we purchased a water softner system from this companythe first one they brought us they admitted was bad.they brought us another one out that we say does not work eitherwe have had this company out here numerous times and they have still not resolved our complaint.we have salt stains on our cement,and the salt stains are in our fish pond (also killed all of our fish) the stains are all over the pool as well.we have repetaly asked them to fix the problem or refund our money, which they refuse to do

Here's our 9-05-story:
We were vandalized last evening and our outdoor water supply spigot pipe had been bent down - breaking it & spewing water all over our front lawnSo when we discovered it, we had to shut the water off to our entire premisesImmediately, we called Plumbing Masters, who said it wouldn't be until this afternoon ...but we asked to be put on the 1st available (since we had no water at all)Within the hour, Plumbing Masters called back to say "Josh" was on his way(WooHoo!)
Josh arrived around 9:30am & quoted a price - we agreedHowever, Josh couldn't get the rusted broken pipe off; even had to make a trip to Home Depot for partsAnd still, that blasted pipe wasn't budgingBut, Josh NEVER gave up - not ever! Josh's perseverance & sheer brute force won ...and a new pipe was finally installed, water turned back on and the price quoted was the price we paid ...even after over hours working to get the old pipe dislodged!!!
KUDOS to technician "Josh", who didn't give up on one heck of a tough job!!
We couldn't be more thrilled with Plumbing Masters & highly recommend them to everyone!!! BRAVO Plumbing Masters!!!

Michael Pfrom Plumbing Masters is the best! We had a leak in our water heater over Christmas weekend Michael arrived even sooner than the timeframe we were given and immediately got to workHe replaced the water heater then discovered an existing and slow-going leak in the wall that had seeped underneath all of our flooringUGH! He fixed the leak and got us in touch with a remediation company to help begin the repair process And I was out of town during all of this so he was kind enough to work with my sister and mother to get the job done right He is knowledgeable, professional and very kind Michael Pwas my Christmas miracle :) Great service! I suspected I had a water leak under my house I called PLUMBING MASTERS and a technician was at my house in a few hours An hour later a leak detection specialist arrived and isolated the problem JESSE AND JIM quickly stopped the leak and made recommendations for a permanent repair JOSHUA arrived the next day and permanently repaired the leak and installed a new water softener I am completely satisfied with PLUMBING MASTERS - their responsiveness, knowledgeable technicians, products and high quality service I highly recommend PLUMBING MASTERS to anyone in need of professional plumbing services
