This is a great company, we called them at 4:30 in the afternoon as our main water line broke and the guy came out within half an hour. The service was excellent and the person who came out to help us was the nicest guy and explained everything about what needed to be done. He started some of the work that evening and came back the next day and finished which was a big job and took him the whole day to get done. I would recommend them to everyone.

The Plumbing Medic team knows what they are doing and gets the job done right the 1st time. We have been living with slow drains and now the problem is solved with their hydro jet whole home service. Alex and Andrew were on time did a fantastic job and for all the sinks and tubs and showers they left no trace that they were here nor any debris.
I highly recommend that you look at Plumbing Medic for all your drain and plumbing needs.

Recently, I had major and unexpected plumbing project completed by Plumbing Medic. The primary technicians involved in the project were Frank and Carlos.

Frank did an outstanding job of diagnosing the problem, which turned out to be broken underground plumbing. He acted in a very expedient and professional manner to plan and complete the project. Out of the many tech's I have worked with in the past, Frank's professionalism was unsurpassed. He really seems to care about his customers and their well-being and should take great pride and satisfaction in a job well done.

Carlos did a majority of the plumbing, was an extremely hard working individual and made me feel very confident in his abilities.

The project was completed in the time frame specified and within the cost as quoted. Any concerns that I had were handled in a professional and expedient manner.

I would highly recommend Plumbing Medic and these two techs for any plumbing needs.

We could not have had a better , more helpful pleasant person to take care of the plumbing problems necessary. We will use the same company if needed.

[redacted] came to my home in response to my request for service and was very friendly. He performed my garbage disposal installation with excellent knowledge of all of the little things that make the installation successful. He did a superb job and performed all of the testing needed to demonstrate success. He deserves my highest praise and I will go back to Plumbing Medic whenever I need plumbing services.

We were having issues with our garbage disposal leaking under the sink. We couldn't run the water or dishwasher. My husband and I ended up buying a new disposal at [redacted] for $250 and figured we could have someone install it, since my husband didn't have the time or experience. We didn't think it would cost much to have it installed. I was referred to this company from a so-called friend, because they both belong to BNI and they both get benefits from referrals. I thought it was someone she actually knew at the time. Mistake number one.

So, I called the company and asked how much it would cost to have them fix or install my garbage disposal. I explained that we bought one just in case we needed to have it replaced. The girl on the phone said she could not give me an estimate. She said they charge by the job and not by the hour. It would be a minimum of 30 minutes for them to come out and a service fee of $39, which would be waived if they needed to install the disposal. Huh? Ok, so I took the chance and had them come out, which took two days. Mistake number two.

The tech, Francisco, came out and right off the bat tried to upsell me on all of these other things and extra warranties I did not need. I said no. He said the minimum would be $240 to install a new one, since the old one couldn't be fixed. That was minus $80 because it was a referral. So it would have been$320???? I said to install one we have on hand? He said yes and it included a year guarantee and that came with flushing the water tank too, which I never asked him to do. Since I was desperate and had to make a decision, I agreed. Mistake number three.

Francisco did a decent job, but he almost didn’t put the new metal ring in the sink. He was going to keep the old one in there. He decided to ask me since I was right there and I said, yes I want the new one put in since it came with it and looked nice. WTH? It took him one hour to do everything and to top it off he slapped one of his crappy company stickers on my water heater without asking me! I was so pissed about everything. I told my friend who referred me to him and she told me to contact them. Well, I was thinking about it, but then the manager, Mike R[redacted], called me and asked how the service was. Mistake number three. I said it was very overpriced for what we needed. I asked him how much it costs to install a disposal. He said it's about $100-$150 an hour. I said ok, so where did he come up with $240? He said Francisco was there for 90 minutes. I said he worked 60 minutes and the other 20-30 minutes was him trying to sell me other crap. Even if it was 90 minutes it doesn't add up to $240. He then said it came with a 2 year warranty (which I never asked for) and that it was 100% guarantee on the service. He also became defensive and said next time just get a handyman who is not licensed, bonded and insured then. I wish I would have thought of that!!! Mike was very rude and I definitely felt scammed. Nothing was done to rectify the situation. BTW, they wouldn't warranty the actual disposal since we didn't buy it through them.

So, If you want to pay top price for crappy customer service and management, then this is the best place to go. Otherwise, follow Mike's advice and save yourself the money and hire a decent handyman or do it yourself and watch a YouTube video. I will NEVER EVER EVER use them again. I will also warn anyone else not to use them if they are ever looking for a plumber. They should not be in business.

With water flooding my laundry room, I called Plumbing Medic, they were able to have a technician to my home in a couple of hours. The technician was very professional and had to call his office for an additional man to help move the very large washer & dryer. Within a short time the two men were able to move the appliances and determine my problem wasn't a backed up drain but a washing machine with a problem. They offered the name of an appliance repair shop that they have dealt with to further help me. I can't say enough good things about both of these men but I will definitely use Plumbing Medic when I need a top notch plumbing company. I will definitely recommend Plumbing Medic to anyone in need of a A+ company.

Can't wait to say enough about Dave T. The technician who came to our home. He was professional and proficient in his work. Because of Dave will be calling again and will highly recommend this company!

Nothing but positives in my experience with Plumbing Medic: punctual, courteous, very professional.. The work was done quickly and neatly...no mess left behind. I have never had a plumbing company offer a free hot water heater flush.

I had an emergency recently with a break in water line between the meter and my house. I called Plumbing Medic and was pleased with the care they took with my situation. Francisco's team arrived within an hour. They were very polite and professional.

Carlos provided us with excellent service. He quickly diagnosed our kitchen sink problem and provided a very clear remedy to avoid future problems.

Very good experience with this company and the personnel they sent to do our work

We had complicated plumbing problem today resulting in leaking into a wall with fungus growth both inside and outside the house. This was corrected in a surprisingly short time by their plumbing professional Francisco. We were so impressed with his work that we have decided to request him for all out plumbing needs in the future.

I was very pleased with Alex and Jesse's customer service. The response to the emergency call was timely. Alex was able to quickly resolve the problem. Jesse followed up by running a camera down the pipe and showed me where future problems may arise, and gave me recommendations. Both were very professional. Once I made the appointment I received an email with Alex's picture, which I appreciated knowing who was coming to my home late in the evening. I have already handed out their contact information to colleagues.

Couldn't have ordered more pleasant service tech. Dallen was Very polite and personable and spent more time and did more than any prior experience with a plumber.
From intro with shoe protectors when entering our home to completion sending pics of all the work and testing he did.
Will refer them in a heartbeat to anyone.
