 50% TOO MUCH! I called later to complain, and my son wrote a letter to Brian M***, their General Manager, but he has never even replied

Mark, Todd and their helper (I forget his name) performed and OUTSTANDING job regarding out water and sink problemThey took the time to explain in laymen's terms, what was happening and how they were going to make this rightAn by golly, they sure did, first class all the way to the end! I would recommend these guys without hesitation, and did I mention, they are TRUSTWORTHY!! Goes a long way
