Francisco D. with Plumbing Medic was very helpful and knowledgeable about plumbing in general and with the assistance to get to a major water pipe leak repaired in our wall. He was courteous and punctual and reached out to the correct service providers that were needed in order to complete the job. He helped us with our water heater and taught us some plumbing at the same time.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience with plumbing medic!! Francisco is absolutely fabulous!!

The company called when the tech was on his way and was here in a timely manner He explained what he was going to do and why. He listened and answer questions. He was very conscientious about what he was doing and his work area. When he left, it was like nobody had been there -- except that when he left, our sink was not backing up.

Understood my budget and didn't try to up-sell products or services. Left the work area cleaner than he found it. Gave me advice for how to maintain water heater.

Had a great experience with Dave this morning. He installed our new water heater promptly and made sure we understood safety precautions and other relevant information.

Francisco provided excellent service. He located the hose that was necessary for replacement after contacting three or four suppliers. I was having dinner guests that night and he completed the job for me. Thank you.

Francisco was extremely professional, thoroughly answered any question we had relating to multiple plumbing challenges we have. I was most impressed with his integrity; doing his best to keep costs limited. He was very patient as we sifted through the multiple options he gave. He worked quickly and left no mess behind. I could not be more pleased with the service I received.

We have used Plumbing Medic's on several occasions and been completely satisfied each time. This Fourth of July weekend we experienced trouble with a drainage issue.... showers and toilets backing up. The problem stemmed from an issue with the septic tank. The staff that responded were very professional, friendly and courteous. The price was reasonable especially considering the holiday weekend. The problem was handled efficiently.

Alex, the technician who responded all 3 days this trip, and has been to calls at our house previously, was incredibly friendly, professional and well qualified to complete the job. We would highly recommend Alex and Plumbing Medics. We will continue using them for any future issues!!

I called Plumbing Medic to have my garbage disposal replaced & update the pipes on the main water line. Francisco arrived on time, did a great job explaining what the problems were, provided tips on how to properly maintain the plumbing and pipes in my house and was able to complete all work relatively quickly. I will be calling Plumbing Medic in the future if I encounter any plumbing issues.

Awesome service! Took care of our problem, was polite, friendly and shared info on products to use and not use, etc. Another tech came back later and used a camera to check our lines. Again, polite and friendly. All for $64!

I had a problem with a pressure vacuum breaker that was leaking. Called several companies to get quotes. Plumbing Medic not only offered me the best deal but they were able to come out right away and fix the problem. [redacted] the dispatcher and [redacted] the technician were very professional and quickly resolved the problem. I would definitely recommend plumbing medic to anyone.
