We recently had a new air conditioner installed and were extremely pleased with the entire processThe girls in the office are always so friendly and helpful, especially Jessica and KaitlinGlenn came out to inspect the old unit and showed us videos of the duct work which was causing a large loss of air and not enough to handle the unitWe had no idea what it looked like in the attic and it was nice to understand why we needed a new unitHe walked us through our various options, what to expect for installation and possible financingOscar C, who was fantastic, came out the next day: removed the damaged duct work, installed a return vent and new duct work , removed our old unit and installed a new, MUCH quieter air conditionerThey also provided the name of a excellent company (which they arranged) to redo our insulationOur house is extremely comfortable and the unit is very quiet - no more clunking or rattling like the old unitAmanda W came out twice to inspect the work and to insure there were no concerns or questionsWe are extremely pleased with Plumbing Medic and recommend them highly for their tremendous customer service and terrific staff

I was very happy with Jesse and Ryan They were very professional and explained everything very well They did the job in the time frame laid out and kept me up to date each day with their progress They worked with me to get financing to help pay the cost to repipe my home They were very pleasant to work with and I highly recommend them and Plumbing MedicThe repairs costs were also very reasonable and they were flexible with some changes I made to our original plan I am very pleased with everything they did for my home

Shawn worked efficiently and also spoke honestly of the issues in my water heaterThere were aspects that were working to standard yet there were others that needed to be addressed and I was more than willing to pay for his experiencial knowledge in the subject matterHe had also taught me how I can be a more responsible owner of tge particular water heater I own and to maintain it betterI highly recommend his services for thorough and accurate problem solving for these water heaters

Joe did a great job! We would definitely use him again, should the need arise

My Air Conditioner Thermostat broke and I couldn't get my conditioner to stop running I called Plumbing Medic and they were wonderful This was a Saturday afternoon and the technician had to travel a long way to get to me He assured me he would come help and he had to put in a new thermostat since my old one was over years old and out of warrantyI was very pleased with his knowledge and work ethics

This is not the format I expected and I don't like your siteI did like the service person MichaelHe detected what was wrong and fixed it professionally and with humorI don't use any social media because I find it all very suspect and disreputableBut I did want to praise Michael whose picture didn't appear in the Medic site photo lineupVery confusing

Dave just left after installing the new garbage disposal and he
did a great job! he was polite and explained every thing so well
to me….I appreciate his patience and his professional attitude!

We had an old system that needed help and creative solutions at a reasonable price Our tech not only handled the problem but left us with ideas to continue the upgrade of our system as time and money allow
