Two plumbers came to my house to quote a water conditioner installation for a brand I wanted but they do not sellThey spoke in circles and treated me like someone who has never had a project doneThey badmouthed the product I am installing going as far as to say that it will not work in ArizonaHowever, they could install their product to me and install it the same day.......the company should not have sent them out if my very specific request was going to be ignoredBig waste of time!

I had been looking after a home in Paradise Valley when, in the morning of Sunday, July 3, I noticed a serious leek from a faucet in the kitchen Because of the set up of the faucet, water was leaking continuously onto the countertop and then into the cupboards below and onto the floor At the request of the homeowner I made an internet search for a 24/plumber and found Plumbing Masters Not expecting much, in view of the proximity to the July holiday, I called the company and almost immediately heard a very friendly voice asking how she could help me I tentatively asked if she had a plumber available that day, and was told she could have someone with me within the hour Fifty minutes later James arrived He quickly made his assessment and offered his recommendations which I passed on to the home owner Plumbing Masters have fixed charges for virtually every conceivable plumbing repair and these were clearly explained to me The necessary repairs were agreed and James departed briefly to procure the necessary parts He returned within forty minutes and the repairs were completed within an hour of his return The repaired faucet is now working perfectly and I had a relaxing afternoon and enjoyable 4th July rather than continuously mopping up water as I had anticipated on discovering the leak

We rejecting their response for a few reasons.First of all,yes they have been out to my home on numerous occasions,but after months,still have not fixed the problem.Second of all,we don't feel it's right that we spent over $3,on a system that needs to be "by-passed" We have tried to explain to them that this water softener system is not working just like the first one that was installed.As far as not calling them back, we feel at this time the only thing left to talk about is a full refund on our purchase
