We are very pleased with the sewer line reparation work done on our Arcadia home by Plumbing Masters. Lead technician Charles went above and beyond to get the work done - even staying late in the evening two nights in a row. We will be using this company again in the future.

We came across a major drain project at our house that required an overhaul of the entire drain system. The iron and galvanized steel that was installed in then early 60s had rotted to the point of 99 percent obstruction. This job required jacking one of the bathroom floors, removing the drain all the way to the laundry room, etc...TOO much to describe. Long story short.....we couldn't have chosen a better company to complete the job! The whole job took about a week. But the men that did the job couldn't have been more friendly, honest, understanding and most of all knowledgeable of the task at hand. From the initial plumbers that knocked on the door to the drywall and tile guys at the end of the project we were comfortable and satisfied with the level of professionalism practiced by this company! Thank you for everything PLUMBING MASTERS! We will DEFINATELY refer you to anyone any day of the week!

Jesse came to our house at 8pm on a Thursday night to fix a giant leak in our wall. He explained everything to us and was quickly able to identify the issue. He was upfront about the pricing and fixed the leak in under an hour. He was incredibly professional and very knowledgeable.

Plumbing Masters is a plumbing company truly dedicated to providing loyal and outstanding customer service. [redacted], the service call representative, was warming and sincere. She even went above and beyond getting a technician out expeditiously the same day as my call. Plumber, [redacted]., was outstanding, genuine, and friendly. He even went the extra mile to address issues that I needed that weren't even a part of the original service. Way to go Jimmy. In this day and age, service like this is virtually non-existent. [redacted] and Plumbing Masters left me not feeling just like another client but feeling like family. I even became an annual Plumbing Master member and can proudly say with confidence that my home is protected by Plumbing Masters. Way to go Plumbing Masters!
