Plumbing Masters

Once again, Plumbing Masters has outdone all others!!!
Here's our 9-05-story:
We were vandalized last evening and our outdoor water supply spigot pipe had been bent down - breaking it & spewing water all over our front lawnSo when we discovered it, we had to shut the water off to our entire premisesImmediately, we called Plumbing Masters, who said it wouldn't be until this afternoon ...but we asked to be put on the 1st available (since we had no water at all)Within the hour, Plumbing Masters called back to say "Josh" was on his way(WooHoo!)
Josh arrived around 9:30am & quoted a price - we agreedHowever, Josh couldn't get the rusted broken pipe off; even had to make a trip to Home Depot for partsAnd still, that blasted pipe wasn't budgingBut, Josh NEVER gave up - not ever! Josh's perseverance & sheer brute force won ...and a new pipe was finally installed, water turned back on and the price quoted was the price we paid ...even after over hours working to get the old pipe dislodged!!!
KUDOS to technician "Josh", who didn't give up on one heck of a tough job!!
We couldn't be more thrilled with Plumbing Masters & highly recommend them to everyone!!! BRAVO Plumbing Masters!!!

On 3/22/2016, I called Plumbing Masters because I saw their commercial for $to unplug your drain or it's freeI mentioned the commercial at the time I called and said I need service to unplug my kitchen sink The following day they sent (2) plumbers out (they first went to the wrong city - Scottsdale instead of Glendale) They arrived about 11:15am on 03/23/ I spoke to them on the phone since I had to work and my yr old was at the houseI explained everything in detailOne of the plumbers went outside my sliding door and opened the "clean out" to snake the drain Minutes later he told my daughter it was done and left by 11:I returned home a couple hours later and turned on the water and turned the garbage disposal on to seethe water started backing up in the sink( reason why I called) I called Plumbing Masters and told them it was not fixedWhile on the phone with the manager I read the receipt and saw "clean out", so I went outside only to see that they p

Just had a terrific service call by David M*** of Plumbing MastersI did not expect same day service but they came out within an hour of my call, resolved my problem and charged me an extremely fair priceDavid had excellent recommendations, was personable and I really enjoyed getting to know him

I called to have my shower and faucets looked at because they were leakingMike P showed up with Matt and took a look at itSince it was years since anything has been done, they needed to put in new hoses since the other ones were corrodedI had other work done since I new my water heater was overdue to be replacedIt also took a long time to get hot water to the back of the houseThe also installed a comfort temp pumpI am very satisfiedThey spent all afternoon hereI am satisfied with having hot water when I turn on the faucets and no more dripsI have peace of mindThey were very courteous

Plumbing Masters is absolutely awesome! Our home was built in - which is definitely older for the Phoenix areaWe've had Plumbing Masters come work on our dish washer, fix our master water shutoff valve, replace our 20+ year old water heater and fix plumbing in two of our bathroomsYou know the saying when one thing goes...everything goes! Most of these projects needed to be brought up to modern code standards as wellThey have always done a great and affordable jobMichael P*** did a ton of the work for usIt was great having the same person come work on the house when possible so I didn't have to re-explain everything to someone newHe is so knowledgable and tackled our complicated plumbing problems with ease of a true professionalScheduling is quick and efficient and worked within my scheduling needsWe won't ever call another company to help with our plumbing needs!

We have absolutely no problem giving you every penny back if we did not do what we said we wouldPlumbing Masters is all about satisfaction, if your not happy you dont pay!!!
