Fantastic and quick

MICHAEL E DID OUR YEARLY INSPECTIONHE WAS THOROUGH AND PROFESSIONALHE SUGGESTED SEVERAL REPAIRS AND PROVIDED ESTIMATES AND ALSO FLUSHED THE HOT WATER TANKWE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS SERVICE AND RE-UPPED OUR SERVICE CONTRACT FOR ANOTHER YEAR

This is the 2nd time I have had these folks over to do something and both times they have been fantastic, 1st was on a Sunday when I broke an outside water line and the tech was there in less than an hour and did a fantastic job Today a tech named Jeremy was here to do a routine inspection of our furnace and he did an excellent job, very professional and helpful I will use these guys again....we are very happy with them

The company called when the tech was on his way and was here in a timely manner He explained what he was going to do and why He listened and answer questionsHe was very conscientious about what he was doing and his work area When he left, it was like nobody had been there -- except that when he left, our sink was not backing up

I had a plumbing issue and Rob G fixed it in a very professional and timely mannerI would highly recommend Rob G and Plumbing Medics

A/C Medic is great! Had a difficult situation but they were very creative in resolving issue explaining every step of the way They listened, arrived on time and very conscientious Great service in all respects!!

I had a plumbing leak and phoned Plumbing Medic for repairs they responded the same day and accommodated my schedule and phoned minutes prior to arrival Francisco was the tech that was sent out He was very knowledgeable and courteous He explained what he found and how he would proceed to repair the leak I was very impressed with Francisco and his knowledge If I was having a bad day Francisco would be the type of person I would want around me as his demeanor was very pleasant and his kindness would put you in a good spot I would use Plumbing Medic in the future

I had Plumbing Medic come to my home to open up a kitchen drain The tech was on time, informative and got right to the problemI explained what I thought the problem was and he told me what he was going to do I told him usually the drain blocked where it goes into the wallHe said he preferred to go on the roof so my mess was in my kitchenIn a few minutes he was back and said I was right that it should be done at the wall In a matter of minutes the drain was opened, everything was cleaned up and driedYou wouldn't have known that the drain or sink had a problem, it was totally cleanedI would recommend him to anyone needing a professional job done

I was very happy with Jesse and Ryan They were very professional and explained everything very well They did the job in the time frame laid out and kept me up to date each day with their progress They worked with me to get financing to help pay the cost to repipe my home They were very pleasant to work with and I highly recommend them and Plumbing MedicThe repairs costs were also very reasonable and they were flexible with some changes I made to our original plan I am very pleased with everything they did for my home
