This company asks its customers to post online reviews after they do their service That explains why they have that many online reviews
At first I was satisfied with their service and posted my good review But after a few days I discovered how I was fooled into paying for services I didn't ask for, and I discovered some of their annoying practices
I asked them to install two toilets that I purchased myself They charged me x $= $for the toilets replacement My bill was $480.99, I will explain how this happened
They also decided, on their own without asking me, to replace a supply line in my third bathroom that was working perfectly fine They decided to replace it and charged me for it before even seeing it I never showed it to them or even mentioned it Here is $

They did not charge me for consultation or water hardness test, though Also, the technician was nice enough to help me pick up the toilets from Lowe's in his truck, free of charge
For an unclear reason they decided to charge me half the cost upfront on the day of the consultation even though it's all labor cost, since I purchased the toilets my self from Lowe's
Today I discovered that they had stuck a big ugly sticker on my water heater claiming that they installed it and asking me to call them in case of an emergency They did not install the water heater and I asked them not to touch it when they wanted to perform maintenance on it But they took the liberty to post ads in my house and lie
I do not mind paying extra for a service I ask for Deceptive practices and performing services I didn't ask for to raise the bill is something I don't accept
I will not hire them again

With water flooding my laundry room, I called Plumbing Medic, they were able to have a technician to my home in a couple of hours The technician was very professional and had to call his office for an additional man to help move the very large washer & dryer Within a short time the two men were able to move the appliances and determine my problem wasn't a backed up drain but a washing machine with a problem They offered the name of an appliance repair shop that they have dealt with to further help me I can't say enough good things about both of these men but I will definitely use Plumbing Medic when I need a top notch plumbing company I will definitely recommend Plumbing Medic to anyone in need of a A+ company

Had an old gas water heater that I had been manually starting every morning and finally broke downI called Thomas Aguilar at Plumbing Medic and he came out the same day and installed a brand new water heater and had hot water running within hours of being at my home I highly recommend Plumbing Medic, and thank you Thomas for educating me about my new water heater and the quick, professional job, looks and works great

Jesse from Plumbing Medic did the inspection on the house I wanted to buy, and I hired the company for the work after the sale There were three fellows working on the complete plumbing replacement and Luis put in much extra time All of them were courteous and friendly and did a great job of mending the drywall, making it ready for restoration They cleaned up after their work and treated my house respectfully at all times A fine company, in my opinion
