ATTENTION RETIRED FOLKS: USE THIS COMPANY!!!! My elderly neighbor had a broken water pipe, which of course happened on a Sunday afternoon....After I called different 24/plumbers on her behalf, the only human being to answer a phone was JESSICA the dispatcher for Plumbing and A/C Medic She sent NICK out who stayed working in the dark until 11pm He was courteous, very knowledgeable, understanding and speaking clearly, gave many options and even came back the next morning STEPHANIE another staff member kept us informed via phone calls about when he would arrive so we wouldn't give up This is customer service! Will recommend to others

I had a plumbing leak and phoned Plumbing Medic for repairs they responded the same day and accommodated my schedule and phoned minutes prior to arrival Francisco was the tech that was sent out He was very knowledgeable and courteous He explained what he found and how he would proceed to repair the leak I was very impressed with Francisco and his knowledge If I was having a bad day Francisco would be the type of person I would want around me as his demeanor was very pleasant and his kindness would put you in a good spot I would use Plumbing Medic in the future

My hot water heater started leaking and because of the type of heater it was, I was turned down by most of the plumbers I called The plumbers I did find that would do it, said my model was expired and there were no new heaters that would fit in the space I got the number of Plumbing & A/C Medic from a friend and Michael came out He went above and beyond to find a solution for me that worked Michael not only went out of his way to find a solution but was kind courteous and honest

Had an old gas water heater that I had been manually starting every morning and finally broke downI called Thomas Aguilar at Plumbing Medic and he came out the same day and installed a brand new water heater and had hot water running within hours of being at my home I highly recommend Plumbing Medic, and thank you Thomas for educating me about my new water heater and the quick, professional job, looks and works great

Great job! Office staff very efficient when I called and Aaron arrived within thirty minutes and worked on my hot water trying to get pilot light to stay litHad to replace hot water heater (did it myself) but Aaron worked on it for awhile cleaning burner and contactsWill definitely use them again

This is the 2nd time I have had these folks over to do something and both times they have been fantastic, 1st was on a Sunday when I broke an outside water line and the tech was there in less than an hour and did a fantastic job Today a tech named Jeremy was here to do a routine inspection of our furnace and he did an excellent job, very professional and helpful I will use these guys again....we are very happy with them

Jesse from Plumbing Medic did the inspection on the house I wanted to buy, and I hired the company for the work after the sale There were three fellows working on the complete plumbing replacement and Luis put in much extra time All of them were courteous and friendly and did a great job of mending the drywall, making it ready for restoration They cleaned up after their work and treated my house respectfully at all times A fine company, in my opinion
