Today is Tuesday, August 8, Last night I came home from hours of work to find that I had no waterThe HOA maintenance man worked for several hours in the dark trying to repair a broken water main valveThe HOA was resistant to actually help or absorb the costTheir analysis was that because the line was copper it was my responsibility
Anyway, after an initial call to your office I confirmed with Janice that a plumber would come out sometime during the afternoon between pmand p.mHe actually arrived at 2:Eddie, the plumber was knowledgeable, professional, efficient and easy to talk to and understandHe went out of his way to repair another small problem as well
I told someone today that I had not encountered that level of professionalism in a service organization since I was in customer service myselfActually, I had been afraid to contact a plumber out of the directory for the same reason we find it hard to choose a lawyer off the internetBut Eddie, assuaged all of me fears and misgivings about plumbersI hope this is a good indication of the direction our service industry is goingTruly trustworthy, honest, sincere, professional, knowledgeable and charmingOverall a great value

I have had excellent experience with Plumbing Medic They arrive on time, the technicians are polite, and they do a good job They are concerned about doing it right the first time out and in a way that is least expensive to me the consumer I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others

I had a unimpressive encounter with a plumbing service yesterday and called Plumbing & A/C Medic and made an appointmentOne of your technicians (Jared) came out and convinced to use your serviceHe did a great job of solving my garbage disposal problem and gave many extra bits of knowledge about my system including how to work my water shutoff if ever neededHe had shoe covers and was professional and friendlyI will be calling your company in the future
