We recently had a new air conditioner installed and were extremely pleased with the entire processThe girls in the office are always so friendly and helpful, especially Jessica and KaitlinGlenn came out to inspect the old unit and showed us videos of the duct work which was causing a large loss of air and not enough to handle the unitWe had no idea what it looked like in the attic and it was nice to understand why we needed a new unitHe walked us through our various options, what to expect for installation and possible financingOscar C, who was fantastic, came out the next day: removed the damaged duct work, installed a return vent and new duct work , removed our old unit and installed a new, MUCH quieter air conditionerThey also provided the name of a excellent company (which they arranged) to redo our insulationOur house is extremely comfortable and the unit is very quiet - no more clunking or rattling like the old unitAmanda W came out twice to inspect the work and to insure there were no concerns or questionsWe are extremely pleased with Plumbing Medic and recommend them highly for their tremendous customer service and terrific staff

I had been searching for a heat pump that would be sufficient in cooling and heating my home efficientlySince purchasing this home just over a year ago, we have had a bad experience with several of the major necessities (hot water heater, a/c etc.) and when we didn’t get anywhere with the home warranty company, once the policy expired, I began looking to get the unit replaced so that we weren’t stuck without air again this summerI began researching units and looking into what my options were as far as replacement was concernedOn June 6,2018, I returned a call to Sandy who had left me a message from Plumbing & A/C MedicI explained to her that I wanted to get a phone quoteI explained that after already having several sales people in my home, I really wasn’t interested in having another appointmentI figured since I already knew what I needed, it was just a matter of finding a company that would be able to accommodate me

Washer machine drainThe 1st sold me the BioOne drain treatment
That worked to good that it clogged my drain with the built upThen my washer drain backed up all over
My garage floor I called for recallThey sent a supervisor out to snake the drainBut, it still drained on floorThis went on for weeksFinally they sent James on 2nd recallHe snaked the drain twice & tested the washer before leaving It drains proper now!
James said he was one of the youngest & newest employee which he has need called

Jesse from Plumbing Medic did the inspection on the house I wanted to buy, and I hired the company for the work after the sale There were three fellows working on the complete plumbing replacement and Luis put in much extra time All of them were courteous and friendly and did a great job of mending the drywall, making it ready for restoration They cleaned up after their work and treated my house respectfully at all times A fine company, in my opinion

Francisco came by to conduct our annual inspection and to replace of couple of hose bibs which had gone bad
His service, attentention to detail and expertise are top-notch Second to none Very happy with him and the services he provided today
