Plumbing Medic was very prompt at getting to my house to install a new water heater! Francisco was the service man they sent! He was very friendly and did his job well!

Shawn worked efficiently and also spoke honestly of the issues in my water heaterThere were aspects that were working to standard yet there were others that needed to be addressed and I was more than willing to pay for his experiencial knowledge in the subject matterHe had also taught me how I can be a more responsible owner of tge particular water heater I own and to maintain it betterI highly recommend his services for thorough and accurate problem solving for these water heaters

I looked up plumbing companies on the internet and based upon the reviews I elected to call Plumbing Medic
The receptionist was quick to assist and very helpful Then Dan H*** came to our home within minutes He was quick to diagnose the issues I had contacted them about and suggested a couple of options to resolve them Dan was honest and forthright from the very beginning and talked about their star rating I agreed to have him contact a technician to come out and do the work
Thomas Aguilar arrived shortly and was dressed professionally with plenty of identification I noticed the company truck was clean well organized and appropriately stocked Thomas proceeded to do the required work He was very thorough and competent
I would give him the highest rating possible In addition he recommended other services that would make our water system more efficient

With water flooding my laundry room, I called Plumbing Medic, they were able to have a technician to my home in a couple of hours The technician was very professional and had to call his office for an additional man to help move the very large washer & dryer Within a short time the two men were able to move the appliances and determine my problem wasn't a backed up drain but a washing machine with a problem They offered the name of an appliance repair shop that they have dealt with to further help me I can't say enough good things about both of these men but I will definitely use Plumbing Medic when I need a top notch plumbing company I will definitely recommend Plumbing Medic to anyone in need of a A+ company

My Air Conditioner Thermostat broke and I couldn't get my conditioner to stop running I called Plumbing Medic and they were wonderful This was a Saturday afternoon and the technician had to travel a long way to get to me He assured me he would come help and he had to put in a new thermostat since my old one was over years old and out of warrantyI was very pleased with his knowledge and work ethics

Tim and Kevin came out because of a clog in our main drain Was able to unclog and show me the cause Excellent value and good team I appreciate them coming out in a pinch
